But the real kicker is they tagged one of the formal dresses and told me that some of the stains on there would probably not be removed (it was either an oil or sauce stain), I signed off on that disclaimer. When I received the dress back it looked as if they just ironed the dress along with all the stains. It didn't look like they even tried. At this point I succumbed to thinking the dress is already ruined and tried to remedy the stain issues myself. lo and behold, I was able to remove all the stains myself with the aid of Dawn dishwashing liquid and a good hand wash! After a dry and quick iron I realized I could have saved myself a lot of money and frustration. Also noting that their alteration prices are extortionately high! I inquired about the cost of hemming some pants and told the price and quickly negated the thought of bringing it here. Seems that if you are desperate and need something quickly, this is the place to go. Just know there are cheaper options elsewhere.

Overall, we don't use drycleaners that often so as far as the quality and timing of work, we don't have anyone other experiences to compare to. His jacket looked good and the amount of time it took for the jacket to get cleaned made sense. The reason why I removed two stars is the customer service. I went in and this lady was blasting a radio or show full volume on her phone. There's nothing wrong with that, but what was wrong was that she just left it on while talking to me which caused a listening problem for her. Both my first and last name are very hard to spell if you don't have a lot of experience with Japanese name(s) so having to spell it out letter by letter is something I'm used to. But the fact that I was practically yelling at her over the counter trying to drown out whatever she was listening to in the background made me frustrated and anyone walking in would think I'm the bad guy. Eventually, she turned off her phone but that took too long when it should have been turned off when I walked in the establishment. To save me the aggravation of my last name, I just pulled out my ID so she could follow that. I also knocked another star off for no communication. She took down my name and phone number and gave me a date and time to pick-up and she said she would call when it's ready. Monday comes around...no call. Tuesday...no call. Eventually by Thursday there was no communication and my husband had to go in himself to pick it up, but who knows how long it's been ready waiting for us to pick it up. Maybe she didn't put my phone number in correctly because of the loud noise in the background as mentioned earlier. In the end, this was our second dry-cleaning experience in years and they get the work done but could really work on the customer service and communication.

Looking back at the past the place is small but well organized and clean. Parking is an issue since they are located on the same mall as Don Quijote. I know you read that review. Overall four stars. The attendant was nice and she did inform my mom, who passed on to me, that one of the curtains' stains might not come out. She did warn that we would get charged and well they did their best.
