During the call, I was asked why I needed to reschedule, and I explained that I had accidentally double-booked another appointment at the same time. I was then informed that I would be charged a $50 fee for not giving 48 hours' notice, which I found frustrating--especially since the office has rescheduled my appointments several times over the years, including once for a staff member's birthday celebration. In the end, I kept my dental appointment and was able to reschedule the other commitment easily and without any fee.

Sandee has been my dental hygienist the entire time, and I have to say she was originally the reason I continued with Dr. Singh's practice. Other hygienists I've had have left me with bleeding gums and tooth sensitivity. Sandee takes her time to be sure she's done a thorough cleaning and inspection as well as making sure to avoid discomfort during and after the process. I've been to several dentists over the years, and I take great pride in my smile. Dr. Singh performed a couple of bonds to important teeth, and her work is masterful. She really has a developed eye for what looks correct aesthetically. I would trust her with any cosmetic work I may have done in the future. Pricing is honest, upfront, fair, and comparable to other providers in the area. There's an in-house program for people without insurance as well! Prior to my company providing dental insurance, I used Dr. Singh for a year during a lapse in insurance and took advantage of said program. Dr Singh's work is excellent and without reproach. She is very agile and takes great care in comforting her patient throughout the procedure. The dental chair is also excellent as it gently massages your back throughout the session. Claudia is also in training to be a Dental Hygienist! She is so blessed to be training under Dr Singh. The cost of my crown replacement and restoration was very very reasonable and I didn't even have to come back for a second appointment! My new crown was made right there on the spot! I started seeing Dr. Minium before he sold the practice to Lifetime Dental! He is a good dentist,…read moredoesn't try to sell you extra stuff, is pleasant and knowledgeable. But one person can't run the entire practice. The problem lies with management of the office after it was sold. The office has become a revolving door for hygienists. My initial hygienist was excellent but left immediately after the change of management. After that, I never had the same hygienist twice...most of them not good. I could tell they were just rushing through the process. The front office staff is very rude. Today they called (3 hours notice!) to cancel a cleaning appointment kept 6 months back. Things happen! The rescheduled date they gave is 7 weeks away!! I asked them if they had any other hygienist who is available sooner and they said no, they have only 1 of them on staff. Why does no one want to work there now? I think it is a good indication of poor management which has taken over.

It seems like they are always trying to sell you something. There was a new hygienist (every time I go there it's someone new), and I remarked about that, and was told that would be changing. After an hour of multiple xrays, poking and prodding for perio charting, I still hadn't had my teeth cleaned. In the 20 years that I've been going to Dr. Minimum, I've never had this done. And after all of this, they wanted to me to stay even longer to have my teeth cleaned! Are you kidding me? Why wasn't I told this upfront? With all of the phone calls and text messages they send you to make sure you don't miss an appointment, someone should have told me what to expect at this appointment. Now I'm supposed to make another appointment to go back for a cleaning, since I was so angry and left without making one. Seriously entertaining finding another dentist.
