The woman I spoke with over the phone and the guy who checked me out when I got there were both super nice and helpful!

Dunno what happened to this store, but the inventory of items has gone down. Shoe selection are…read morenow by sizes at the aisles for Men and Women instead of them being by different shoe styles. Guess it's been like that for over a year now. I remember they used to have the shoe choices by styles before... The sale items are not returnable, or I guess all sales seem to be final at the store. They have clearance racks all over the place for Men and Women. Last visit was over 3 months ago and bought 1 pair of Nike Jordan Luka 2 shoes for $60.00. Didn't really see anything else worth buying at the time...

RACIAL PROFILING: I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Nike Outlet…read morelocation due to what felt like clear racial profiling. I came into the store with the intention of buying business-casual athletic wear and running shoes. I like to take my time when I shop, looking at styles, comparing items, and thinking about how I'll wear them with what I already own. I was also waiting nearby for my sister to get off work, so I wasn't in a rush. I had time and a budget. One specific employee: a short, bald Black man with facial hair repeatedly approached me, at least five times, asking in the same way different words insinuating, hurry up! "You STILL doing okay"? making the creepiest eye contact, despite me clearly browsing and not asking for assistance. The frequency and tone felt excessive and targeted. I was also texting my partner during this time, which I later showed to the manager to clarify that I was simply shopping, not doing anything inappropriate. After the repeated interruptions, I asked the employee to stop asking me, as it was becoming uncomfortable. Shortly after that, I looked up and realized that all of the items I had been collecting to purchase were gone. The same employee had removed only my items that I took an hour to decide on, while other unattended merchandise nearby was left untouched. This felt retaliatory and unprofessional. I want to be clear: I was not stealing, nor have I ever. I walked into the store with a $500 budget and ended up spending $488. No one should be rushed, followed, or made to feel suspicious while shopping, especially when they are clearly there to purchase. What made this even more uncomfortable was that the behavior seemed performative, as if the employee was trying to assert authority in front of other staff. Even other employees appeared visibly uncomfortable with how the situation was being handled. I do want to acknowledge the manager on duty, who handled the situation professionally. She sent the employee on break, helped me retrieve the same items, and personally checked me out. I appreciate her stepping in and making sure I could complete my purchase. Still, this experience shouldn't happen to anyone. As a gay, masculine-presenting woman, I left feeling targeted and disrespected in a space where I should have felt welcomed as a customer. I hope this location takes a serious look at staff training around customer engagement and bias, because no one deserves to feel profiled while shopping.

I finally decided to head to this business after seeing they scan your foot as part of the process. I am so happy to have gone here! They scanned my feet and also studied the way I walked. I was helped by Elle who was kind and professional. She recommended a 3D foot insole as well that would be specific to the data found on the scan. All in all 10/10 experience and I'm hoping the insole helps with the issues I've been having as I have ramped up my fitness routine. It's great that they have a 30 day return policy just in case it doesn't work out (but fingers crossed!). As far as cost, the shoe seems pretty standard at about 150$. The 3D printed insole is about 120$. Overall, I am very hopeful that this will work due to all the data they gathered. Fingers crossed!

The gal who fitted me did an excellent job even though I am not an athlete, I am not super young, and was in unbearable pain. If you are hesitant- go here, they respectfully assess your feet and gait using a step technology then fit you with what works. I will never go to another store, this is the place. My feet require surgery with screws and all and a year later I am walking comfortably (never thought I would say that!). Spend the little extra on custom insoles- it is SO worth it.

I am very picky when it comes to my clothing, but I could buy one (or two) of every blouse, pant and skirt in this store. I love all the sweaters!!!! Every piece is unique and equal parts chic, classy and adorable. I absolutely love that each article is so transitional for many different looks when building my outfits. All the clothes that have come home with me are very durable and well made. Quality meets affordable! I love the way I feel when I wear my clothes from here when I go out, I feel so confident. Olivia is so helpful, from assisting me in building different outfits to getting me a different size while I was in the dressing room. She's very honest about how something looks on you, she's not just driven to make a sale. I felt like she genuinely wanted me to love the way I was going to look. Thank you so much for your honesty! BONUS!: there are lots of items that come in child size! I have found the perfect place to get my Mommy & Me outfits so my daughter and I can match!!! This store is more than just clothes. I found a selection of locally made jewelry, paintings, candles and even coffee! All from small businesses and artists in Washington. How freakin cool! I will be going back to do some gift shopping for my friends and family out of state. I have already been to Liv & Rory's Boutique a few times, and I know I'm not going to be able to stay away.

I was standing quietly waiting for her so she could direct me to a fitting room. Without any prompting, she snapped at me about "reading the sign," even though I hadn't said anything and was simply waiting. Her tone was sharp and dismissive. I didn't even see what "sign" she was yelling at me about. This isn't the first time I've witnessed or experienced rude behavior from this same employee. I've also seen her speak curtly to other customers on previous visits. Customer service sets the tone for a store, and unfortunately this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses it, as it definitely impacts the shopping experience.
