I purchased my truck from Drive Casa on 10/23/2023. The buying experience was great. However, I have been running on Temporary Tags since with no information as to why my Permanent Tags haven't even been ordered yet. The temporary tags expired 7 days ago and the best information I have received today is, "We'll have to have another department call you back sometime today". So, the continuing responsibility of the dealership after the purchase has been made is very poor. On another note, the payment service Drive Casa uses for electronic payments is archaic at best. You can't find a Website for PAYNEARME that allows you to access your account. You have to click on a receipt in your email to get to it. You can't update Debit Card information on the page. You have to call the service provider and cancel auto pay completely and then go back and reenter everything all over again. So, if you're looking for ease of access and the ability to compliant with State Law that requires current registration I would seriously reconsider using Drive Casa. Good Luck. read more

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. This has been one of the biggest financial mistakes I've ever made, and I genuinely wish I had walked away before signing anything. The sales staff had no problem calling me repeatedly until I bought the car. The moment the paperwork was signed, it became nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Calls go unanswered, messages aren't returned, and when someone does answer, you're put on hold or transferred around until you eventually give up. I've never experienced customer service this bad. I was sold a vehicle that began having serious issues almost immediately. The AC has problems, the brakes and rotors were already damaged, and the catalytic converter was damaged before I purchased the vehicle. Before the sale, I was told they would take care of the catalytic converter. After the sale, that promise disappeared. Instead, I was contacted with a repair quote, expecting me to pay for damage that already existed. To make matters worse, they refused to provide a Carfax before I purchased the vehicle. Looking back, that should have been my biggest warning sign. I took my vehicle in for service on May 2, and trying to get an update has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone, no one communicates, and no one seems to care once they've made the sale. They advertise free oil changes, but that's meaningless when you can't even get someone to answer the phone to schedule one. On top of all of this, the interest rates are extremely high, leaving you paying thousands more while also being stuck with repair bills. Instead of enjoying the car you just purchased, you're left wondering what will break next and how much it's going to cost. This dealership made me feel like I mattered only until they got my signature. After that, I was treated like an inconvenience. Do your homework before buying here. Read every negative review because I wish I had. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A lower monthly payment or easy approval isn't worth the stress, the repair costs, the lack of communication, or the regret that comes afterward. read more

This car lot is a complete scam, do not ever do business with them under any circumstances. It is better to walk where you need to go than to get caught up with this place. First, YouDrive auto sold me this car and they had me sitting at their car lot all day until right before close and then telling me to uber across town 30 miles to "AutoFelix" that this was the only car that they had available for my $1000 down payment, but don't worry it is an amazing car with no problems, I only have to keep the car 6 months and then trade it in for something else, if there are any problems they would stand behind the car and fix them. Problems since I crunk the car while still on their car lot with their staff already bolting because it was an hour after they closed, that I have been informing them of repeatedly since the next day; - bad battery, they replaced it with another battery that didn't last a month before it too now has a dead cell. - rods knocking in motor due to oil draining straight out, blown head gasket and major oil leaks - this was caused by the wrong dipstick being in the car so long that it is permanently stained with oil showing it was kept 2 quarts over max. - severely out of line (I am now on my 16th tire in less than a year) tires cannot be aligned because one side has missing tire struts. - radiator fan hasn't worked since the day I got the car. - problems with the ignition switch not wanting to start the car. It's like having to turn the key to wind the car up enough that it cranks. - bad 02 sensors causing the car to stall when taking off from parked, or at red lights / stops signs - this drag in acceleration has caused me to be in 3 wrecks in less than a year because of not being able to get outta peoples way when they make a mistake. - bad catalytic converter the car doesn't pass omissions checks and isn't even allowed to be registered in the state of Texas, and it was never supposed to have been sold. - the car only had one brake pad on each side in an attempt to hide the bad rotors. - the car had a coolant leak they used stop leak to hide. I told them months ago I was filing a lawsuit, I sent them a letter of demand; I drove by every car lot and shop they own begging them to fix the problems again and again and again for months now. I finally told them about 3 months ago I would not make a single payment, until a manager called me and we got the problems resolved, that I wanted them to swap the car like I asked the first day I had it when I saw all the problems, they claim they can't because I still owe just over $8,000.. on a lemon. No manager ever called me and nor did anyone else from their three companies to even attempt to discuss the problems. Months later, I get stopped by the police saying the cars registration is expired, hmm I haven't even had the car a year so I called the DMV and turns out this circus show didn't even register the car so it technically isn't mine. And the state doesn't allow you to register the car, it has to be the car lot, and they are saying the car lot that sold me the car went bankrupt yet amazingly the same family owns the new loan company (YouDrive LLC) and Drive Casa, they filed bankruptcy on AutosFelix and YouDrive Auto trying to avoid lawsuits from all the people they screwed over. They have cost me my job because of calling out when the car wouldn't make it to work, and they subsequently cost me my apartment, and everything I owned.. clothes, family keep sakes and photos, kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, furniture... EVERYTHING I owned is gone because of this company selling me a junk ass car they legally should have never sold. Well you can't avoid mines the lawsuit was filed before he filed bankruptcy. P.S. yall never had anyone call me about the problems for months now, so yall can jump off a bridge about the payments and quit calling my phone. The car is in Oklahoma on side of the road where the motor locked up, like I kept warning you was going to happen for months. !!!!!DRIVE CASA IS INTENTIONALLY SELLING CARS THAT ARE FALLING APART!!!!!!!! As many other reviews have stated, many people including my boyfriend & I have purchased vehicles from drive casa & it has become very apparent that this company is corrupt. I sat in the drive casa service center lobby & witnessed multiple customers upset and confused as to why their cars have fallen apart weeks if not days after they have been driven off the lot and then charging outrageous fees for a vehicle to be serviced that was just purchased. I also witnessed multiple people refuse to pay for service and requested to release the cars back to drive casa as the car had obviously become an overwhelming burden at the hands of the dealership. One guy even told us they GAVE him a new car because his had fallen apart prior and now his new one was having similar problems. They offer you CPI insurance while also financing the vehicle for you & my boyfriend has now become a victim of their insurance and faulty car recycling scheme. Our vehicle was parked on the street and was hit leaving us with no insurance information for the at fault driver. We were forced to file a claim on the insurance drive casa provides & required to only use their selected third party local repair shops. The car was towed to Busy Body's auto painting & collision repair in dallas. The vehicle was at the shop for 4 weeks before we were told the vehicle was complete & ready to be picked up. When we arrived to the body shop and inspected our car the engine began to overheat & it was clear that the car was not complete & safe to drive and needed some mechanical work. The body shop said they did not offer mechanical work & mentioned multiple times while we were there they had done NOTHING to the inside of the vehicle. We then had to call drive casa to have the vehicle towed to their service center. After the vehicle was inspected by drive casas service center the car was then totaled out. Upon looking over the estimates when we discovered our car was then totaled, the body shop did in-fact do mechanical work and charged for a new radiator as well as heating/cooling work. When I called the body shop & asked why there was discrepancy after they had told us they did no mechanical work I was told they would take my name down and have the owner call me the next day at 10am and I still have not heard from him. The service center sent us their estimate & it reported a head gasket had blown. As you can see from the photos & anyone with a basic knowledge about cars understands a head gasket does not blow from a collision with this type of damage. It is clear the gasket blew while in the custody of the third party shop. Due to drive casa & Busy Body's negligence they failed to do their due diligence and now we are left with a debt for a vehicle we had for only 3 months while drive casa pockets the insurance money only to slap the car back together and resell to another unsuspecting person. When I assessed the carfax Drive casa has owned the car we bought for 2 years. RED FLAG! I have reached out to drive casas Mark Robertson about how this is not right and never received a reply despite having already received many messages from him the same day when obtaining our estimate documents. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General & BBB. It is very clear this company has taken advantage of the economic circumstances effecting the used car market and are profiting off of unsuspecting customers and leaving them with massive debt. They act as your consigner with the finance company so they own your car, while also being the servicer and insurance providers which causes a HUGE conflict of interest and it needs to be investigated I hope that anyone who reads this review NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM DRIVE CASA and anyone who was a victim of these circumstances file a complaint on the Texas attorney general website and BBB as well so there will be a thorough investigation and the truth of this company can be revealed. read more

My sister is currently dealing with a purchase of a Kia Soul from the Buckner location. Within 8 hours of the purchase the car was turning off, changing gears on its own and accelerating badly. She reached out same day to her salesperson and they told her to take the car back to be checked. The mechanic told my sister they don't check out the functionality of the cars purchased at auction until a client buys it. RED FLAG. The car came with a 3 day return option, as they all do, and she was given a run around because her sales person was out with covid. They didn't offer her anymore assistance regarding the return because the sales person was out. They exhausted the 3 days not allowing her to return the car. I walked in introduce myself and the man didn't even get up from his desk to shake a customer's hand. Sat in drive casa waiting to get approved for 4 hours . Finally the only car I was approved for was a 06 Mazda with 136,000 miles !! I was desperate so I told them I would go ahead and get it then Elena pulls out a huge stack of paperwork and explained about the insurance and payments every two weeks. As I sat there I thought that wasn't a very good deal . A 06 Masda 3 fora little over $10000 . So I changed my mind and we didn't finish all the paperwork however they already charged my card for $1000 !! Why would you charge my card before we go through all the paperwork ??
