They were able to come out the same day for a quote, and once accepted were able to start immediately. 4 hours later, the place was spotless and looked brand new. Rafael actually had to take out a spotlight to show me the imperfections in the eggshell paint where the new layer would appear shiny over the other one. He had alerted me that it would do that, however it was much less noticeable than he had said. For cost - they are very well priced. They are also extremely friendly and upfront about everything. The price he quoted me did not change, even though he noticed (and fixed) a few other things that we had not talked about. Whenever I need their services again, you can bet that I will call them first.

Wow! We have been so incredibly impressed by Ozzie and his team. We were moving from Boston to…read moreHarvard and had about 6 weeks between closing and when we had to move to do a bunch of work on the new house. Ozzie did so much more than just the floors for us. Every time we mentioned another project, he quickly would say "we do that", and indeed he and his workers not only did the work, but did it quickly, with high quality, great communication, timeliness and of course a great price. Just to summarize what they did: 1) Sanded, stained and new poly on all of the wood floors (a lot of square footage). We did provincial stain with satin finish poly and they are gorgeous. 2) complete interior painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, doors, closets 3) sanded and refinished the kitchen cabinets to make the tired old wood cabinets have a completely new life.. (this is an incredible option to quickly and inexpensively give your old kitchen a completely new feel). He used a different white enamel and removed all the knobs and hinges and then reattached everything for a very custom look. He also did the same for the first floor bathroom and it looks AMAZING. 4) put down new slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom (previously was older linoleum). The dark grey natural stone looks beautiful with the white counters and new paint job. 5) installed new backsplash subway tile. Overall we could not be happier. His price was. Fantastic, and Ozzie is a genuinely good guy with a great crew. We will absolutely continue to work with him on future projects and have recommended him to my brother and fiends already.

From our initial interaction to the completion of the job, they have consistently gone above and beyond. We had a leak that caused significant damage to the ceiling and wall on a lower floor. I sent pictures of the damage and received prompt replies as well as a quote. They came out the same day to open up the ceiling so the plumbers could have access and came back to patch the ceiling (matching the textured ceiling style perfectly) and again to paint the ceiling and adjoining wall. No drama and no nonsense - they simply got the job done and more importantly, they did it with care! I don't usually give reviews but this was exceptional and I fully recommend Martin and crew and I will use them again.
