We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

They are detail oriented and make sure that the structural details that are not even visible (but make a difference in the long haul), are done correctly. They don't take any shortcuts. Even though I only speak one language, they speak MANY LANGUAGES, which may be handy for you. Most importantly, THEY ARE HONEST. You have nothing to fear about leaving tools or any valuables around. They do not swear, which is important if children are around, and they are always VERY respectful. I was new to the area and took a year-and-a-half interviewing roofers -- seven in total. Because I…read morewas looking for a roof on a sprawling ranch house with all manner of twists and turns, I knew I had to find someone with a level of expertise on which I could depend. In addition, I also planned to roof a freestanding cottage, potting shed and two barns. Jon was the only roofer to express enthusiasm over what was a decidedly complicated job. His company also provides siding and sun tunnels, and they were able to patch some siding to match existing material and install a sun tunnel in my kitchen. This is the kind of one-stop shopping I was thrilled to have. The team, under the leadership of Angel, also replaced six skylights with solar-powered blinds that reap credits come tax season. They were also able to spray foam into a rotted exterior beam and finish it off with a custom-molded lead cap they painted to match the wood. There was nothing they couldn't do, and my requests (which dribbled in as the work proceeded) were never met with anything but total professionalism and suggestions for how it could be done. When Jon and I first discussed the job, I was still debating what type of roofing to install. My lack of focus dragged on for several months, and Jon would check back with me at intervals and send me product links for what he thought I might like. I looked at everything from metals, thatch, cedar shakes, faux shakes, slate and tile. A lot of the products I was interested in initially were discontinued but showed up in online searches as if they were available. Jon diligently pursued what products were still on the market, which helped me avoid going down a rabbit hole in attempting to find the "perfect" product. This forward-thinking support was invaluable in helping me narrow down my choice -- Presidential Shakes by Certainteed in an autumn blend. This product is absolutely stunning and provides a rustic accent to my quirky home, which features very low rooflines where the shingles are a visible characteristic of the home. These shingles are offset from one another and are subtly multicolored in the most pleasing of tones. They have a cottage feel that often mimcs thatch or slate. I am a graphic designer so my standards for visual appeal might be more demanding than most. I urged Jon to take a drone video of the job, because I think this project fully shows off his company's capabilities. Once you contact Jon Rigali, your search will be over. He will guide you every step of the way. I do have to recommend that you hide your crunchy peanut butter Cliff bars.

They introduced themselves and then they got to work. Dawson, Brandon and Travis were knowledgeable about the 'how' these windows work. I say this because the place I live the windows are 20 years old. My front door in particular has the storms on them that slide up and down. Dawson and Travis worked together tediously getting the storms in and out. They have done these types of storms before, but these being an older style they have not had experience with. The important trait here is they didn't give up. . My sills were extremely dirty. In some areas the pollen and dirt were caked on. They were very particular in making sure they cleaned it all out. My screens were taken off and hosed down. They were finished all windows and doors in less than 3 hours. I paid them and they each shook my hand saying it was a pleasure to meet me. Being older it is so nice to have individuals work in my home who are genuinely enthusiastic about their job and very polite.
