Two gentlemen showed up and got right to work setting their equipment up, once one was working the steam cleaner they grabbed me to pay their office: $60 worth every penny; if I hadn't watched them work if have thought they put down a new carpet. They were a little late to the 4 hour time frame they gave me and when I called Hernandez at 10mins to the end of it the young lady put me on hold and before She even got back to me the guys in the field were already calling me to say they'd be there in 15. I don't think anyone wants to go to a laundromat once you've moved past the early adulthood years…read more But occasionally, you have something too big for cleaning in your washing machine, or even worse, it breaks down on you. This is one of the nicer laundromats I've visited for the occasional visits. Its tucked away in a little strip mall between a dry cleaners, a nail salon, and the former Domino's Pizza. In the same shopping center currently - is Aldi's, Zach's frozen yogurt, and Hardees to help you find it. It's brightly lit - and has an attendant on hand during the day. One side of their washing machines have live plants in pots all along the back of the wall. They're not in the way of access to laundry machines, and its a welcoming, friendly touch that makes the place feel more hospitable. Its even one of those that offer laundry services, where you drop off your laundry and pay to have someone else clean and fold them. I can't speak to using that service, but it is good to know there are options available if needed. The washers and dryers are SpeedQueens - known for their reputation for handling a full load of laundry and cleaning well. Prices have gone up over the years. I'm not sure if this is comparable to other locations: Standard washers $2.75 to wash Triple load washers: $3.50-$4.00 Dryers: Most of them are .25 for 25 minutes of drying. There were 4 washers with out of service, but I'd estimate at least 20+ washers available. They have the usual amenities offered to purchase laundry items, a change machine, drink/snack machines, tv, chairs along one wall, tables, and laundry baskets on wheels for transporting your laundry from washer to dryer to tables. Bathroom -- well, I know the sign says for paying customers, but I'm not sure if its in service. One was blocked by many items, and the other stated employees only along with the only for paying customers sign. The parking lot is older, and heavily potholed in sections. Be careful pulling in, or through! Also limited space in the front so if you need to have something heavy moved, you may be in trouble if counting on an easy walk into the laundromat. Take a friend, or two or just use more laundry baskets for lighter loads. If you need to use a laundromat, this one would work very well, and felt safe using. I went during daylight hours so YMMV if you go late at night.
