If you need help with anything there is always someone around to help you. They also carry glass items for the kitchen as well as plates, dinnerware, utensils. After parking, we were directed to walk around to the front which has multiple steps even though there is a perfectly good ramp on the backside. My wife, who was using a cane asked about it and they only let people in wheel chairs come in and out of that entrance. I found that to be inconsiderate. Sure, most of their clients are in good shape if they are runners. But for us, it wasn't a great start to our experience. Inside, the space is small, but tidy. There were several racks of women's athletic wear and some accessories near the front check out counter. I will say that they woman working was otherwise helpful in finding something for us and since she was wearing some of the clothing herself, it was easy to see how the fit of the garments looked. Because it is a specialty boutique that carries quality clothing, the price was a bit of a shock to me. However, my wife didn't bat an eye because she informed me that the prices were what she expected. I defer to her expertise in these things. They do all the heavy lifting for you and instead of looking through a million stores to find that one perfect gift, go to the one store that has a million (well, almost) perfect gifts. When you find yourself asking: "Where can I find a great gift?" Let me introduce you to the boutique! Sometimes you can enter a store like this and have no idea what you are looking for and simply be inspired by the numerous gift ideas. On this particular day, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but alas, I couldn't find what I had in my head. No worries! Therein lies the power of the well-curated boutique. One of the coolest things they had on this St. Valentine's Day was a "Bloom Box" (I think that is what they called it). It was several bins filled with gorgeous wildflowers and you could hand-select the flowers of your choice. They also had a table with butcher paper, twine, shears and tape so you could wrap your bouquet with thoughtfulness and love. I had so much fun picking wildflowers and accompanying greenery to craft the perfect bouquet. Can't say enough about Will and Team at Fisher's Indiana Fleet Feet! location…read more I've purchased two pair of Hoka Clifton's which I love, most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, but they squeak something fierce. I went to purchase a new pair today as it was time and was looking for a different brand simply due to past issues. However, after having conversation with Will about my concern with the squeaking Hoka's, he assured me that he could most likely fix them, it was probably the insert rubbing along the insole of the shoe. I advised I had followed directions from other staff at the time, I added talc powder and deodorant to the bottom of the insole, but nothing worked and I was well past any warranty period. Later in the afternoon, I returned to the store with my old shoes in hand to see if Will could come through with his promise. Will and two Team Members wiped down my insoles, how heroic as my shoes were well loved! Will applied "Body Glide" to the clean insoles. By the way, Body Glide can be purchased at the store for $9.00. Guess what? No Squeak. I was so skeptical, shame on me! Not going to be running in the old Hoka's as I purchased a new pair today. However, there is still life in the well loved Hoka's that no longer squeak , not going to retire them as I can still use them when running errands with no fear of being judged by those around me. I ordered a shirt from this boutique and did not receive it for OVER 2.5 weeks. BUT that was after I emailed the customer service email over 5 times (no response to any email), sent facebook messages to the boutiques page(they read them but again failed to respond to any of the messages), and even went as far as emailing the owners personal page. Apparently it is okay to take a customers money and not send the product promptly. Finally after a little more than 2 weeks the owner responded and sent me the shirt....... ONLY to get the shirt in the WRONG size with stains and holes in it. Talk about frustrated! I will NEVER shop there again and made sure to let all my friends, co-workers, and family know how awful the customer service is, the lack of responsibility, and quality (or lack there of) of the products. My recommendation to everyone reading this go shop somewhere else like Dottie Couture! They have the best clothes with the best prices and the most amazing customer service and staff! UPDATE: The owner reached out to me via facebook messenger 19 minutes after this review was posted..... Weird considering no one can respond to emails about the missing product but can respond within 20 minutes of a bad review. Further more, she proceeded to argue with me about when it was shipped out. It was shipped out 14 days after she received my payment to her direct PayPal account. Warning: if you try to confront her or bring any issue up about products she will argue with you and proceed to block you on facebook from the boutique and the VIP group to avoid bad reviews. She also deletes any google review on her page if it is a bad one. Personally, as an owner you should NEVER argue with the customers. If I were the owner I would want to do anything to make it right since a store front was just opened. But hey maybe that is just me.
