Initially time restraints with scheduling on both parties end delayed repairs. Once my floors were tore up they forgot to call an schedule the flooring install so when I contacted them there was a week delay because the receptionist FORGOT, her words. I could tell Cronin the scheduling issues they wasn't the most professional. Flooring went in perfect. The ceiling repairs was a different story. Nothing was covered or draped when the final repairs were done and I've had a bacterial sinus infection for over a month now. I contacted the office regarding the dust that left and they told both myself and my rental company they would send someone the next week and that the owner was contacted regarding the quality of service so they would be sending someone to inspect. Never heard from them again. I paid my own cleaning crew to clean up the dust left all over my home. Not a trustworthy company that cares about they clients wellbeing. read more

Leaking air conditioner, ceiling damage, delicate wall. They did great. I was really nervous because I had wallpaper. They repaired everything at a reasonable price and a reasonable amount of time. But the quality? Way higher than my expectations. Can't do better. read more

We have had multiple leaks in our house due to poor plumbing and a couple of roof leaks as well. We have Quick Response on speed dial. They always come quickly with fans and are able to assess the damage and cut out any drywall if necessary. They leave the fans until the area is dry and then pick up. We typically have them do our drywall repair and paint as well-Jackie is great to work with for scheduling and Steve who does the work is very friendly. read more

Quick Response was awesome! The Best! We had a flood due to a water line that broke in our garage. We called Quick yRespose on a Sunday morning after seeing the huge water mess. Jason offered to bring blowers out to our house at no charge for we could start the drying process on a Sunday morning. The beginning of a bad problem that turned out better than anyone could hope for. QR. has state of the art equipment to, X-ray the walls, ceiling fans, dehumidifiers. To prevent further water damage. QR found water damage in areas that I never thought was possible. We have zero fears of mold from unfound water damage. Q.R. Employees are very professional from their office staff, to the craftsmanship employees that came out to get this mess cleaned up. They are polite, and knowledgeable in what they are doing. After QR was done with all the drywall, paint, and cleanup, you would never known that there was a major catastrophe. QR is very honest, caring, and professional. I highly recommend Quick Response, I'm sure no job would be too big or small. They even worked with me on our insurance deductible. Our garage looks better now than it ever before! Thank you for your great workmanship. read more

I did not pick this company but if the choice had been mine, I would have. The work done was in a condo unit that I recently purchased that needed a bit of love. There was water damage in the water heater closet, under the kitchen sink and a small area right outside of the master tub. The seller went out a got the bids and paid for the repairs but I had all the work scheduled and done after the purchase. I have to say every one was great from my first initial phone call to both sets of repair personnel. You can't tell there was ever a problem. The drywall guys were great and very polite, as were the cabinet guys. The work looks great and they went out of their way to ensure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

We called in Quick Response after another company had done nothing in eight days after a water line had broken and flooded our downstairs. They immediately got to work replacing flooring and kitchen cabinets. The work was outstanding, and the crew was courteous, professional and prompt. read more

They were recommended by the plumbing company (Hips Plumbing - who were amazing by the way). The gentleman came out, was friendly, but I noticed that he had to go through the house three times to assess the work and each time he came up with different information. So after leaving he stated someone would get back to me with a quote within 24 or 48 hours (I don't recall which). Well, it's been over two weeks and have not heard anything back from them. I contacted another company (702 Painting and Drywall) and they responded immediately and so far have been great to work with. I had to push the date back as the inspector didn't show and they were very understanding. I can't comment on the value of their work as they neither did any work or provided and estimate/quote. read more

My initial contact with QUICK RESPONSE was great. They came out on 18 June and did the rip out work necessary for the plumbing company to come in an take out and install a new tub and shower pan. Danny was very helpful in making sure things were done and cleaned up. Danny took photos of the areas that would need restoration. He also took measurements of three interior doors that I wanted to replace due to damage. And that's where things went downhill. I repeatedly called and emailed them asking for a written estimate for the drywall repairs and the interior doors. I kept being told "...the boss hasn't had a chance to review the photos yet...we'll get back to you "tomorrow"..." Well, tomorrow turned out to be 2 July. I got an email from them saying that they were sorry that they couldn't complete the job because they only did drywall and not tile. There was no mention of the interior doors, so I guess they didn't want to do those either. I hired a local handyman to do the drywall and he showed up at 7:30 A.M. this morning. It's nice to have someone who responds. PURE PLUMBING gave me the name of a good tile person, but I guess QUICK RESPONSE is out of the picture. I'm sorry things didn't work out ... but I'm glad I found someone else to do the work. read more

I used Quick Response on the recommendation of my plumber to repair some drywall. Their pricing was fair, and they had an opening quickly, so the job was completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was communication and the timeliness of their arrival. The first day they arrived 2.5 hours outside of the window with no call or text. I called once and texted once to check , and had difficulty getting in touch with anyone. The second day they were supposed to come back to paint, but about 30 minutes past the window of arrival I got a call asking if they were supposed to come. I decided to just do the painting myself, and to be fair, they said they'll take that charge off the invoice. I think that they do good work for a reasonable price, but if you need someone who sticks to a schedule, you might not get that with this company. read more

So I was in my bathtub yesterday relaxing after a hard day's work, when my mother began yelling for me to come downstairs. I flew out of the bathtub to find water leaking out of the light fixture in my kitchen and water spots forming. I about had a heart attack. I called pure plumbing and they got me connected with a tech who said that from my description of the issue the overflow in my bathtub was leaking. However they could see me till Tuesday, and recommended I call Robert at quick response to check the potential water damage in the meantime. I called him this morning and he let me know he would be able to come soon after his appointment and would connect with me when he was heading over. So in just a couple hours he was at my house. He was so nice, and even paid attention to the no shoe sign. He came in, scanned the areas effected, asked me how much water overflowed, whether there was soap in the water etc. He also checked the bathtub area. He let me know it was actually not bad at all, and it was a clean leak that occurred that should dry out. He also said in a week he could come down and recheck to make sure this occurred, none of this he charged me for. I really appreciated his assistance and honesty. I gave him a lemon from my yard read more

I have never wrote a review before but felt I had to after the great experience we had with Quick Response. We had a water leak and contacted Quick Response for the mitigation and clean up. We then chose to use them to do the repair and replace the damaged flooring. Throughout every step they were great to work with. They did an excellent job of working with our insurance and providing the requested documentation. Their work on the repair was second to none. Their workers were always on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were meticulous and detailed making sure we were pleased with how everything was completed. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their home. read more

Well just had a pretty awesome sewer backup into my home and flood my office space, powder room, coat closet and garage. Chris and his crew including Andy and Danny from Quick Response showed up in a jiffy and ensured me they would handle the problem in no time. They created a clean work environment and quarantined the area that was affected so that my family and I could utilize the rest of our home safely. Even though it was late, they worked ferociously into the wee hours of the morning and hauled away the damaged material with them. Jason the owner of Quick Response also sent out a tile cleaning company that vacuumed all the sewage water out of my tile. What a guy! Hopefully you don't have a flood or any other type of damage to your home, but if you do, call Quick Response for a Quick Response! read more

Absolutely a horrible company. Started out fine with demo, then it turned. They DID NOT lay any rosin paper nor wore booties till I made a stink (only demo techs did). Had their equipment and trash bags directly on my rugs/carpets. Owner Jason was supposed to meet with our Property manager and instead sent someone else. Did not complete the job properly (had to come back). Used flooring for a toe kick. Ripped out flooring from under my couch to replace some in my dining room (in which the owner jason made this decision without contacting myself or the property manager). Among other things. I would do your homework first before using Quick Response read more

BEWARE! Do you enjoy being frustrated? Enjoy disjointed scheduling and craftsmen from different companies showing up without a clue? How about craftmen showing up without the statement of work that's to be done in your residence? Enjoy having phone calls never returned from the scheduler or even from the owner? If so, this company is for you! My stand up shower has been torn up for a month now due to a leak I had. The initial response from this business was great, but the restoration response and scheduling were horrible! I never felt like the priority for this business as scheduling conflicts within the company prolonged the repairs I needed. Save your time, money, and frustration and hire a reputable company that can guaranty results promised. Please hear me!!!! read more

We recently had sewer water flood in our home and Chris, Mike, and Marcus took care of it for us! Kudos for a job well done! This rating is meant for the guys I mentioned above! For Jason, the owner?!?! I give him a NEGATIVE ZERO! Disrespectful! Unprofessional! Very POOR Customer Service! See below! As for the woman who answers the phone there, Her name is Jacky (or Jackie), I will rate her separately! It will depend on how she will go above and beyond her call of duty to help me with my needs! Stay tuned! P.S. Do not call and speak to Jason on the phone because he will not allow you to finish your sentence and HE will hang-up the phone on you! He needs to go to an Ethics and Management Seminar! There! They will teach him GOOD MANNERS and will learn to address his clients in a professional manner! He needs to send me a letter of apology for the way he disrespected me! If not, I will report him to the Better Business Bureau! read more

Great customer service, fast, professional, efficient, and trustworthy. When this service is needed call this company. They are great at what they do! Restorations! I had water damage under a tub/shower from damaged water pipes. Chris was called out to assess situation and get a space opened up for plumber. The water damage was in 3 closets and 2 rooms. He worked fast and carried off all the wet moldy Sheetrock from out of a small closet. It was smelly and not fun for him but he never complained. Chris returned a few days later to set up high powered fans, dehumidifies, and air cleaning equipment to dry the walls and floors. He monitored the equipment over a 3-4 day period making sure drying was completed. Thanks Chris. Sheri in office arranged for repairs within a few days and she was very nice to speak with. Steve and Abel arrived on time and repaired the closet wall, baseboards, and cabinet molding to their original look. They did excellent work. Thanks Steve and Abel. The quality of work was very good. The price was excessive. The cost of the repairs were more than 1000 dollars for four hours work replacing some drywall on the ceiling. I have past job experience in working home repairs and I am very disappointed with Quick Response. read more

Fantastic job! On Friday, the water heater broker at our house in Summerlin. Unfortunately, the water leaked into part of the wall of the house. Quick Response was just as their name states! He also submitted the claim to our insurance and was on top of the the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way. We've now had two jobs done by Quick Response, and are very happy with both. We had to replace an old water heater, and also the stand on which it sat, and we had a bathroom wall that needed some TLC, and we wanted the bathroom painted as well. Danny came out for the estimate on the water heater stand, and Jason came out to give us the quote on the wall and paint, and both were professional, friendly, and authoritative. Steve came out to do the work on both jobs and did excellent work. The quotes were both very reasonable as well. It was a snap to schedule the work and settle up payment -- the office staff with which I have dealt have also been professional, friendly, and kind. I know that Quick Response must do jobs a lot more involved than ours, yet each time they have gone out of their way to let me know how much they appreciate our business, and to make sure that the work is done to our satisfaction. We'll definitely do business with them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Quick Response! read more

Came home to water running out of the garage. Water heater had burst. Went in the house and pantry, kitchen and dining room were flooded. Used a shop vac to get up most of the water from the tile floor, but the carpet was soaked. Home warranty co is sending hot water folks out but not until the next day and of course there is a 4 hour window. Needed to get the carpet water extracted and these guys (Bronson and Daniel) showed up within an hour of calling and immediately got to work. Very knowledgable and professional. Will have to wait on Insurance co for approval for the remediation and these guys will handle it all. Nice work. Will post update once the work is completed. read more

Jason and his team were over a few weeks ago to take out and repair the island under my sink. I had water damage and mold and delayed getting it taken care of because was not crazy about what I thought would be a team in my house for a few weeks. Quick Response was able to demo and get rid of the mold in a day. We let it dry for a day in my case and then the cabinet was rebuilt in 2 days. Jason gave me a fair price and was in everyday to check on the progress of his team.
