I called them back to make the purchase and there was one additional item that they said would probably add about $250 to the estimate. I said "fine", get me the new one and let's book that start date. They then send me an estimate for $12,441 - WAY MORE than the $250 they said. No real explanation was given other than that was their new price. Don't trust these folks - I never will again.

Follow up review for our initial issue of needing our pipes snaked. After the issue persisting, we…read morehad scheduled a day to have the lines hydrojetted but due to scheduling they weren't able to service our pipes that day. They did offer a complimentary snake to get us by until a day that worked better for them and ourselves. During the snaking, Zach did pull back a bit root ball and discovered we did indeed have root invasion problems, which he offered replacing a section of the pipes as a solution. We were given ample time to mull over the info between hydrojetting or replacing. Since hydrojetting was a temporary fix, we opted for the pipe replacement, during which they would descale the existing pipes once given access during replacement. They also offered to add in an additional clean out location outside the home in case we have issues in the future. They showed up on the scheduled day ready to work. Despite a small hiccup which delayed them being able to start, once they did they worked through the day to finish the job. They communicated clearly as they started each step, making sure to show me how the descaling worked in a removed part of the pipe as well as where the roots were invading. They also put back the dirt and removed portion of sidewalk the best the ground would allow, also leaving some extra dirt so that it would settle more level as time passes. I am very pleased to have found Priority Plumbing for these services. It can be a real headache to deal with these issues, but they were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any of our communications. I will continue to contact them in the event we have other issues in the future!

After the work is done, they…read moredo not give you an itemized invoice so you don't know the exact parts installed and how much time was charged for labor. When asked why they don't provide this, they say they are a service company and this allows them to avoid collecting sales tax. I don't know what that means. The quality of the work was very good and the person was very courteous. Based on the hours worked, I do feel like I was way overcharged and the lack of a detailed invoice may allow them to charge whatever they want at their discretion. My error was not scrutinizing from the beginning because I just wanted the work done. Lesson learned for me but proceed with caution.

These plumbers pulled our toilet to clear the clog, then put a camera in the system and found that we have a collapsed pipe. Heidler put a camera in but said it was too dark to see. The current plumber said it was too dark because the clog had not been removed. He also said that we are their second client this week where they were called because Heidler failed to correct the issue. When we called Heidler and told them that the toilet was backing up again, we were told that their work is not guarenteed. After seeing this review Heilder contacted us and refunded our payment.

I had a tankless water heater go out in the coldest stretch of winter. My thermostat (we have radiator heating) was reading 41 degrees. When calling companies on 12/28, I was being told by many they couldn't see me until early January. G.A. Eberly took my call and checked with their maintenance team to see how they could fit me in on the same day. They had a lead technician (Steven) hop on the phone and get information about what I was experiencing, before finding a way to slot me in. Steven even called back about 30 minutes later to offer a quick fix solution to see if we could get our heat back on. Excellent service! Chris was the technician dispatched. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, helped get a fix in place, and was out the door in no time. I was happy with the price paid for what essentially amounted to a service call, even though he helped fix my issue. Excellent experience working with them. They seemed very comfortabe with my tankless system. I called and spoke with Jeff Senior and had an appointment for the next day. Jeff Junior arrived and informed me my Backflow Assembly was not testable and since it was installed in 2016 before non-testable Backflow Assembly was banned, I was grandfathered in from requiring yearly testing. However, my Backflow Assembly is required to be replaced every 5 years. Jeff replaced my Backflow Assembly the next day in less than an hour. The quality of the work and replacement Assembly was excellent. Throughout the entire process, both Jeff senior and junior answered all my questions and explained things clearly. I will continue using Anne Arundel Plumbing for all my future needs because of their excellent service, competency and rates.
