Had Drizzle cater for our holiday party, and I can tell you it was an amazing experience! They were very accommodating and a definite favorite among our guests. The truck was so adorable and visually appealing. I have never had a funnel cake that was so much easier to eat and bite into than Drizzle's. I further loved the different unique flavors they had to offer. I had the horchata, which came with horchata ice cream, cinnamon sugar, graham crackers, dulce de leche, and whipped cream. The joy I felt at the opportunity to experience my favorite childhood treat of the rice and cinnamon combination within horchata combined with my maturing addiction to coffee has never been so blatantly disrespected in my life. Not only am I offended as a red-blooded American, I am offended as a 1st generation Mexican legacy child. This is not to mention the price, in which my hebrew-decendant roommate contemplated suicide for 3 hours before I reminded him that the coffee had been my treat. That's right, his sentiments were completely sympathetic to my paying 24 dollars for what I can only assume was 2 tall cups of ice, possibly watered-down Kern's brand horchata mix and a menopausal snatch dust's worth of coffee beans. You are much better off going somewhere else for 30 minutes of being ignored, followed by tap water cold brew and funnel cakes. We had the Drizzle Truck come out to a recent event that we planned in Costa Mesa. The truck was a HUGE hit. the staff was friendly, happy, and served everyone with a smile. Now lets talk about the TREATS. They come out warm, fresh and cooked to perfection. I cannot believe how quality the food was. I was so freaking happy after a long event to get one of these in my belly. I 100% recommend the Drizzle Truck for any corporate party, birthday party, or similar event. I tried Drizzle for the gram and it was mediocre to say the least. The funnel cake was delicious, but paired with a scoop of ice cream? Straight up diabetes. It was sooo sweet that I had to force myself to finish it, since I don't like wasting food. My friend literally threw half of hers away. The ice cream also made the funnel cake really soggy and messy...but it looked pretty. Cute idea and concept, but I personally wouldn't go again. The combination of the fluffy and crispy funnel cake along with the ice cream was on point. The funnel cake reminds me of the one I used to get at Knott's Berry Farm as a kid. Went to grand opening night. The line was about 45 minutes to reach the front. It took about 5 minutes to get my funnel cake and Thai tea once I ordered. The service was amazing! I am allergic to chocolate and I appreciate how understanding they were about it. They were careful about chocolate not being in anything I ordered. We got the funfetti, and it was not overly sweet. The funnel cake was crispy but soft, and it wasn't covered in a lot of sugar. We added strawberries, and it really tied everything together. Since finding out about them on Instagram, I knew I had to try it out! I went to the Grand Opening of Drizzle on Friday, 08/25, and what a turn out it was!!! I wanted to try everything on their menu because it all looked amazing!!! Alas, I finally made my decision and ordered the Strawberry Delight, and delightful it was! The funnel cake batter was cooked to perfection with an amazing crunch to it. The strawberry ice cream that accompanied it was super creamy and so delicious! And it lived up to its name! The ice cream and toppings drizzled down my hand as I was eating! It was so good! We saw them at a fair near our home. I saw this place and thought awesome stuff and they cater. I am looking for something similar for my brothers graduation next month. Perfect time to try them. The fair ends at 5pm and my son was standing in line at 4:52pm- fair closes at 5:00pm- there was still a line about 10 people so it's not like we caught them right as they were closing. Some KID walked up to my son (7yo) and said they're not going to serve you. I asked her why she would say that? She said talk to my mom- who I'm assuming might be the owner? I told the lady my son was standing for a while at minimum 5 minutes. She said he was not. I have no reason to lie. She said we didn't see him. He's standing behind a tall guy so he could have easily been missed. She looked like she was ready to fight. Started yelling no ice no nothing we can't serve you. Everyone was staring. I walked away quietly and checked the time- 4:58pm. Still before closing. I would NEVER give them business. It was embarrassing to say the least and my 7yo was devastated. Seriously, these 1-3 star reviews are laughable. They are a FUNNEL CAKE food truck people, not an ice cream truck (although the ice cream IS good). If I could give a million stars I would. This place is bangin. Probably one of the best funnel cakes I've ever had, if not thee best. Perfect balance of crispiness and not being overly doughy. Most funnel cakes only have slight crisping on the top and get super doughy. This one's crispy goodness is evenly displaced throughout your entire dining experience. Perfection! As far as portion size goes, it is also awesome and not even that expensive considering what you get and how food trucks always hike up the prices anyways. SUPER filling. I'm a dessert fiend and wanted to get two (hubby said no, ugh fine!) but the one I had almost put me over the edge so I'm glad I didn't end up getting the second one after all (wish I had more room!!). Also, people state that the ice cream makes the funnel cake super soggy. So so disappointed with Drizzle, I was so excited to try out the funnel cakes that looked really good. So when I saw they were taking the truck to Whittier which is not near where I live but closer than their OC locations I jumped at the opportunity to try these funnel cakes. I planned to go on March 3 when on their website they said they would be at the Whittier Pony Baseball field. I showed up to the baseball field with no one there. We waited around for about 15 minutes, tried calling the phone number they leave on their website, and double checked their Instagram to see if they had said anything about cancellations. There was NO post about a cancellation on their Instagram. I double checked their website when i was already there and noticed that they had taken down the Whittier location from their website when i had just checked before i had left and they were still scheduled to go to the baseball field. I had a taken a screenshot of the proof that they were scheduled to go to the baseball field so I knew there wasn't any type of mistake. Although i have not tried their funnel cakes i rate this company 1 star due to their lack of customer service. Not informing customers about a cancellation of a stop is inexcusable. Drizzle, i'm sure your funnel cakes are delicious, but i guess i wouldn't know because i never got the opportunity to try one. read more

Visited this ice cream truck in Tustin and absolutely enjoyed everything! We ordered a drizzle coffee and a strawberry delight substituted with cookies & cream ice cream. The first time around they accidentally made it with the original strawberry ice cream but were kind enough to offer that one on the house and make a new one.
