Terrible first experience -- I won't be coming back. I brought in a skirt for cleaning, and when I picked it up, the cleaning was clearly not done properly. I had to return it, which was already frustrating. When I picked it up again, I noticed one side of the elastic waistband was loose. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the fabric was actually cut -- clear damage to the skirt. I've attached photos to show this. If this had been the condition when I dropped it off, they should have marked or mentioned it, but they didn't -- because it wasn't. The damage clearly happened while it was in their care. To make things worse, when I returned to have it fixed, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 -- to fix damage they caused. Completely unprofessional. Between the poor cleaning, the damage, and being charged extra for their own mistake, I can't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I brought in a new jacket I had just purchased a week ago in Japan. I had a couple of stains on the sleeves, and I asked if they could be removed. I was assured it would be tricky but said they could do it. When I picked it up I noticed that there were stains and that the stitching was coming off on the reverse side. They claimed it is cleaned and that of course the stains would spread since it was oil based, in addition they kept blaming the manufacturer for the stitching coming undone. I can agree that the jacket was not meant to be dry cleaned but I was relying on their expertise to advise me to use their service or not and of course I should have not relied on them. They refused to take any accountability and damaged my jacket. They did offer to try to clean again but it would ludicrous to let them try again when they caused this much damage the first time, I was only seeking refund on a $17 service from which they didn't execute carefully. TLDR: they ruined my jacket and refused to admit their mistake. read more

Service was timely and the jacket came out clean, but $29 to clean my jacket is crazy. The jacket cost me $69 to purchase.

I went there for the first time. The dryer we were using must have overheated or something as the entire load then reeked of smoke (we are not smokers and the clothes had no odor before drying). Incredible service from this place. Someone had spilled sauce on my suit and white shirt a while back on vacation and I had completely forgotten to have it cleaned at the time. I came here with a big stain on my suit jacket and white shirt and was hoping they could try to get it out but wasn't expecting anything crazy as I had already bought a suit jacket just in case they couldn't get the stain out. It was ready the next day 3 hours before they told me it would be ready and it looked brand new and there were no signs that there was ever a stain on there. 10/10 would recommend, also the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. read more

Do not take your clothes here. I had a beautiful sweater that I paid to have dry clean, instead they washed it and shrunk it. Instead of taking any accountability they blamed the sweater manufacturer. I ended up having to buy a new sweater to show them the mistake. I never got anything from them for this mistake. They told me that the manufacturer would give me a credit for my sweater, but the code never worked. Please don't go here if you want to keep your clothing in good shape. The woman who works there at the front is awesome, but the owner is terrible! read more

I have been going there for years. Once I got several dresses altered. They waaaay over charged. I told them never again. If they were going to charge more than the dress was worth, please alert me of the charge first so I can decide. I kept going there but took my alterations to another place. A week ago I tried again with alterations. Three simple dresses. Hems, take up the shoulders, one: take in waist a pinch. One dress was a little frillier. I went to pick up. 250 dollars to alter 3 dresses? No call to tell me they were going to charge this OUTRAGEOUS price. I take my dry cleaning there every week. No more. Never again. They're a nice family run business but oh my god. Just incredible. read more
