Literally 4 separate times I had to set aside time, drive out to 2 locations for them to fix what was extremely basic tailoring. I was warned by several friends not to use them for tailoring. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the fabric was actually cut -- clear damage to the skirt. I've attached photos to show this. If this had been the condition when I dropped it off, they should have marked or mentioned it, but they didn't -- because it wasn't. The damage clearly happened while it was in their care. To make things worse, when I returned to have it fixed, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 -- to fix damage they caused. Completely unprofessional. Between the poor cleaning, the damage, and being charged extra for their own mistake, I can't recommend this place to anyone.
