I have used them for all my framing that other areas are unable to provide. The service has been excellent both Jason and Allan know what to expect from me as I am building an inventory of series in different styles. One of my business partners is also using Vistra and is very pleased with their work. This is the place to go.

I needed to frame a watercolor painting under a short deadline for an art show. I was a little hesitant at first, but the kind gentleman reassured me and explained how to do it. This was also going to be the fastest and least expensive way for me to get my picture framed and also meet the deadline. The website was easy to use and I was able to select from a number of frames, mats, and glass or plexiglass. Three days later, my framing materials were ready. I picked it up the following day and the gentleman at the counter explained to me how to make sure and put it together correctly. I brought the picture home and put it together, and the result was beautiful. I highly recommend this frame shop for their excellent service and cost effective Do-it-yourself framing --if that's some thing you're keen to try. I'm sure having the piece professionally framed would have resulted in excellent quality work as well. I would trust them to do this if that was something I needed in the future.

Driving up and seeing the storefront really belies the sophistication of the interior. What looks…read morelike a factory on the outside turns into a museum and art-shop gallery on the inside. We walk in and there is a huge display of various watercolors, oils and photos all framed with many different styles of frames. This gallery really helps to demonstrate how important the choices are for framing. The selection is huge, well over a hundred different styles and types of framing for just about every need you could imagine. Thankfully, the staff really has a good eye for this and in time we had made a selection of mattings, style of glass and type of frame for our son's graduation photo. The whole experience was actually enjoyable and educational in seeing the different samples and styles that suited the subject matter. There is a lot more to this than I realized, but the selection process was easy as well as entertaining. In the end, we selected a double matting with two colors and museum glass with a dignified frame for an 8x10 portrait. ================== I was called to inform me my framed photo was ready to pick up. It is perfect! Using a green crushed velvet as one of the matts along with the museum glass that eliminates glare, the frame itself, the quality craftsmanship of the finished product.... OUTSTANDING!!

BUYER BEWARE: I had multiple issues with a custom frame and the company refuses to correct…read more The frame did not include a mounting board sized to the full opening--only a cardboard insert the size of the artwork--so the piece doesn't stay in place. I noted my artwork is 3/4" thick within the order, but the frame with the liner doesn't accommodate that depth. The art protrudes from the back, so the frame won't sit flush against the wall. They claim this setup is "very common," but I've never seen framed art that doesn't sit flush against the wall. In its current state, the frame is unusable. While offset hooks were included, this wasn't disclosed during ordering--I would have chosen a deeper frame had I known. I had two orders with this framing company and received a courtesy call to clarify the other frame, which came out perfectly, yet no one flagged any issues with this frame. The inconsistency and lack of accountability are disappointing. I won't purchase from this company again, they do not stand by their work.

Greeted us right at the door and asked us if they could help us finding anything. We were looking for wreaths and they pointed us in the right. They had a great selection of wreaths as that's what we were looking for. All of them were beautiful, but overpriced, even on sale. I decided on getting one that was 1/2 off of $80. So I spent $40. Still a little overpriced. But the wreath is beautiful. Beautiful store and very easy to find stuff. Just remember they're closed on Sundays.

When we saw one employee moving to another register, we stepped out of line to follow her. She ended up not opening up the register and the manager approached us to which we replied, could we pay for the items? He silently pointed to the Refund line. Other people had already stepped in front of us to pay, which made it even a longer line. The appropriate thing for the manager to do was to say sure I will take you here at another register. After we left, we realized the line was 10 deep and then he decided to open up another register . Work on serving customers FIRST rather than paying workers to stand around. Also smile at your customers rather than staring at us like we're thieves.

I'm not a fan of this store and rarely go in. I went a couple weeks ago because they had a sale on…read moreyarn. It's a very stereotypical, run of the mill fabric store. It's beyond boring and nothing new as far as stock or yarn colors. Even Wal-Mart gets new colors in more often! If you're looking for boring consistency, I suppose this is the store for you. Employees are scarce and hard to find. My husband and I lined up, after following the long maze of impulse buy shelves, to wait a solid ten minutes. We talked loudly, I coughed a few times, clapped. Nothing. My husband attempted to find an employee, still nothing. Finally, one wanders over and said she was sorry, but she couldn't see the check-out lines from where she was. Not my problem. I said they needed to have a bell out to cut down on wait time in the later evening when there aren't many customers. She said they weren't allowed to do something like that. So in a store where the registers are blocked off by impulse buy bullshit, and employees want to be useful past standing behind a register with two customers in the store, apparently you have to go find them in order to pay for your items. They might as well turn it into a self checkout! Or at least change that portion of the store around so they can see the registers and when someone is there. I said as much to the cashier, who then spent three minutes explaining where she was in the store, and where to find someone should it happen again. Bla, bla, bla. I forgot everything she said before I even walked out the door because it was a boring, drawn out conversation turned lecture from her, and quite frankly, it's unlikely I'll be back for a very long time anyway. So my ability to care about her speech was pretty minimal and tuned out ten seconds after she started. I'm constantly less than impressed by this store. Which is sad because it could be great. The location is perfect, and I would totally go a lot more often if they had a better selection and more employees to help.

It was completely ridiculous. If you want fabric, go to the other Joann's. I finally left because my lunch break is short.
