My sister and husband liked their classic chicken sandwich but both agree that it needs to come with some kind of spread like mayo or maybe a house sauce to kick the roll up a notch. I also had an empanada on my ride home as a treat and boy was it - hot, crispy, and flavorful. I also like that the prices are kept down some by making a drink optional especially with the prices of soft drinks in Philly. The gentleman who took my order was very nice, patient, and helpful. The atmosphere is like a traditional fast food vibe. In the area? Check Them Out! I look forward to a return trip for their fried chicken, their unique sides, and their chicken bowl :0)

So so good!! Got this for dinner last night after hearing about it for so long…read more I feel like every time I get a chicken sandwich is always from a fast food or fast foodish spot, and they are fine, but thats it. This chicken sandwich was SO good. SO crispy and flavorful. Even when I reheated the rest of it for lunch today, it was still so crispy. The tater tots aren't really my style. A bit too crispy for me and not enough potato going on inside, but the side of honey mustard with it was great and was it's saving grace. I of course got a cornbread muffin and that was good too, but the honey butter really made it great.

Disappointing!!! Always double-check your order before driving off!…read moreI placed an online order an hour in advance for pickup. When I arrived, the order was ready, but after driving away and opening the bag, we realized we were completely missing our aloha burger, burger steak, and chicken nuggets dip. When we turned around and went back inside, the staff actually said, "We were waiting for you to come back." If you knew the order was incomplete, why let us leave with it in the first place? They handed over the missing burger and told me the burger steak would take about 7 minutes. After sitting there for 10 minutes, a manager came up and asked, "Why'd you come back? I saw you leave." I explained we were still missing part of our order. To his credit, he was apologetic, handled it immediately, and had the burger steak out a minute later. He mentioned that things get busy sometimes--except there were maybe three tables occupied in the entire restaurant. It was not busy. Bottom line: someone on the team needs to be verifying online/to-go orders for accuracy before handing them off. A lot of people drive an hour or more just to get Jollibee and can't easily turn around to pick up forgotten items. The manager was polite once he stepped in, but the lack of basic order checking made this a frustrating experience. I've been doing online orders, maybe this was a fluke. I love Jollibee and the food is consistent. But, this location teaches you to check everything before you leave, because the staff couldn't care less about missing items. Jollibee has been increasing its prices within the last 5 years and it's really getting pricey ordering from the best fried chicken in the US for 2 years. And missing items you've already paid for makes the entire visit truly infuriating.
