I took a few menus for myself and my neighbors as it's well worth an eight minute drive!!

We wanted potatoe salad with 2 platters but cold salads can't br added to the platter. Called in my order and was told to give them 15-20 minutes and this place is CASH ONLY. Platter came to about $52. I observed a male who appeared to be the cook, 2 females and the cashier. The kitchen area looked too clean for food to have been prepared there but I did observed the yams being pulled out of the over whole there. Noticed an area that held the cold salads. Pictures on the walls, a TV and a few tables and chair inside. The yams were good but could've been cooked down a bit more as some pieces were hard. The mac and cheese was great. The fried fish was perfectly fried, I could've used more seasoning in the batter. The fried fish was good and seasoned well. I noticed they also sold drinks, but I wasn't expecting to pay this amount for lunch, so I decided to go without drinks.

Service: family run black owned business. They are very customer focused and are happy to customize your platters. They offer drinks, dessert and different soul food: turkey wings is a popular one. My favorite are their Halal wings which are cooked just right with some hot sauce and garlic and I am so happy. I don't even get home before I've eaten most of them. Overall my experience here has always been good and I always look forward to going back and I miss them when I'm not in the area. I hope you enjoy your experience.

Mister Chubby's was a good breakfast stop for me. The parking can be tight due to the lack of…read moredepth between the spaces and the building (there is another business next door). On street parking along State Road is there, but risky. The inside has a small eat in bar, grungy floors and several coolers with a wide variety of drink options. They have a self service lottery machine if your trying to get your fix out of the way while waiting for your order. The staff on both visits was incredibly nice to me. On my first visit the phone was ringing non-stop with orders, yet the girl who waited on me patiently went over the menu, recommended items and never lost her cool. On my second visit a guy I'm assuming is one of the owners took my order from the kitchen. He was very friendly. Food wise I tried two different breakfast sandwiches. Sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel with hot sauce and a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. They were huge overflowing portions, little greasy with decent flavors that held together well. The bagels were bland, but did the job. For a little over $7 a sandwich, I felt the price was a good deal. Overall, as another Yelper stated it's definitely a blue collar spot with good/average breakfast eats, a great staff, but the inside could definitely use some updating! Thanks so much guys!

I grew up on Mister Chubby's. My mom worked across the street from them and it became tradition to…read morealways get Chubbys if we were home sick, or for celebration. Chubby's has changed. Over the past few times I ordered, they always end up forgetting some part of my order, whether it be the order of bacon, or multiple times my grits. And if you call them, they just say to do some sort of convoluted "put in the message box for the next time", instead of offering to deliver it out like they used to. And just today, once again, they forgot my grits. Oh, and their chili is SOUR! So quality control is I guess completely gone in back of house, and front of house just tells you that they can't control that they're separate. You're a literal hole in the wall business, you can communicate with 'back of house' by turning your head to the left and talking through the open window. Fearful to order from them again.

PS is the closest seafood restaurant that delivers in Tacony area. I had order some crab legs party platters for my daughter's birthday party. Guess what? they were gone less than 15 minutes. Ever since the party, I've been ordering Steamed Clams with old bay every time I got a taste for them. They were always big and fat, yummy-licious! Also Steamed Shrimps with lemon butter is another one of my MUST EAT. The only problem is the lemon butter is really SOUR recently. Maybe they can tone them down abit by squeezing less lemon juice...

I called in my order and received very friendly service. Overall, I think Dimension would be four stars from me if we decided to eat at the restaurant. The food did not carry well all the way home. Very colorful but most items did not hit the spot. The Pastelillos (Empanadas) were nothing to write home about with not too much filling. They were just good. The plantain chips were almost too plentiful with the amazing guacamole. I really liked the Dimension Tostones (fried plantain) with chicken, pico de gallo, and cheese but it would have been awesome eaten right there. The tostones ended up at home almost hard to chew and little flavor until you got the chicken and other wonderful add-ins. It was the same with the chueltas (fried pork chop). Good sized pieces, didn't work well getting home. The rice and beans were excellent. Others in the family got the costillas de cerdo (BBQ ribs) which were nice and meaty with good sauce, and chimichangas which, unfortunately, were not great by the time we got home. The family also didn't really care for them overall. The two frozen margaritas to go did make it home and they hit the spot. The girls running the show in the back were super friendly and helpful. I did see other staff, though, not wearing their masks. I wish Yelp would move to half stars, as I'd make this 3 1/2 stars, but this time I have to round down instead of up. A lot of good things here at Dimension, but some not as good both because of the having to do take out and the fact we didn't like everything. I would still try again at Dimension, but not take out. The rear parking lot tables were getting full when we got our order, so a lot of others like this restaurant. $130 for four sides, four entrees, and two drinks. Tip was on top of this.
