So a few years back i found Alison, who came highly recommended, to help me return my 2017 Volt lease and grab a 2019 Volt lease at a time when they were already disappearing from the dealerships. My wife and I had our best experience ever when buying a new car. Sheila Soriano was referred to us by a business associate when we went looking for a new car to replace our 12 year car that was on its last legs. It was (is) the worst time in history to be in the market for a new car. We looked online and visited a number of dealers and found anywhere from $6000 to $10,000 mark up on sticker price ( including junk add ons like $3000 for paint, fabric protection, nitrogen filled tires, etc.) Sheila helped us every step of the way. We gave her the car model & equipment we wanted and she said she would search her contacts. The next day she called and told us she had located a car and it was in transit and would be here in a week or so. She even inspected and took photos of our trade in. With 135,000 miles it was a wholesale trade, but the value was reasonable, and she handled all the paperwork. Five days later we got the call that our new car had arrived and made an appointment to pick it up the next day. Sheila had all the paperwork ready and made the signing easy. She took the time to show us the features on the new car and synched both our cell phones to the Apple Play. Easiest, no pressure auto purchase we've made.
