Quality-wise, I can't complain too much since my clothes come back clean and looking fresh. In terms of quality, I would give them a 3/5 and for their service a 3/5. Although what makes me give them less stars is that they use safety pins on the clothes, which my old cleaner never did, so that threw me off. They use it as some kind of marker? Also the clothes don't really have that "nice cleaner smell" I'm used to. I would say their detergent is super neutral. And the prices feel a bit high... I paid $72 for four sweaters. At the end of the day though, I still go here because it's close to me and they're open until 6pm, which works since I get off work late. In terms of the price, I would rate them a 2/5. Overall this place would be a 3/5 for me.

They lost my shirt!!! ...and then made it right…read more I don't use dry cleaners all the time, but when I do it's usually for something important. My wife even had her wedding dress preserved here after we got married. The reality is most dry cleaners offer pretty similar services, so what really separates them is customer service and how they handle problems. I had an important interview coming up, so I dropped off my suit and shirt early like I always do....just in case something went wrong. This time, something did. When I went to pick everything up, my shirt was missing. I'm sure Kelly saw the look on my face while I was mentally trying to figure out how I was going to replace it before the interview. Before I even had to push the issue, she stepped up and made it right. She paid for a replacement shirt and comped the suit dry cleaning. About a week later, they found my original shirt attached to someone else's order, and I picked it up yesterday. Mistakes happen anywhere. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Kelly and the team handled it the right way, and that's why I'll keep coming back.

My Brooks running shoes were so far gone that the cats were sleeping on them because the shoes smelled so . . . um . . . ripe. I had been watering the outside plants while wearing the shoes, so mud was their most prevalent color. I actually bought a new pair of shoes identical to these old, battered, smelly ones before I thought of asking Rytina if they cleaned old shoes. I brought them the shoes, and a few days later I picked them up, brought them home, checked them out, shrieked in delight, and wore them. They are seriously just like new. And now I have a problem: I can't tell the difference between my brand new tennies and my old Rytina-cleaned tennies. I think I have mixed up the pairs. And seriously --- if that's the biggest problem.....

Rytina came highly recommended by friends and coworkers and has strong reviews, but unfortunately…read morethat hasn't been our experience. Most recently, I took in a well-made jacket with a zip-in vest that I've owned and dry-cleaned for years without a problem. When I picked it up, one of the zipper pulls had come off. Even more puzzling, that side of the insert had been sewn directly to the jacket. I brought it back. A manager was very nice, but seemed to suggest I was confused about how my own jacket was constructed when I asked why anyone would sew the insert in place when it still had two other working zippers. They removed the stitching, but despite having a tailor, said they couldn't replace the zipper pull. I got the jacket back with no apology, credit or other acknowledgment of the problem. This wasn't our first issue. On another occasion, they lost several expensive items my wife had brought in. After repeatedly insisting they didn't have them, they eventually discovered the clothes had been placed under another customer's name. Again, no apology or credit for the hassle. I get it, mistakes happen. What's disappointing is the lack of accountability when they do. After two significant problems, we're not particularly interested in seeing whether the third time is the charm.

Walked in around 11 am on a Thursday... I saw a couple of employees cleaning, and a handful of patrons doing laundry. Everything looked well maintained and very clean and bright . Lots of large and medium sized washers and dryers. The larger machines accepted credit cards, which was very convenient. However, you still need change for some of the dryers and the powder soap to wash your stuff. They have a change machine if you don't normally walk around with 5 pounds of quarters on you. It took about 37 minutes (extra power wash) for the cycle to complete . During that time I walked around to the back and found a couple of vending machines , a few TVs scattered about , and a couple of arcade games. I lost 2$ playing some some games while waiting . Not sure if they have WiFi connection or not. I would say that this laundromat is better then your average, but beware of your surroundings . Though the patrons within the laundromat were fine , right outside next to the vacant restaurant parking lot I saw a handful of sketchy, possible homeless people just literally laying on the ground doing who knows what . And this was in the middle of the morning. I certainly would not recommend coming out to do laundry by yourself when it's dark at night . Besides the immediate outside surroundings , Spin Cycle Laundry Lounge is pleasant . This place will get the job down. The extra power wash was effective and looks like my rug will continue to maintain its place in my home for a while longer . I left with a clean rug and new found knowledge that I suck at Donkey Kong.
