Next was the ridiculous pricing: charging over $80 for a simple 16-pound load is complete highway robbery. The final straw was pickup. I was given only half of my order. When I returned to retrieve the rest, the employee first claimed she couldn't find my clothes. Once she finally located them, she had the audacity to accuse me of not paying. I was holding my paid receipt the entire time. Why would staff have released the first half of my order if it hadn't been paid for?
