Receptionists are rude and the business manager is exceptionally unprofessional. My daughter had a tooth replaced. Not only did this practice drag out the procedure into six appointments over the period of seven months, but they changed the cost of the procedure three times. This procedure wasn't covered by our dental insurance. We paid out of pocket. Our insurance company has indicated that this is a predatory practice used to garner more money from a patient. To top this all off I was texted on a Sunday morning from the dentist's personal number to "remind" me of an appointment for the following morning that I wasn't even aware of - barely giving me 24 hours notice. Because I declined without giving them 24 hours notice they have charged me a $100 cancellation fee. This dentist is an unethical Creeper. The waiting room is full. They're embarrassing. The crap out of me telling me I have no insurance, which I did after sitting there for 20 minutes. Flustered don't even know what I filled out on the papers that they gave me because they kept calling me up to the desk how embarrassing to me you need to reschedule after you get your insurance straightened out come to find out they wrote down the wrong birthdate of my husband, which is why I was showing I had no insurance so I rescheduled where they gave me like six different times that they kept changing. Finally, they settled for two said I needed two appointments. I said you know you had me so confused that I hope you have me on the list the day before my appointment no problems. I have it in your notes. We will be calling you before your appointment for a reminder that never happened and that day it snowed so I shoveled snow all morning to come into the house to find out that they were open for three hours at my appointment happen to be in the middle of those three hours that I have now missed so I went to reschedule and was told by Tori that their policy is once you miss an appointment you're wasting the doctors time so we will no longer be able to see you how nice so I called to talk to Hannah took me six times. I had to pretend I was somebody else to get through to her because Tori and Hannah seem to be best friends and work well together as keeping track of phone calls so you can't get through the only thing they could tell me was you need to find another dentist that we will no longer see you okayed to waste my time but not OK to waste the doctors time OK to promise me I will get a call before my appointment as a reminder that never happened. Yes I'm highly upset. All I have learned from this dentistry. Is they like to teach people a lesson. And punish you to no end. They have no room for forgiveness, which makes me feel that they don't even really care.

The dentist said she could refer him out to a specialist but would love to do it in office, so my husband just made the appointment with the dentist. When he went in, she started the procedure and had to stop due to the dentist perforating a root during the procedure. She then referred him out to a specialist for us to find out the error could NOT get fix and the tooth would need extracted. Once I informed the office the tooth needed extracted, they said a referral would be sent to an oral surgeon. I waited for the oral surgeon to call and never received one so once I called they informed me they never got the referral. The oral surgeon was also booking 1.5 months out for extraction and implant consultation appointment. I then called the office again to see if anyone could speak with the oral surgeon about getting in sooner than 1.5 months and they seemed reluctant to help but said they would try. A few days later I followed up with the oral surgeon to find out they never heard from the dentist and still never received now the second referral. There was a cancellation with the oral surgeon so we were able to get in for a consult sooner than anticipated. After the consult appointment, I reached back out to Center Street Family Dentistry to see if they would be willing to help cover any of the cost for the extraction and implant procedure. I was told "probably not" but they would get back to me. After another week, never heard anything so I called and was told that because of the consent form that my husband signed before the root canal procedure there was nothing they could do. No, there was nothing they WANTED to do. This office needs to work on customer support, anytime I was told they would call me back, they never did and I had to call them. 5 STARS for creating more work for us and wiping your hands clean of a problem you made worse. 1 star for the HUGE inconvenience this made on our lives both emotionally and financially and being absolutely ZERO help.
