I was told yes and that they keep plenty of this flooring in stock, so returning the extra boxes would not be a problem. When the project was finished, I had several unopened boxes left, plus one open box. I even brought back the open box and offered the remaining pieces to them so they could use them as samples. To my surprise, they refused to refund all of the unopened boxes because one box had some slight exterior damage. What bothered me even more was that they still gladly took the box back, even though I received no refund for it. Based on this experience, I did not feel that what I was told before the purchase matched how the return was actually handled. If you want to work with a flooring dealer you can trust, I would recommend shopping around and comparing prices elsewhere. In my experience, their pricing was not the best either, and I would not purchase from them again.

There is nothing I can do but try and refinish it now. This is all rain damage that should not happen like this. UPDATE: Two days after submitting my review, a very nice customer service person from Teak Warehouse contacted me. They were very concerned about the finish coming off and ended up sending me a special stain that they recommend I use to make the table look new again. I will try it this weekend and post picture as to how it turned out! Thanks for good customer service Teak Warehouse! UPDATE #2 So I just finished putting one coat of Golden Care on the table. WOW!
