She can get the jackets in the school colors here, and have them embroidered with the school name (official logo) and personalized with our boys' names. And as they earn patches for competitions they perform in, my wife is able to have them added to the jackets in a reasonable time frame. It isn't a cheap place, but it is done well and looks professionally done. Our oldest grandson's jacket has held up well and we haven't had any problems with the patches becoming loose. He was easily accessible and excellent with communication during the design process. He even went through extra effort to deliver our items to the greenwood store since we live in the area. We had many teams to provide uniforms for. Each team was separated and labeled by player. So amazing. Phil rocks! I went to purchase a new pair today as it was time and was looking for a different brand simply due to past issues. However, after having conversation with Will about my concern with the squeaking Hoka's, he assured me that he could most likely fix them, it was probably the insert rubbing along the insole of the shoe. I advised I had followed directions from other staff at the time, I added talc powder and deodorant to the bottom of the insole, but nothing worked and I was well past any warranty period. Later in the afternoon, I returned to the store with my old shoes in hand to see if Will could come through with his promise. Will and two Team Members wiped down my insoles, how heroic as my shoes were well loved! Will applied "Body Glide" to the clean insoles. By the way, Body Glide can be purchased at the store for $9.00. Guess what? No Squeak. I was so skeptical, shame on me! Not going to be running in the old Hoka's as I purchased a new pair today. However, there is still life in the well loved Hoka's that no longer squeak , not going to retire them as I can still use them when running errands with no fear of being judged by those around me. Let's be honest. I…read moredon't have a whole lot of business heading into a store called "Fleet Feet." I kind of wanted to go in and immediately proclaim "Fleet Feet - meet No Feet." I resisted the urge. In all seriousness, or at least as serious as I can be in what is essentially a shoe store, I was wheeling by Fleet Feet while handling an errand in this Broad Ripple Strip Center where Fleet Feet exists. Fleet Feet is a chain that started in 1976 in Sacramento, CA. There are six locations in Indiana - Broad Ripple, Carmel, Fort Wayne, Greenwood, Fishers, and West Lafayette. One of the Fleet Feet slogans is All People. All Paces. Always. I love this and embrace it as someone who has tremendous endurance but almost no speed (Fun fact about this Yelper: I have the official slowest time ever recorded for the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. I'm actually the reason there's a time limit now.). And yes, that means one year when I was on crutches, I came in dead last. But, I finished. This location is fairly accessible. There are accessible parking spots along the strip, curb cuts (though not really directly in front of Fleet Feet), and the single-sided glass door is pretty workable. The store's layout is wheelchair friendly. As I noted, the emphasis here is on shoes. However, I was wheeling by and saw a shirt I really liked. So, I decided to visit. The employee was friendly and helpful, though my uniquely shaped body needs a larger size than was available. That said, we had a good conversation about local events and I got the chance to check out a variety of supplies. In case you're wondering, I did not try on the shoes. There's much to love here, though with a slogan that includes "All People," I can't help but wish there was at least a little acknowledgement of wheelchair athletes here. It's a minor quibble, but as someone who gets out on the trails a lot it's important to me. That said, I'd easily return when I'm getting ready for my next event. They have some cool shirts, hydration/energy supplies, and more. Oh, and yeah, they have shoes.

When Nike stopped making their Structures that I'd been running in for 20 years, I turned to Fleet Feet to find a new pair. They hooked me up with ASICS GT-2000's in May 2021 and ASICS Gel Kayanos last week. Both have been excellent recommendations. Fleet Feet does a fantastic job. They always welcome you in, ask questions about what you're looking for, and have recommendations for great shoes or gear. I won't go anywhere else for my running shoes.

I really didn't know what to expect from this consignment store, but I found way more than I imagined! My son wears a man's size in sweatshirts, so I found a large variety of hoodies and sweatshirts that he might like. Keep in mind that this is a store for adults, so sizes start at adult small, which is actually pretty big. There are no children's clothing sizes here. I walked away with three hoodies, and because they were gifts, I obviously didn't try them on. Although, if I wanted to, there are changing rooms in the store. Be aware that all purchases are final. No returns! The service is top-notch. The people who work here are friendly and ready to help, but will also hang back and let you do your thing if you don't need them. When it came time to check out, they neatly folded my clothing as if it was their own. They have a no-bag policy, so be prepared to carry your clothing out sans bag.
