Beware! I was charged $70 for 1 ice cream scoop on 7/12/26 by Their truck at a concert in La Habra Heights park. I didn't know it at the time until I checked my Bank of America account. I Contacted this company the only way that I could via text. they have been ignoring me except in one instance where they sent a rude emoji back. Now I have my bank on it, and it has been very upsetting. Don't do business with people of bad character! read more

This review is solely based on the one funnel cake that we ordered during the Mission Viejo 4th of July celebration. The line for Drizzle OC was never-ending and it was always very long. We wanted to go back for more, but I didn't want to have to stand there in the hot sun. We ordered the funnel cake with a scoop of cookies & cream ice cream. OMG. This was AMAZING. Seriously amazing. It was $16 for just one which I thought was very expensive, considering that the portion is smaller than one served on a plate with your desired toppings. A combination of the super-hot day and the funnel cake coming right out of the fryer, made the ice cream melt quickly and leak through the bottom paper holder. They should really reconsider the way the funnel cakes are served because of this. We were getting sticky and burning our hands trying to hold it. We had to run and grab a plate from another food truck so we could put this down to enjoy. Would I go back? Absolutely! I just wish they were down in South OC more often. read more

It's was as yummy as it looks!! The hot and crispy funnel cake paired amazingly with the cold ice cream. I also like that it's in a cone so it's easy to hold and eat. I'm a sucker for anything dulce de leche so this was a MUST order for me. It's a really nice and sweet treat. I'd caution against inhaling too much on the first few bites or you might cough on the graham cracker crumbs like I did. Today the food truck sat on a meagre seam horchata and drilling it out of the ground required heavy, expensive equipment and a derrick you might see rising behind the truck. The Thai iced tea was probably made by someone brought in especially from Thailand and those H-1 visa soak up a lot of lawyers fees. On the other hand, if it was just four guys in a hip-looking van, filling skinny, ice-filled cups with flavor powder and coffee, then it's unconscionable. I was afraid the decadent toppings would be too much but they're a perfect aesthetic complement to the foundational funnel cakes of this top tier food truck. I got the strawberry delight which is a funnel cake tucked into a holdable pouch and covered with a scoop of strawberry ice cream (seemed more like gelato almost) and an assortment of artistic fixings that look picturesque while still being tasty (potato chip chocolate, pokey sticks, whipped cream). Structural integrity is sound, as in the ice cream didn't soak and destroy the funnel cake, and the holdable containers didn't drip, however I finished mine too quickly to may really tell how it fares in the long run. All the flavors worked well together and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a lighter and fruitier treat. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEE THESE FUNNEL CAKES!! Its crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and just the perfect dessert for after dinner! The matcha ice cream funnel cake is the best! There are strawberry bits on the ice cream to balance out the oil from the funnel cake and the sourness is the best complement to the sugar. They also lack the courtesy to be upfront about the surcharge on credit card payments. The staff was not friendly or helpful. While summer may be coming to a close, the weather in Southern California sure doesn't feel like it's cooling down anytime soon. I periodically look at my car's thermostat and it's often in the 90-100 degree range - ouch! Thankfully, the warm climate attracts cool desserts like this ice cream and funnel cake concept! I ordered the strawberry delight and found that it was just that - delightful! My first impression was that the two dessert items paired well with each other. Tried this place last night and it's nothing but mediocre. We came on Saturday night and it was steady, about at least 3 people in line but not super busy. We ordered the Matcha and strawberry ones and it was ready in just a few minutes. First thing I noticed was that the funnel cake was nice and warm. Then I took a bite of the ice cream, yep it was totally straight up thrifty ice cream you get from restaurant supply stores. It was also icy- but being a funnel cake place I didn't expect stellar ice cream. But then I took a bite of the funnel cake, super doughy and not that crunchy regardless of it being hot. I think funnel cake from the fair would be better than this. It got super redundant quickly and none of us could finish it because it was just sooo sweet. Couldn't make it to the grand opening, so I came with a friend a week later. We stopped by when the truck was in Fountain Valley. There were only a few people in line, and the service was friendly and quick. Each flavor combination sounded so good, but we finally decided on the strawberry delight (strawberry ice cream, pocky sticks, sprinkles, and strawberries in a funnel cake cone). They also have iced coffee and a few other drinks. The food truck has a nice color palette and it even has a TV on the side showing pictures. I NEVER eat funnel cake, but I just had to try this hybrid dessert. It was so delicious, and the warm funnel cake went well with the cold ice cream. It was crunchy and doughy, but a little hard to eat with a fork, so we ended up using our fingers and it got a little messy. I like this idea better than the puffed waffle cones because it is easier to finish eating and not as heavy. I will definitely visit this food truck again to try the other flavors. read more

I decided to get 2 strawberry lemonades, one with $1 extra boba, and was astonished the total was $21, but I just paid and blamed myself for not asking the price sooner. This truck is seriously worth every penny!! I tried the Matcha Madness and now have to go back and try more. For those of you who still want those carnival desserts this is definitely the place to go to. From their crunchy funnel cake to powdered sugar with iced cream and two pocky Stix I definitely reminisced back to my childhood days!!
