They did a fantastic job removing all the stains I pointed out on a high end puffer jacket. Everyone is always very kind and helpful too.

Twice I brought my suit in and the buttons came back chipped. Its an older suit but has been dry cleaned for a number of years. When I called the only suggestion made was to find a similar button. If it happened once fine, but twice?! They said damage to buttons are not covered. With this type of suit you can't just sew in the buttons anyway. You need to unseam the sleeve. I brought in my newly purchased, expensive silk Theory blouse to treat some minor make-up stains on the ribbon and shoulder. The blouse looked vibrant and lustrous. Well... I got back a less vibrant and ironed out blouse. The luster is gone. The stain spots now look discolored, washed out as if someone was trying to get them out by scrubbing the material. They stand out more than the original stains. The manager said the stains didn't come out after the first attempt, so they kept treating it with chemicals. On top of that disaster, an obscure greasy spot appeared on the back, which the manager acknowledged but said it would easily come out. Well, it was not there to begin with! The manager didn't apologize, didn't offer a refund or a reimbursement of any sort; she became very defensive, unapologetic and kept suggesting I returned the blouse to store because fabric got discolored after the dry clean. Well, how about you take great care when dealing with a delicate silk material, notify your customer should you need to do additional treatment and offer a refund or reimbursement if you did a poor job. I basically paid this place to damage my blouse and treat me badly. read more

The Art of Losing customers... is being perfected at this establishment. We all understand that the world has gone crazy but this cleaner has really gone off the deep end. I took a dress shirt and dress pants in for pressing. They charged me over $13.00. Seriously? Most people know that it takes a professional dry cleaner about 60 seconds to press a pair of pants or shirt. The prices have just about tripled at this location. Maybe some people feel more affluent when paying ridiculous prices. Not me. I feel insulted. There are many better/affordable places to take your cleaning to that don't treat their customers poorly. read more

I dont usually post much but this cleaners actually saved my beloved comme des garcon pants. It had some grease stains from my bike and a small tear in the crotch area, but now its fixed up as new. I've been coming here for years. Recently the service has just gotten bad. A few months ago I showed up a few minutes before closing time and they shut down their computers a few minutes early so they could not find the clothes I needed for a trip. I had to come back again and didn't have my clothes I needed for the trip. Then recently I've been getting text messages for coupons for getting up to 30% off on dry cleaning. 2 months ago I presented the coupon when I was dropping off my items and they said to present the coupon when I pick up. When I went to pick up they denied the coupon and said I should have presented when I dropped my items off (which I did). After a few minutes of haggling they finally gave in to my request. Last week I received another coupon for 30% "All dry cleaning". When I went to drop off my comforter they pointed out that it was not part of dry cleaning but part of "Household items" so it did not qualify. When I was about to leave with my comforter they said they would apply the credit. I thanked them and when I went to pick up my comforter 6 days later they once again did not apply the credit and charged me full price. At this point I gave up on them. Not worth my time dealing with dishonest and rude people. Message to the manager/owner false advertising and false commitments are bad business in case you have not learned yet. I've been coming here for... many years (since before the Asian lady who is currently working here- I think she's Korean). Now, this Asian lady, has been an absolute 'thorn in my heel' for years. Nothing ever too much to keep me from coming here, but I guess it all adds up. The 1st thing I absolutely hate about her in her inability to learn English well enough to communicate effectively with clients (if you go live in a country, you are responsible for learning that country's official language- which in the United States is English). But I don't want to digress to much with political views; the point is: because of her poor grasp on English, she always points out and emphasizes things in a way that is... not useful. That, combined with her snobby attitude, leads to interactions in which I continuously feel as if I'm being reprimanded for daring to bring my clothes in to dry clean. For example, today: There was a small spot on one of my pants. She points it out. I have no idea what it is, but she keeps asking me what it is. I have no idea what it is; dry cleaners should be able to figure it out and at least try to clean it. She's very pessimistic; "this very bad; no work". At least try, lady. Then she asks if I want creases in my 3 pants. I answer clearly: "No crease". She finds a faint old crease in one of them (from the store where I recently bought them from); then points slowly and surely at it, salivating at the fact that she has found something to contradict me: "These have crease". My answer: "That's from the store I bought them from; I don't want creases." But she asks me again, still pointing at the faded crease: "You want crease?" At this point I'm becoming frustrated at the waste of time and her need to push her point on a client (and not listening). I go into detail: "Does this not make sense? When you buy pants, stores sell them with creases; it doesn't mean that I like pressed creases." Sensing my frustration, her answer is "Why are you getting mad? I just want to be helpful." Then tops it with a dismissive smile (we all know that one, that means: "This idiot is getting upset; funny."). And the interactions have been similar over the past 2+ years (not always, of course, but at least the 10 times that I haven't been able to just drop off or pick up without having to talk to her). This woman hides behind the fact that her English is poor. The real problem is that she is arrogant, pushy, doesn't listen, and might even be a bit dumb (anyone else would have left open the possibility that previous pressed creases could come from before a garment was purchased). And she smiles and almost laughs at clients who are frustrated, instead of apologizing. She doesn't need the business, so I'll just go to Ogden Cleaners, just downstairs. Dry cleaning businesses are a dime a dozen. read more

Fantastic service, I am so pleased with my decision to utilize this laundry service. They save me time that I can spend doing things I enjoy and they deliver every time with impeccable service. Very friendly nice staff, efficient and always have clothes ready on time while I've been coming here for several years so very pleased with the service and price is good also. Not open on Sundays but others here aren't also. Only issue hence not 5 stars once I got a shirt back with some marks on it, not really stains but maybe residue, but they re cleaned it for no charge when I went back. Great place and hope to find somewhere as good nearby when I move next week otherwise would keep coming back here. read more

The customer service at this place is very poor. They do everything they can to not allow you to use their coupons. I have no idea why some people think their customer service is friendly. I did not like the service at all. I took a pair of pants in for tailoring. They gladly took them but did not complete the tailoring as I had asked and said there was nothing they could do. I asked why they did not discuss that with me initially but they merely shrugged. They are too expensive for dry leaning and terrible at any tailoring you might want done. read more

First of all, I've been to other cleaners in the area but this one stands out among the rest. They are not expensive relative to neighboring competitors. Most importantly though, they do a superb job every time and are a kind and loyal staff. Even when I don't look entirely satisfied, they offer to clean it again for free. I have been using this cleaners since moving to Carmel Valley. The work and prices are as expected. Nothing exceptional but nothing is ever messed up. I find everyone to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I spilled red wine on a brand new expensive sundress. I used wine away and laundered it but it was still awful. I brought the dress to dry clean USA as a last resort and they got out the massive stain. I was told they washed it twice! I really appreciate the effort and will continue to come here. read more

DryClean USA may take good care of other garments, but do not clean your wedding gown there. Although they offer this service, I thought it was pretty poor. I had the gown cleaned twice, each time paying about $130. But had to go back a third time and point out some obvious omissions around the hem. This was to no avail, however - the gown was not in an adequate condition to be stored. The store said there was nothing further they could do. At this point I had paid $260. Although the spots which needed attention were obvious, the store did not offer any remediation. Save yourself the trouble. I went to other cleaners who specialize in this and they said they can definitely clean the remaining spots. read more

My Wife bought me a beautiful lamb Skin leather jacket for our anniversary this year and I just took it in to be dry cleaned. Dry Clean USA in turn sent it out to be cleaned by some one else and when I got it back it had shrunk and as a direct result ripped badly when I tried it on. They told me I could deal with the agent they had sent it to and did nothing to fix or replace it. What a nightmare. Please do not shop here. Absolutely heart breaking.
