IF.......you have a problem. After a bad crash I took it to them and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately the had the part (same price as online) and they were able to fix it while I waited. When I'm ready to upgrade I'll be back. Great job DME. Joel read more

These guys are A+. I have been debating getting a drone to complement my photography business. I have shopped around and done my research. From sales, to service, to management: these guys are dialed. Their knowledge and support are top notch. The support these guys offer is why you wouldn't want to buy your drone from the internet or big box store. Super friendly to the novice and expert alike. read more

These guys were great! Customer service was fantastic! I took my phantom 2 in for diagnostics and repair after a crash into salt water. a few days later i picked it up and was flying my drone over the canyons of Moab, Utah. The folks at drones made easy were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, with competitive prices. I'll be taking any of my future drone repairs and drone purchases to Drones Made Easy. thanks again for getting me up and flying again. read more

I stopped in there recently and the young guy behind the counter was very unenthusiastic. I was ready to purchase an Air 2 and had asked some questions about them. He certainly wasn't a sales person since I had to practically pry answers out of him. He would rather stay behind the counter than provide customer service. I stopped in later and there was another customer in the store. The customer was walking around talking on his cellphone. Again, the employee stayed behind the counter and never even acknowledged me. I was looking at the Air 2 and Air 2 S and noticed the Demo Air 2 had been submerged at some point. Screws were rusted, the camera lens was crusted over and where the battery should have been showed corroded battery contacts. It certainly did not instill confidence in me. Since the employee didn't want to spend any time with me answering questions I walked out. I won't be doing any business with them. Best Buy is down the road a few miles and the woman there answered all of my questions. I usually avoid them but this time I was really impressed with their service. I'll be buying from them. read more

nice store clean and neat staff was pleasant but the reason i gave them a 4stars was their prices yes every has a right to make a fair living but i also have the right to protect my bank account so if your not worried about price its a great place but if your patient you can save a lot of money by shopping around read more

What's really cool about this place is they'll give u a free flying lesson if u buy a drone from them which believe me is very useful since there's soooo much to learn about flying drones. The only thing I wish was the lesson was longer, but don't get me wrong I've very grateful for the free lesson it's just with so much to learn having the extra time would be so beneficial for a 1st timer. Other than that I think this is the place to come for drones since that's all they sell and specialize in. read more

Do NOT by bluetooth speakers. They suck!!! If you want endless aggravation, then these speakers are for you.

Unfortunately I took a spill with my drone (DJI mavic Pro). I searched all over the areas for a good drone repair store. I e-mailed Drones Made Easy, and I got a very fast response, and answered all my questions. Store is very clean, and staff is very professional. The store is also a certified DJI store and repair store as well. I had my whole camera/gimble repaired from the store. It was ready for pick up within a few hours! Beyond happy with the store, staff, and services preformed. Thanks! read more

My drone hadn't been working for a little over a year, we tried all we could and no use. Today, I took the same drone into Drones Made Easy and in literally 10 minuets, Adam had my drone paired, flight ready, and working! I was amazed! To him it was a simple fix, but I was in awe over seeing the camera screen for the first time in a while. Overall, exceptional service, highly recommended! read more

They fixed my Inspire 1 after it fell 200ft out of the sky and landed on concrete. Flies like new! Thanks Drones Made Easy

These folks are great. As a newby to drones I had a lot of questions and they were very knowledgeable and answered them all. Their prices were comparable to vendors on the internet but the customer service was a million times better. I bought a phantom drone and they charged the batteries, activated the drone, updated the firmware, and gave me a class. I walked out of the store ready to fly! I was also impressed that when I walked in, they had drones being repaired, so they are not just a sales outlet. When I crash it, and sooner or later I will, I know I can go back to them for a repair. read more

This place is great for a quick service, the gentlemen here are very knowledgable of what they are doing and updated firmware on my husbands phantom 3 in 15 minutes!! ( after I unsuccessfully tried for over 3 hours) they did explain to me how to fix it over the phone but I was done with trying to figure it out. The minimum cost is 45dollars. read more

I'm from Pomona and was doing a drone shoot in San Diego for the weekend when I realized I left my Phantom Battery on my desk. It's too far to drive back home because of the traffic. I googled "Phantom Batteries" and found this company. I told them my dilemma that it's past office hours already and Ryan was so incredibly helpful!!!! AMAZING!!!!! He offered to drop it off at my hotel (for a minimal cost) because I have a shoot first thing in the morning and the battery got to my hotel before I even checked in. Talk about a company that goes "The EXTRA MILE" ... Literally, they did. They're life savers- thanks guys for the amazing service and prompt response. Unbelievable!!!!! This place has great customer service! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Crashed my drone and broke my camera so I brought it in to get a estimate, left it over night for them to diagnose the issue. Next day they called back with an estimate, ended up leaving it there for about a month due to leaving the area for work, other issues came about while it was there, some back and forth communication issues but they did everything they could do to help out the situation. They went above and beyond and got my drone up and flying again. Don't hesitate to bring your drones here for repair! Gary did great work with my drone. Thank you again for all the help and getting me back flying. read more

I dropped by Drones Made Easy while I was in town visiting family after a very unfortunate crash. Charles originally answered questions over the phone and took in the drone. The turn around time was exceptionally quick. I came in on Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday. They called about 24 hours later to say it was done. All the guys are great and willing to work with you on repairs. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy amongst some difficult choices on my part. They were 100% honest with me and didn't try to up sell any unnecessary repairs. Hopefully I don't have another accident while I'm in town again but if I ever needed anything I wouldn't hesitate to come back. read more

These guys are terrible. We called to check stock of Phantom 4 v2 then drove down and they relentlessly tried to sell us on another drone. Very unprofessional so we left and will just spend our $3k online. Complete waste of time. read more

Where should I start... The fact that they had everything I was in search of? The fact that they fixed my busted ass drone in less than an hour? The fact that I didn't leave with an empty brain. I wanted to update my review. It took some time for me to get out and fly my drone other than a quick flight to make sure that it worked. After a few flights the drone is working great. I want to thank the person who fixed my drone and separate that service from individuals working on the sales floor. read more

I walked in looking for a part to get my drone back in the air. They had recently run out so they didn't have any in stock. They didn't send me away empty handed though, they went through their parts bin and hooked me up on the pieces I needed. They totally made my day as I waited until the last minute to get this part just before leaving on a trip, I wouldn't have had time to place an order and wait for its arrival. Drones Made Easy is my new go-to drone store. Thanks guys!!! read more

The staff here is great. They are no nonsense, right to the point. I purchased a Phantom 3 Pro here last year and they are now my go to for all drone needs. Will be making next purchase here also. They provide great service in a timely and thorough manner. Very knowledgeable on DJI products. We should feel lucky to have that type of DJI technical support in our own backyard. read more

Stopped by Drones Made Easy last week to have my niece's hover board looked at. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by 2 guys in the front. I explained to them that I needed help with the hover board and they immediately called Gary, their hover board expert. Within 5 minutes, Gary came out with the hover board working perfectly. Instead of just sending me off with the fixed hover board, Gary took the time to show me what happened and what I could do the next time the hover board acts up. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to educate me. Their friendly and warm staff made my experience wonderful! Thanks Drones Made Easy! I'll definitely be back for my drone or hover board needs. read more

Highly recommend. I just bought my very first drone (or should I say, pet robot) from these guys, and it was such a wonderful experience. I was able to order the drone on presale through their website, and once it came in they called me immediately. Within an hour of doing so, I was there in person receiving an in-depth flight lesson, and detailed tutorial of how to use the app -- thank you so much, Gary!! I really appreciate the time they took with me and for really getting me familiarized with my new drone. Thanks again! read more
