The gift shop there is small, with limited hours and selection, and I wanted something nicer. This is the closest flower shop. And the flowers here are incredible. Fresh, bright, beautifully arranged. I bought one already in the case, but they will do arrangements for any purpose, of course. The staff were great. Plus, loads of gift items. Religious, cat-related, other themes, etc. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Yelp check-in gets you a discount on a gift item.

I found the boutique online and decided to send a text message to the number on file. I was not expecting a fast response but I was able to submit a request and receive an invoice within a day! This was all done virtually which is a huge plus! The pick up location was in a cute little bakery so if you need a one stop shop for an event I would really recommend ordering flowers, picking them up, and purchasing some pastries all at once. My only criticism is that the price was a little steep. I payed nearly $90 for this bouquet. I've paid less than that for bouquets that were hand delivered to a designated location. However, this was a great experience as a customer and I was very satisfied with the outcome, since all I did was send a Pinterest image for the florist to remake. Needless to say, they didn't even make it a week before they went in the trash, even with changing the water and trimming the stems along with plant food. Neither my husband nor I had more than a vague idea of what we wanted - we knew colors, and that was about it. Will spent time showing us lots of pictures, asking us questions, and at the end put together a wonderful floral package that we loved. Upper Crust Catering was also a pleasure to work with! At our tasting several months earlier we gave Chris some comments on changes we'd like for them to make for the dishes, and they totally came through for us on the day of the wedding. The food was wonderful! Chris and Upper Crust Catering were also flexible with some specific dietary restrictions of several of our guests. The staff was great on the day of the wedding, and everything went very smoothly for both the food and the drinks. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We knew it was a gorgeous venue from pictures before we ever visited, but the people we worked with there really made the whole event fantastic.

They told me I could come pick it up the day of my wedding instead and set it up myself. Not sure what bride and groom would have time to do that on their wedding day. When I called to ask if they could use another vehicle or rent a vehicle to fulfill my order they refused and were very rude to me and ended up hanging up on me. I had to find another flower wall at the last minute and was charged a fee for the short notice. monarch Bloom refused to cover the difference. The owner was incredibly nasty to me on the phone. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
