We got in and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The place were so busy with dogs been groomed and there were also self wash area. It was well orchestrated business. I liked Elon came out all fresh and soft. I know washing and grooming dogs are not easy and simple which I've done it on Elon for few years which took me all day and we both ended up exhausted. I appreciate groomers knows what they are doing and keep the dogs happy. I like how Elon looks after his grooming and Elon knows he looks great too lol. The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. Sometimes they are super busy and getting checked in and out can be cumbersome. They would benefit from a larger lobby for sure. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.

I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business.
