Fabulous driver training of my son! He passed his road test on the first try with nearly a perfect score. Definitely recommend this school.

Super. This is the place to learn to drive in Jackson Heights. Great, patient instructors.

I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this driving school.

She will be there when you need her! They were able to accommodate towards my preferences and assigned me to an English speaking instructor, Jason. He was super patient, nice, and informative. He will help correct your mistakes and help you practice for the road test. Was on time with his lessons and helped me overcome my fear of driving. Not to mention, the prices are super competitive. I don't think I have seen a place offer as cheap packages as this place. They are located in on the second floor of a small stall across the Flushing Library.

This is the worst place on earth. They must be deleting bad reviews because I have MULTIPLE friends…read morewho have gone to this school and they have had the same bad experiences I did. They're unprofessional and extremely hard to work with. Joyce is the sole person scheduling things, and she is horrible at her job. They do not give you your 5-hour cert. They hold on to it, so you can only schedule your road test through them, and you cannot schedule it yourself. They add on months of wait time, as opposed to 1-2 months if you scheduled it yourself. I paid around 1k for 10 lessons, which turned out to actually be five 90-minute lessons. Very misleading!! I have had 2 instructors from them. The first one, Jason, was unreachable after 2 lessons, for some reason. He was okay at his job, not super motivating, but did what he needed to do. Joyce offered to switch instructors for the rest of my lessons, and oh my god. My second instructor, Johnm, was so unprofessional and mean. He NEVER gave me positive feedback, only mumbling about how horrible I was at each and every turn. He was smoking cigarettes before and after every lesson, which isn't necessarily a problem, but very unprofessional to do in front of the client and made the car smell. One time, he cut one of my lessons early cause he wanted a car wash. We got out of the car, and he lit up a cigarette as I just awkwardly watched the car go through. I could not believe this was the lesson I paid for. I did not even end up finishing my course with them, because every lesson felt like a humiliation ritual. I couldn't even get a hold of my 5 hr cert, so I started over at another driving school and passed my test on my first try with a perfect score.
