Rather than taking responsibility for the loss of my belongings and working with me toward a reasonable resolution, both the store manager and owner have treated me disrespectfully and have failed to provide an appropriate apology or meaningful resolution. I have also requested information regarding the appropriate corporate representative or corporate office so that I can escalate this matter, but the store has refused to provide that information.
