!!!!!DRIVE CASA IS INTENTIONALLY SELLING CARS THAT ARE FALLING APART!!!!!!!! As many other reviews have stated, many people including my boyfriend & I have purchased vehicles from drive casa & it has become very apparent that this company is corrupt. I sat in the drive casa service center lobby & witnessed multiple customers upset and confused as to why their cars have fallen apart weeks if not days after they have been driven off the lot and then charging outrageous fees for a vehicle to be serviced that was just purchased. I also witnessed multiple people refuse to pay for service and requested to release the cars back to drive casa as the car had obviously become an overwhelming burden at the hands of the dealership. One guy even told us they GAVE him a new car because his had fallen apart prior and now his new one was having similar problems. They offer you CPI insurance while also financing the vehicle for you & my boyfriend has now become a victim of their insurance and faulty car recycling scheme. Our vehicle was parked on the street and was hit leaving us with no insurance information for the at fault driver. We were forced to file a claim on the insurance drive casa provides & required to only use their selected third party local repair shops. The car was towed to Busy Body's auto painting & collision repair in dallas. The vehicle was at the shop for 4 weeks before we were told the vehicle was complete & ready to be picked up. When we arrived to the body shop and inspected our car the engine began to overheat & it was clear that the car was not complete & safe to drive and needed some mechanical work. The body shop said they did not offer mechanical work & mentioned multiple times while we were there they had done NOTHING to the inside of the vehicle. We then had to call drive casa to have the vehicle towed to their service center. After the vehicle was inspected by drive casas service center the car was then totaled out. Upon looking over the estimates when we discovered our car was then totaled, the body shop did in-fact do mechanical work and charged for a new radiator as well as heating/cooling work. When I called the body shop & asked why there was discrepancy after they had told us they did no mechanical work I was told they would take my name down and have the owner call me the next day at 10am and I still have not heard from him. The service center sent us their estimate & it reported a head gasket had blown. As you can see from the photos & anyone with a basic knowledge about cars understands a head gasket does not blow from a collision with this type of damage. It is clear the gasket blew while in the custody of the third party shop. Due to drive casa & Busy Body's negligence they failed to do their due diligence and now we are left with a debt for a vehicle we had for only 3 months while drive casa pockets the insurance money only to slap the car back together and resell to another unsuspecting person. When I assessed the carfax Drive casa has owned the car we bought for 2 years. RED FLAG! I have reached out to drive casas Mark Robertson about how this is not right and never received a reply despite having already received many messages from him the same day when obtaining our estimate documents. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General & BBB. It is very clear this company has taken advantage of the economic circumstances effecting the used car market and are profiting off of unsuspecting customers and leaving them with massive debt. They act as your consigner with the finance company so they own your car, while also being the servicer and insurance providers which causes a HUGE conflict of interest and it needs to be investigated I hope that anyone who reads this review NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM DRIVE CASA and anyone who was a victim of these circumstances file a complaint on the Texas attorney general website and BBB as well so there will be a thorough investigation and the truth of this company can be revealed.

There service sucks, they sell you a car that breaks down a few months later and won't answer the phone for service.

    Auto Express - Bad response

    Auto Express

    (70 reviews)

We purchased a car from Auto Express two months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since…read more Shortly after the purchase, we began having issues and decided to get a professional opinion. After taking it to three independent mechanics, we were told the car requires over $10,000 in repairs--and more importantly, that it's dangerous to drive in its current condition. If my son and his family were going at a high rate of speed at the time it broke, it could have caused an accident. All three mechanics said the vehicle was a danger to be on the road. When we brought this to the dealership's attention, their response was that we could have had the car inspected if we had asked. We were under the impression that they had a mechanic on-site, given the size of their lot and number of vehicles. This lack of transparency was disappointing and misleading. We have since learned that Auto Express often sources their vehicles from up north and coastal regions, where cars are commonly exposed to severe rust and deterioration. This was never disclosed to us during the sales process. We feel completely taken advantage of. If you're considering buying from Auto Express, have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing anything, and ask where the car originally came from. We wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

They are very straight…read moreforward that they don't care what's wrong with the car, it's your job to evaluate it and decide if it's right for you. They aren't doing anything shady at all, but they did have a whole lot of very worn cars I would be afraid of. The unit I went to look at wasn't ready to show as far as I'm concerned. It had a leaking donut gasket in the exhaust, the cowl vents full of dirt and grass, and the console lid inside the car had been shredded. I didn't even ask them to get it out of the garage where I could drive it. I was looking at a big Buick, but they also had a super-clean Chevrolet Impala with a few more miles on it, but the car was in well-cared-for condition. I asked them to get that one out and we took it for a test drive and found nothing wrong with it but a "service air bag" light on, which we were willing to deal with. The suspension was still tight, the interior in blemish-free condition, a minor blemish on the rear plastic bumper cover, and the engine compartment clean. The motor was absolutely quiet, and running well, and so I left with a slightly younger Chevrolet than the Buick I thought I was interested in. Buyer beware on some of the units on this lot, but they are not misrepresenting them. It's the buyers responsibility to decide if a unit is right for them, and I'd encourage anyone to check carefully. They had some certified junk on the lot, but had some equally clean units in good condition. It all depends on what you want to pay, and how much car you expect to get for your money. Nothing about this transaction appeared to be shady, or in any way intended to misrepresent what they have to sell. They were courteous, kind, and professional in all parts of this transaction. I particularly like that they didn't even offer me an extended warranty, or try to add other charges into the transaction, such as dealer preparation, which I view to be taking advantage of the ignorant. It was cash-and-carry, and if it breaks they buyer gets both pieces. I've had the car in service for a week now, and I have discovered a minor transmission leak. At age 13 with 120,000 miles on it that's a little deal to me, and I'm satisfied with what I paid.

I informed them I had a bad experience and the General Manager himself called to follow up and to make it right. When we left CarMax of Plano the paperwork for car we wanted at CarMax of Garland was complete .... all we needed was to sign a few signatures and read over some documents...... When we arrived at CarMax of Garland , we were directed to business office immediately and was received by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa Huerta. Let me preference this by also saying that me and wife were dressed for the weather , it was cold out so we had on sweats. Mrs Huerta helped my wife get ready for the test drive , we test drove the car everything was amazing !!!! Upon arriving back to the Dealership after the test drive, myself and my wife were approached by Christian Gantes (Sales Associate) which introduced himself and Hawar Gerki (Sr Sales Consultant) Who said absolutely nothing to us about who was period. Then Christian stated that some information didn't come from the CarMax Of Plano, and we need to finish up some paperwork. Mind you , I said before arriving to CarMax Of Garland all the paperwork was complete, all we needed to do was sign for the car and read over everything. Hawar Gerki took my wife to has desk and basically interrogated her asking how she made some much money and literally reran all of her info...including ... job verification (again). At point I get pissed because clearly he is racial profiling us with a smile on his face. Mind you he hasn't stated the reason behind doing this or stated who he is to my wife. 45 minutes goes by he comes back to my wife saying it was a mix up and he is sorry..... all this after the paperwork with the car was complete on our end. Clear cut case of racial profiling. Bright note out this was Mrs.Huerta she was very professionally and needs to be promoted , she went above and beyond even offering to pay for dinner. Now , Hawar Gerki needs to be fired for work place profiling and harassment... completely unprofessional as customer I would never purachase a car from this location because he works there. And I'm going to file a formal complaint against him.
