He immediately got to work and pointed out several things that were not working properly as he went along. The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. I made the mistake of trusting mine when she recommended them for my condo inspection... lesson learned. The water heater didn't even work, yet somehow the inspector missed it--so I spent my first three weeks bonding with cold showers. The warranty company wouldn't cover it since the issue existed before I moved in. On top of that, I had to replace both toilets right away. Somehow they missed that too. Of course, when I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and took zero accountability for their mistakes. All in all, I would definitely not recommend them, especially if they're being suggested by your real estate agent.
