10/10. Very clean nice place, good customer service, chicken needs to be a little more crispy but beside that the food is great.

May '25: same exp. Jan. '25: So far we got a pleasant experience. Has restroom which looks clean and smells good even at 5pm. Has ample of parking spots. High chair seen. Has yumburger offered. Chickenjoy almost tastes like the one in the Philippines! See images for reference

Chicken has been consistently tasty with crunchy skin. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich this time and my son devoured it in minutes before I could get a bite. He really enjoyed the sandwich. Clean place with ample seating. Staff was really friendly but place is really busy so have patience waiting for your food. They cook to order so you have to wait for the cooking. The chicken is not pre cooked and sitting under heat lamps.

The service was good and the food, even better! It's peaceful, clean and the music was good. The chicken reminds me of Church's Chicken which I love but they pulled out of Philly. Every order gets a cup of gravy. I don't know what's in it but I'm sold. AAAAAAA

Best fried chicken in America. Filipino spaghetti and palabok? Ok. Peach mango pie. Masarap. Magaling Ang service! Syeeeet!

The best tasting chicken sandwich. Juicy and not dry. Just not a fan of corn flakes coating. I got 2 sandwiches and one was pretty big and the other is small. A bit expensive but good.

Most Filipinos love Jollibee and I'm one of them... ordered online for pick up and it was ready when I got there... service was quick and friendly and they were quite busy. Of course I ordered the fried chicken, burger steak, spaghetti and palabok. I know the spaghetti is not for everyone but it's a childhood dish and it reminds me of home. I loved everything and addicted to their palabok. Next time I'm getting a party pack! Chicken is always juicy and crispy, better than KFC and burger steak is one of my faves too... BF tried the aloha burger and surprisingly he enjoyed it.

I had to try this location since it was the nearest Jolibee from King of Prussia. I love their peach mango pies so of course I ordered that & as always my pie was delicious. I seriously think that's the ONLY reason why I go to any Jolibee. I did order their spicy chicken with gravy & spaghetti. The chicken was actually spicy but good. For some reason the gravy had a different taste to it. I don't remember it having a weird after taste. I'm hoping I didn't get a bad batch and their spaghetti was nothing to rave about. I was hungry so I did eat it. Service was great. The employee even had me fill out a survey to get a free pie so that was nice. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner.

I don't care what I decide to try from the menu at Jollibee; The disappointment is consistent.

The service was great, everyone was very nice and the speed of service was good, I guess I arrived at a good time. Most likely I wouldn't go back, I was a little disappointed bye the food. I spent $17.00 before taxes and didn't even get a biscuit or a drink. That's pretty high in my opinion. The spaghetti was good everything I would pass on.

The chicken was tasty and fresh .... One of the ppl in our group got a chicken sandwich and the bun was stale. The fries were cold and unsalted. The grey was lukewarm. The soda machine was out of everything but Pepsi or Diet Pepsi ... when I asked the cashier for something non-carbonated - she offered a very sweet pineapple drink as the only alternative and the cup was much smaller. The staff was rude and unfriendly... borderline unprofessional... we had a to go order (after we had our meal) and the cashier was annoyed. She told us it would take at least 15 minutes. When I said "no problem" she said "oh okay - I guess you want to place an order than" ... it took 25 minutes for the order. There was someone cleaning the dining area but it was someone still dirty ... she stood by the trash can and basically watched customers eating. This was our first experience and it was overall not great.

Dare I say... I don't get the hype at all. We waited until recently to go try it out due to all the reviews about long lines etc. When we arrived, the drive-through was around the corner, but there were only a few people in line so we went inside. Unfortunately that was deceiving, as it still took 26 minutes to get our food from the moment we placed our order... so much for "fast food". I will say that the service was friendlier than most fast food spots, but overall insanely slow. The fried chicken was.. OK? Like no better no worse than Popeyes, I just don't get the hype I guess. It was a bit dry too, but I did dip it in the gravy which helps a bit. I tried the palabok which was surprisingly flavorful for noodles from a fast food joint. Overall, I wouldn't really go out of my way for Jollibees but if I had a hankering for fried chicken, it's one I would consider.

It is crazy that I waited for Jollibee to open since their announcement back in 2020. I was super excited when their FB page announced their grand opening on September 2, 2022 in Philly. I already know I wasn't gonna make the first 50, I'm not a morning person lol. But what I didn't know was that arriving at 11:20am, I didn't get out of Jollibee until 3:40pm like O M G! That wait was INSANE! While waiting, there were signs all around this establishment limiting folks on buying more than $70 worth of food??? If a 6pc chicken bucket(not combo) cost $14.99, if a family is feeding 5 mouths, they really think $70 is enough? Probably is enough at McDonald's or Popeyes' etc...... Luckily I have my hub with me so I split our orders in two. I want a little of everything so I can see what the hype is about. We order Bucket Treat B, Bucket Treat C, Original Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Peach Mango Pie and Pineapple Quenchers. Pineapple Quenchers are the highlight of our order, very delicious! Everything else is MEH! We thought the chicken sandwiches were mediocre. Jolly Spaghetti meh. Palabok Fiesta were ok but the ratio between the noodles and the sauce were like 4:1, there isn't enough sauce for the family pack. Spicy Chicken Joy Bucket is pretty ok, enough spice. That Gravy that comes with the chicken is tasteless, Popeye's is way better. Last but not least, I rather have McDonald's Apple Pie than Jollibee's Peach Mango Pie lol. Lesson learned, don't believe the hype! If I want pies, I better go to Mc'D's. If I crave for chicken, Popeye's here i come. I feel as though Jollibee didn't "do enough" for the Philly location's grand opening. By the time I placed my order around 2:55, there were no more totes available. The NYC opening seems like they were way MORE PREPARED than Philly's opening. P.S. The only part that was fun was when Jollibee 's mascot came out for a little dance and interaction with the people in line. One of the staff gave my daughter a free water bottle.

Is is a fast food place or a dine in?

It is a Filipino fast-food venue. Great chicken! You can take-out or eat-in. Same concept as a KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.

I decided to pick up the Beast Style Burger combo with unseasoned fries and a Chris Style burger. The burgers are available with two patties, three patties, or more. The patties are thin and browned perfectly, just the way I like them. I chose the double patty with bacon and lettuce and the sandwich was good. The bread was soft and chewy, I think toasting the bun would've made it much better but I didn't taste that they do that. The burger is topped with ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, onions, and American cheese. I would have preferred to have left the mayo off but the option wasn't available and they don't allow for special orders. Still, the burger was very good. The seasoning they use takes a little of getting use to but it makes the flavor unique. It says the seasoning is spicy red pepper, garlic, paprika, sugar, and a hint of lime. Better than your average fast food burger and I would put it in the league of a restaurant burger. Five Guys is my go to fast food burger and I might prefer this burger to them. The Chris style burger isn't terribly unique, it puts fries on top of the patty but you don't really notice it. Fries are crinkle cut which is not a cut I'm terribly fond of but these fries are good despite being crinkle cut. They're similar to the kind you get from Chickie's and Pete's but they're not overcooked like at that establishment. They offer something called Beast Style fries which are cheese fries topped with caramelized onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo which did not appeal to me at all. If they offered regular old cheese fries, I would have picked that up in a heartbeat. MrBeast Burger is good but I think it could be better. They offer a patty melt burger I would love to try if I had the option to not have caramelized onions and add a second patty to it.
