I am very cautious with who enters my home but Rigo was very easygoing, professional, knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain the entire restoration process, and clearly walk me through what to expect over the next few days. What stood out the most was his outstanding communication. He answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. He also handled the insurance process while he was here, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Digo's professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service are truly top-notch and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of restoration services! Rigo is truly an asset to WFM Restoration and I look forward to seeing my project completed smoothly.

Thanks Jorge for coming out to my house a couple of months ago. I wanted to rewrite my review and…read moretell you how satisfied I was with what you guys did with my house! I got a letter from the insurance company saying that they overpaid Ars. I gave Jorge a call. And he looked into it quickly. It appears that the insurance company actually did overpay. George sent me a copy of the return check and was mailed out in 24 hours! I've never worked with somebody that was so reputable. I highly recommend these guys if you have waterdamage. Jorge is the most honest guy I've ever met.

I normally don't write reviews as well, but my experience with ARS (American Restoration Services)…read morein Las Vegas was serious enough that I believe homeowners should know what happened to me and seems others have had same experience from prior posts. I was referred by ARS by a plumber (used by my homewarranty company). ARS represented that they would manage the process from end to end with my insurance company on Remediation work on my property and that I would be responsible only for the amount ultimately agreed upon with insurance. That representation was a major reason I hired them. ARS handled the remediation work and referred me to a reconstruction company they had worked with previously. My insurance company issued two separate checks--one for remediation and one specifically for reconstruction. ARS initially billed me nearly twice the total amount of those checks and tried to strong arm me that "it was part of the contract". When I questioned the bill, Fred, the ARS representative, acknowledged it was a billing error and said it would be corrected, while also mentioning that similar situations had occurred before and was an oversight on billing department. ARS did not clearly explain to me that the second insurance check was specifically for reconstruction. Trusting ARS to handle the process properly, I paid both checks to ARS in good faith, believing the reconstruction funds would be passed along to the reconstruction company THEY referred me to and THEY had worked with on previous projects. Once I discovered the issue, I repeatedly contacted Fred and ARS billing and requested that the reconstruction funds either be paid to the reconstruction company or returned to me so I can pay. My insurance company provided written documentation confirming that the second check was for RECONSTRUCTION--not remediation. Despite providing that documentation and numerous efforts of reaching out, ARS has not returned the funds and does not respond to my calls, emails or texts. Fred subsequently provided what I found to be conflicting and confusing explanations to cover up this mistake regarding the original contract amount and its use as a starting point for negotiation with the insurance company. I was specifically reassured and told by Fred that my obligation would be LIMITED to ONLY my deductible, and I relied on that representation when I hired ARS. I am pursuing this dispute through the Nevada State Contractors Board, Nevada Attorney General, BBB, IICRC revoke or remove ARS certification and other appropriate channels to seek clarification and resolution regarding the disputed funds. MY ADVICE TO HOMEOWNERS Based on my experience, I would not recommend ARS for remediation work due to their deceptive trade practices. This review describes my personal experience and is based on documentation I received from my insurance company..

Fire Restoration Services…read more I had a small kitchen fire and wanted to procure fire restoration services to take care of any soot and smoke damage. Any visible damage was mostly contained within kitchen area. I looked up local companies on Yelp and decided to get a free quote from Independent Restoration Services. They came out the next day to check out the place, provided a quote within a few hours, and were then able to start the next day after obtaining work authorization. I placed my trust in them based on their reviews across Yelp, Google, and FB. At first I was a bet skeptical due to only one person making it out on the first day, which was due to a combination of scheduling issues , others being called onto different sites/projects, and overall just being a small team. But in the end they still finished on schedule as initially estimated, despite having less manpower than I had expected. They were thorough with the restoration - my place was just as clean as before, and in some places even cleaner. They kept me assured throughout the whole process and answered any questions and concerns I had. There was a misunderstanding on my end where I thought they would also clean the air ducts, but since that is not something they provide, they offered to go 50/50 on subcontracting a duct cleaner. And at the end, they agreed the initial quoted estimated cost seemed a bit too high, so they were willing to adjust the final bill downwards. Overall they provided quality cleaning and restoration services, were flexible to work with, and did not seem like they were out to get my money. I hope I'll never need them again, but I can recommend them for anyone who needs fire restoration services. Thank you Charlie, Miguel, Brandon, Billy, Batt/Edgar, and Christoph.

However, in the end things turned out good. I hired them for mitigation and the workers arrived and packed everything beautifully. then the demolition crew arrived. There was an accident to my personal property and I got very nervous because I was not hearing the words, "Don't worry, we'll fix it". I thought I was in for a hassle because I hired them immediately without getting a recommendation from insurance. That means I'm on my own if things go wrong. That was a hard lesson to learn. Never go with the plumber recommendation always hire insurance preferred people then anything that happens you are automatically covered and removed from any negotiations. So after weeks of dealing with a very hostile employee who seemed to have a mission to make things as difficult as possible, I finally got the name of his supervisor, Greg, who was much more professional and agreeable. He actually worked with me to resolve the problem. Everything was resolved to our mutual satisfaction.

They only get 2 stars for Omar or it would be 1. What we were told would be a five-day-to-one-week…read morerestoration job following a garbage disposal leak turned into weeks without a functioning kitchen, approximately $10,000 in charges, poor workmanship, and confusing requests for additional money. We were initially told there was minimal water damage and that our out-of-pocket responsibility would be our $1,000 deductible. Throughout the process, the insurance checks, balances on paperwork, and payment requests have not consistently matched. Even after we handed over an additional insurance check for approximately $2,248, the payment link still showed more than $2,000 due. We are still trying to get a clear explanation of what we actually owe and why. The workmanship has also been disappointing. Glue was left on the countertop after it was reinstalled, and there is a gap that leaves the surface uneven. We were told they could arrange to reinstall our reverse osmosis system, only to later learn they did not have a plumber available for it. After additional insurance funds were obtained, someone installed a new system, which immediately began leaking. There was no thorough follow-up inspection of the completed work. Communication has been frustrating from my first interaction with Tiffany Washington through our dealings with the office. We have repeatedly been left chasing answers while being asked for payments. On top of everything, we have spent more than $2,000 on water and basic necessities while without our kitchen. Omar has been the only helpful person throughout this experience. He appears to be new, and although he was sent out to collect checks, he took the time to check in with us and listen to our concerns. We appreciate his efforts. Overall, we feel nickel-and-dimed, and the lack of clear billing, reliable communication, and quality follow-through has destroyed our confidence in this company. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Emergency Restoration or ERX, and I would never hire them again.
