Wings were flavorless just had barbecue and the chicken skin was soggy. Mad and cheese was bland. Cheese fries were bad too fries had no salt or seasoning and cheese had no flavor. The whole Ribs slab were cooked well and the meat was falling off the bone but rib meat needed more seasoning as they had flavor . I was really in the taste for some GOOD ribs. But when I arrived I couldn't smell and BBQ. I mean the place was fresh and clean but no discernable smell of slow cooked BBQ. You know? So, no. But I noticed that they have made to order seafood and fried chicken wings.. So YES! I ordered. BIG and tender fried shrimp, chicken wings and fish sticks. This was the second time we ordered from BBQ Town. It was amazing. I could not be any more happier with the food we ordered. We ordered, regular wings, korean wings, crab cakes, ribs, fries, cabbage, mac & cheese. Everything came HOT. The wings were amazing and juicy, so were the ribs. The cabbage had so much flavor. It wasn't too salty, just perfect. The mac&cheese was to die for. It was soooooooo GOOD. We ordered 1 tray of mac and cheese and I regret not getting another tray of it. Everyone raved about how good and cheesy it was. It also came HOT. I have to give an extra should out to the sauces. We had hickory, mild and hot. My personal favor was the hot. The mild and hickory were all gone. Everyone wanted to take them home. I want to let everyone know they are really friendly and reasonably prices. My husband and I have ordered from here before with no problems. Today we placed an order that included Lima beans as a side. My husband ate a bit and realized that they smelled funny. Once I smelled them I knew that they were spoiled. I called the restaurant and told the the lady who answered that we had received an order of spoiled Lima beans and urged her to check them for herself. She put me on hold and I could hear her checking the pan. She came back on the phone and said, "yeah something's wrong. They do smell spoiled." Uuummm duuuhh?! How did anyone not notice this? She offered me a free side when I order there again but I will not be ordering from there anymore. I also reported them to DoorDash. I had the food brought to me so I can't say anything about the establishment. I had ribs, mac & cheese, candy yams, bbq wing white rice and fries. Most of the food was flavorless the wings had zero seasoning just barbecue sauce. The mac & cheese was not that great tasted like from a box. The white rice was the nastiest rice I have ever had gave it to my dog. The candy yams were pretty good and the ribs were OK very tender but very little flavor. I wish I could give this place more stars. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. But the disorganization takes away from that. My family and I have been here a few times. Now this place opens at 12pm daily except Sunday when they are closed. The 1st time we went it was about 3 pm. Only 2 emp!oyees working and it was only a handful of customers waiting for their food. After placing our order the wait time was 40 minutes.....40!! Now like I said the food was really good so we decided to try them again. We got there this time at 1:30pm thinking that the wait should be better. Not! They had no macaroni and cheese or barbecue chicken ready. Now remember, they open at 12pm. The wait time this visit? One hour!! Oh, it gets better. Glutton for punishment that I am, me and my sons were craving their barbecue wings because they are really good. This time I sent my sons to get it because I didn't want to endure any chance of having to wait. Well my sons got there at 1pm and the place was closed. As my sons were about to pull off, someone walked up to the storefront to open up. They parked and went in and the two guys apologized for opening late and said it would be an hour before the barbecue was done. By this time other customers had walked in and when they heard that, everybody walked out. Well three strikes and you're out. We will NEVER go there again. Yes, people want good food, but if the establishment is disorganized and inconsistent, people will leave like I did. If you have nothing but time on your hands, this is the place for you.
