Thankfully, customer service was easy to reach and extended the pickup date without issue. The store's self-pickup area has moved to the front, something I only realized after walking to the back where it used to be. Once there, the process was smooth. The app instructions were clear, and the setup is convenient. Overall, a solid experience with helpful service and a streamlined pickup system.

No one could be bothered to speak to us even when making eye contact and passing by us multiple times. While I enjoy the clothing, the customer service was atrocious. We walked around the entire store for over an hour without so much as a hello from a single employee (of which there were multiple). When I went in the store a year ago there were employees who were both gracious and accommodating. That was a very disappointing experience and we will not return.
