after a bit of a shaky start with drivewise where miscommunications were experienced between each party Alison from drivewise more than did her best to get me a great deal on a great car! couldn't be happier with my 2003 toyota matrix that is running like a dream and would recommend drivewise for any future car purchase anyone is thinking of making! thanks drivewise! also is great being able to donate part of my purchase cost to the ASPCA! read more

I was moving across the country and needed to find a car within 3 days of getting into CA. I ended up coming across DriveWise and they saved me so much stress and time! Instead of having to search across a multitude of dealerships, I was able to secure a car before I even got to CA. Sheila was amazing! She went above and beyond to get everything in place and even picked me up from the airport in my new car. The service here is excellent and I would totally recommend DriveWise to anybody...particularly Sheila! read more

Alison was great in helping us get two family cars within our budget in a very good time frame. We were very happy with our experience.

I had an amazing car buying experience with Sheila! I called her with my wants and needs in a car on Friday afternoon and by the following Friday I was driving away in my perfect car. There was no fuss and no negotiating with car salespeople - I just sat back and let her find the perfect car. When my car was ready to be picked up, all the paperwork was ready and within an hour I was driving away in my beautiful new car. I will never buy a car from anyone else! read more

Amazing customer service by Rick. Made my car trade in, financing, and purchase an efficient, smooth, stress-free transaction.

Abbe-Murray-Cote' was an enormous help to me in buying a new car in L.A.. I'd been living outside of the USA for the last quarter century and was accustomed to only small towns with cobblestone streets. learning to drive in L.A. was not just daunting it was downright terrifying! Abbe solved all my problems: finding the exact car I wanted, delivering it to my house so I could learn how it worked on my own time frame and in a safe neighborhood, registering it, and always following up to be sure everything was perfect. She even came over on her day off to be sure my phone connection was synced. She is someone you can trust to go way out of her way to be sure the customer is happy. Save yourself the torment and use Abbe! read more

I just recently got my 5th car through DriveWise Auto - my first purchase, I've always leased and been very happy with my leased vehicles but decided to buy. The auto specialists here know their stuff! Not only are they educated in the area of cars but they are always up to date with the newest reviews and info as well as what's going on in the general market of cars. DriveWise makes the process so EASY. I don't have a ton of time to go to several lots and spend time looking. They do all of this for you! Competitive pricing, amazing customer service and they give back to a charity of YOUR choice -- I will never get a car anywhere else! I would give them 10 stars if I could! read more

We had such a fabulous experience leasing a car through DriveWise Auto! Adam was exceptionally helpful and caring. And they make a donation to the charity of your choice! We will always purchase/lease our cars through DriveWise Auto, and we highly recommend working with Adam. He makes the entire experience pleasant and easy. read more

Just bought a new car through DriveWise after an eleven year hiatus. Adam was beyond professional and made buying a car fun (yes, I just said that!). He provided easy-to-read comparisons of my top choices and was always willing to answer my questions. The best part, he provided competitive options without the hassle of sitting in a car dealership. Every time I went that route, I felt like I was being taken advantage of or being stalked. The best part, you get to pick a charity of your choice to receive a donation for your purchase once complete. Check them out whether you're in the market for a new car, used car or warranty! read more

Thank you, Abbe, for a great car-buying experience! Abbe made it super easy to both sell our existing car and find exactly the new car that we wanted. So easy to meet her to do the trade and sign the paperwork - much better than being at a dealership for hours on end! If you are looking for a great deal and great service, go see Abbe at DriveWise! read more

Car buying doesn't get any easier than this. Brian is a top notch professional. He got me top dollar for my RX350, which resulted in $2k in my pocket. Then got me a crazy deal on a new Honda Pilot. He called me when the car was in. My wife and I dropped by spent less than an hour, signing papers and getting trained on the features of the car and we were OUT! I will never go to a dealership again! read more

I have been buying things for years. All kinds of things, really. Cars, clothes, appliances, livestock, industrial solvents, subsequent medical treatments, you name it. In all my years of buying things, I have honestly never encountered anyone who made buying things, any thing, as easy, pleasant and efficient as Alison from DriveWise did. She saved me hundreds of dollars (ON A LEASE!) and managed to get me exactly what I wanted, even though I changed my mind about what it was I wanted a few times. AND she did it all while she was on vacation in Hawaii. And she managed to get me a gift card to Costco at the same time. I can not imagine why I would ever buy a car any other way than through DriveWise, and I wish I could run any and every purchase I ever make in the future through Alison. Get your next car through them. read more

Found DriveWise Auto through yelp and they're great!! I've always wanted an SUV and they found the perfect fit (low mileage, no accident history, very much within our price range and a really nice exterior & interior). Alison made buying our first CRV an absolute stress-free and worthwhile experience from choosing which model to test-driving the car. She even helped us look for the lowest loan interest rate. It was so easy that after the signing, it feels like we have forgotten to ask or to check something. Thank you again and will definitely recommend your work! read more

Allison made the process of selling our old car and getting a new one soooo easy. I will never go to a dealership again.

Really great company. Made it so easy to get a car. Alison helped me out and she was the best!

The beauty of DriveWise is their simplicity. They make it so simple. I had previously test-driven several cars and knew what I wanted. A friend referred me to them. In two days they had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The delivered the car to my office and we did the paperwork right there. He took pictures of my old car, and two days later had an offer for that car that was much higher than I expected! To think of all the time I used to spend dealing with details, and in the finance office of car dealerships getting upsold on ever possible item...wow. Never again now that I've found these guys! read more

Like most people, I hate the entire car buying/leasing experience. So much so that I extended my previous lease for 4 extra months. I knew I wanted an SUV, but I had no idea what I was looking for. Abbe Murry-Corté at DriveWise came highly recommended, and she more than lived up to that recommendation. Abbé completely removed all of the stress from the process by helping me narrow down my choices, and then she was able figure out what was most important to me before I did. I never felt steered toward the most expensive car or any particular make. In fact, early on I decided to pull the trigger on the most expensive of my options before test driving some of the others, just to be done with it. Abbé advised me to take the weekend to test drive my other top choices to be sure. I'm so glad I took her advice, because I test drove the Lexus NX 300 F-Sport and absolutely loved it. Abbé was able to get me one fully loaded for less than I would've paid for the base model of the more expensive one I was ready to settle for. Based on my research I was already pretty sure Abbé got me an amazing deal on the NX 300, a fact that my friend who is Lexus salesperson in another state confirmed. I highly recommend this company! read more

I love DriveWise Auto. I got two used, low mileage Lexus vehicles, and referred my brother, who got his new, made to order BMW, and then referred several people in his office for their new cars, all delivered cross town to their door. Sheila made the process smooth and easy every time. This is the best place to go to get a vehicle, new or used, sale or lease. ?Highly recommend. read more

Great service, by chance if you get Abbe Murray you'll be very satisfied with her results. She delivered fast and kept me up to date. Highly recommend her as a broker. Good luck!!! read more

The easiest purchase I have ever made. I was In and Out in less than 30 minutes driving away with my new car. I have bought cars from dealerships that literally take up my whole day. This is the only way to go and Alison is by far the best!!! read more

My 2002 ML 320 had 215,000 miles on it, and I was starting to see how much it costs to fix 'small' problems, especially when the 'small' ones keep adding up. So, I bit the bullet and decided to lease a new car. I was referred to one car brokerage that will remain unnamed; they required I pay them $200 before they would do any work. I guess they have problems if people don't get a car from them after doing lots of work. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I went online and did a Yelp search for car brokers and found DriveWise. I called the number, was connected to Alison (yes, the same young woman who others have sung the praises of), and from there on, I felt that i found a friend and someone who could help me get a car. (She did help me try to find a car for my picky husband, and that did not work out, but that did not for one second stop her boundless energy from helping me). Her advice was great--test drive, find cars I like, features, etc. She also listened, and worked with me to get, what my own independent efforts concurrent with her work showed, the best deal for my Ford Escape. She found me 'the one', even understands why I still miss my ML. We came to the office on a Saturday morning, she showed us the car, some of its features, and all the paperwork was ready to go. We were there for a short time only, and NO slimy dealers. I had to meet a few of them while I was shopping, including one that left me sitting for 35 minutes even though I had an appointment, and boy, working with DriveWise was terrific. I hope I can refer business to Alison and DriveWise often. She got the job done with panache, humor and just energy. And they are making a donation to my fave charity, which is just icing on the cake. I know people are skeptical about Yelp reviews like this one, but I'd read the others before I started working with Alison, and everything in those reviews is true, and then some. read more

Bought 2 vehicles through DriveWise, and couldn't be more thrilled. Made the car-buying process so easy and stress free. Got me best possible prices without having to worry about the negotiation or haggling. Just went in when the car was ready, and all the car & loan paperwork was waiting for me. Adam was amazing and so knowledgeable about every last detail of the cars I was looking at. He knows it all. One car a minivan, and one a Plug-in hybrid, he knew it all! I've already referred him to anybody I know who is in-market for a new car. read more

You SAVED ME!!! Thank you Drive Wise for your expertise and knowledge of the car world. For the past 10 years, you always know what car I need for the time in my life. You always get us the BEST prices and exceptional customer service. Thank you for making car shopping Painfree and Easy. read more

I am hooked - I will never buy a car through a dealer again. Rick at DriveWise is awesome. I knew what car we wanted, which included a hard-to-find color combo. Rick located the car on a Friday afternoon, at a dealership about an hour away. At 10am Monday morning he sent me a picture of the car, now sitting at the DriveWise office, and then delivered it to my home that afternoon. It took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork while sitting in my kitchen. He also handled a trade-in/sale for our end-of lease vehicle that was over mileage and had some cosmetic damage - saved us several hundred dollars over what it would have cost to turn it back in to the dealership. And as an added bonus, DriveWise made a donation to a charity of our choice. Overall, just a great experience! read more

I want to let everyone know that my experience with DriveWise was exceptional. If you've ever bought a car from a big dealership, you've been to the seventh level of hell and back. Working with Abbe Murray-Cote at DriveWise is the exact opposite of that nightmare. This is the only way to navigate purchasing a car new or used. The process was low pressure and super-chill. In the beginning, my partner and I were not sure what vehicle would be best. Abbe was patient and shared her experience and knowledge to help us make the final decision. Once we knew exactly what car we wanted, the process was smooth. Abbe helped to navigate our schedule, financing, trading in our old car - and believe it or not, the car micro-chip shortage. In the end, a fabulous new car in immaculate condition was delivered right to our driveway. Don't hesitate, call Abbe at DriveWise TODAY. You'll laugh every time you drive by the auto dealership knowing that you never have to make that trip back into the netherwold again. Thank you Abbe and DriveWise! read more

Adam got both my partner and I new cars. All we had to do was go in and sign some papers. EVERYTHING was done and handled. It was so easy! As women, going into a dealership and trying to negotiate things, look around for the best price, and deal with a chauvinistic salesman has always been a nightmare. Not now. I changed my mind 8 months into my lease and Alison got me into a different car within 24 hours. Again, I did nothing but go in and sign papers. There is no reason to ever worry or stress over getting a car. They get the best price, take care of everything, and you have NO DRAMA and NO STRESS. Yayyyyy! Thank you guys so much. read more

I used DriveWise to help me get a hard to find car. Adam and his team did a great job finding the car I wanted for a good price. I was so pleased that I used them again a couple months later to help get a car for my daughter. I knew I'd get it for a good price and it saved me from the time and hassle of dealing with a dealer. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

This was my second time using DriveWise to lease a vehicle and if possible, the experience was even easier and more seamless than the first time. Abbe Cote was fantastic to work with. I had no idea what I was going to do at the end of my lease and she helped guide me through the process. The entire negotiation was completed in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend DriveWise and Abbe Cote! read more

Brian just got me a better deal than I could have gotten myself and arranged financing better than I could have (and I am a CPA) . He also provides honest valuable advice on the various stressful decisions that you have to make when you buy a car. He got me the "Scratch and Ding" end of lease insurance for about half of what the dealer was quoting without me even having to negotiate. Plus they are delivering the car to my house!!! I am kicking myself for ever buying a car from anyone other than Brian. He is really an antidote for the torture you go through at a car dealership. If I could give him ten stars, I would. read more

I am so appreciative of Rick Brown and the team at Drive Wise! Buying a new car for me is so stressful and they made it so easy and exciting! They found exactly what I wanted and the price was better than I expected. Having someone show me all the nuts and bolts of the computer operations within the car. Whew! A friend referred me to DriveWise Auto and am I glad she did! I worked with Sheila Soriana for over a month to locate a hard to find car that was also pre-owned. Sheila persisted and today my car was delivered from Oceanside. I was impressed with Sheila's knowledge about the auto business (over 11 years of experience) and her attention to detail. If you are wondering about a woman handling your purchase, do not fret. You are in good hands and she watches your back when communicating with sellers. The bonus was being able to have a donation made in my name as well as one for the person who referred me. I would be delighted to refer others to DriveWise Auto. Jeanne S. read more

Most amazing car experience EVER!! I traded in my car that had severe negative equity, bought a new car (and upgraded), and I did all this without leaving my house and the car is being delivered. Also, to save me time... they are getting the windows tinted for me. Not only did DriveWise beat BMW by a long shot they made my experience complete ease. I will not buy another car again without them as the process was that amazing. They saved me money, time, and some how / some way were able to get me everything I wanted from A - Z. I worked with Alison Creditor and she was OUTSTANDING and made this process effortless. THANK YOU TO DRIVEWISE AND ALISON CREDITOR - YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR DILIGENT WORK AND SAVING ME MONEY! read more

I had to purchase a car and was referred to DriveWise Auto. I worked with Alison, who was excellent. She listen to my request and provided me with suggestion. She sent me photos of several autos to test drive and provided me with Dealers within my area. In addition, Alison helped me stay in my budget. My new car came in early and it was BEAUTIFUL! I recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for an auto! Plus, DriveWise Auto sent a donation to a charity of my choice with some of the profit. How great is that? Did I ever hit the jackpot when I came across DriveWise Auto! I am still amazed at how fast and easy the entire process was. Not only did they promptly secure the car I wanted at a great price with the EXACT requested specifications, they handled my trade-in, found financing at a remarkably low rate AND made a donation to a charity of my choosing; one very dear to my heart. By weeks end, I was driving my new vehicle! My consultant, Alison, took the reigns and handled the purchase and contracting from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with her professionalism and expertise. My only interaction with the dealer was when their salesman delivered my car, to the DriveWise location, and then went over all the features with me, which I thought was a nice touch. I am totally pleased with my purchase. Thanks again DriveWise Auto......and thank you Alison. You made what could have been a trying experience, a pleasant, stress-free one. This is, by far, the only way to buy a new car. Way to go DriverWise Auto! read more

My husband ran across DriveWise online and was impressed by all of Alison's glowing reviews... and I can truly say that they are very justified. She is friendly and efficient- always quick to get back with answers to questions that I have. She found both my husband and I great deals on the cars that we wanted (and under a time crunch no less). She's a no-nonsense type of girl and we both felt very comfortable working with her from the very beginning. I will certainly be recommending DriveWise to friends and family in the future because of her! read more
