It's ridiculous what they charge you now at these places, it's complete price gouging. All of that is unfortunately the cost of doing business, what's not acceptable is forgetting items I ordered. They forgot the 2 large sides I paid for, $20 total, they charge you $10 for a large side now, for Mac n cheese or mash n gravy, what's that gone up? Like 900%, I think it used to be a $1, maybe $2. On principle I drove back with my receipt, about a 15 minute drive. On way I called first, it took them like 10 minutes on phone to just clarify what I was missing, checking my order number, name, etc. That's how little these corporations care about their customers, they're literally only about profit, then hire people who don't pay attention or care enough to make sure your order is correct. I was given a pie (lol) and a "sorry" When something like this happens, I shouldn't have to go through a CIA/FBI interrogation to prove I paid for and ordered what I did, and that I'm missing what I'm claiming I am. Would I walk away from my meal knowing it'll be cold when I get back to gain 2 free sides, and spend another 30 minutes doing so? I'm so sick of being ripped off and the lack of appreciation for customers these businesses have for us. My hard earned money being spent at your place of business is taken for granted.

We've been to this location twice now, and each time we've ordered fries light well, they've been absolutely perfect. Perfectly crisp, great bite, the way fries should be. Whoever is handling the fryer here, they are working their magic! I usually get animal style fries, but honestly I think they are overrated now. Get them light well, and grab some lemons and pepper and make your own lemon pepper fries. As for the burgers, it's just as good as other locations. My order has changed over the years but I can't go wrong with a 3x2, animal style, whole raw onion, chopped chiles, no lettuce, and no tomato. I personally think it's the best way to order a burger from in-n-out. On this latest trip, I ordered two burgers, one my way, and the other regular with raw onions, both were great, but the whole raw onion is a game changer. The drive thru here is a bit confusing though. If you go at the main entrance, you have to flip around awkwardly in a different parking lot, so it's better to enter closer to the freeway entrance if drive thru is what you are doing. We prefer to go inside because the service has been faster and we just get our order with a box and lid so we can still enjoy in the car. If you are driving through Tracy and craving In-n-Out this one definitely satisfies the cravings!

The creamy mac and cheese paired perfectly with the crispy, flavorful chicken. The portion was generous, and the balance of flavors was spot on. This is comfort food at its finest, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. * Tender Combo: 10/10 I opted for the tender combo and was blown away by the sheer size of the tenders. They were ginormous! I could only finish two out of the three because they were so filling, but I made sure to take the third one home--no way was I leaving that behind! The tenders were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. * Waffle: 10/10 Adding a waffle to the mix was a fantastic choice. It was fluffy and light, the perfect counterpart to the rich, savory chicken. Sauces: What truly took the meal to the next level were the Drippin Sauce and House Sauce on the side. I went to this place for 2 dollar tuesday, hoping for some delicious chicken. But from the moment I stepped inside, I had a bad feeling. They wanted to charge me 1.50 for a small 1oz cup of ranch dressing and 1.00 for a cup of tap water! I went next store and grabbed a bottle of Hidden Valley ranch for just 4 bucks and 2 bottles of water. Don't let them fool you into thinking the ranch is homemade when it comes out of a pre-made bag. Now, let's talk about the chicken. They had three different levels of spice: no spice, medium, and spicy. The chicken was incredibly dry, and the medium and spicy options didn't taste like the famous Nashville chicken. Instead, they reminded me more of Indian hot chicken. And don't even get me started on the cheese curds. They were just frozen cheese curds with no flavor whatsoever. And the mac and cheese? Oh boy, that was just plain disgusting. Overall, my experience was a total letdown. I'd definitely skip this place and head to Angry Chickz for better food and prices. So, I was at the bathroom and guess what? It was completely bare! No toilet paper, seat covers, or hand soap. I told the lady at the counter about it, and an hour later, the bathroom was still in the same state. Talk about a bathroom emergency! read more

i do not recommend this place!!!! first off, the service was horrible. the girl at front counter was so rude and was just stuck on her phone most of the time, no welcome, hello....nothing! second off, the place was dirty. no clean tables to sit at, trash on the ground, and someone left their chewed-up gum on a chair. hopefully no one sat in it! and lastly, this place made me so sick!!!!! i had to go to the er as i could not stop throwing up. the chicken was raw and gave me food poisioning!!!!!! luckily this only happend to me and not my son!!!! please do yourself a favor and do not.... i repeat do not eat here!!! when i told the girl at the counter the chicken was raw, she didn't even care and just said "i'll let the cook know to do better" not sure what type of service this is but what a horrible experience and i will never go here again! whenever someone mentions drippin chicken in front of me, i will let them know what their experince will be like and save them the hospital trip!!!! never again!!!!!!! read more

I was thrilled when this Nashville Hot Chicken place opened. I've visited several times, and the food was quite good initially. However, my friend and I have recently observed a decline in quality. Today, we both ordered combo 3, which includes rice, coleslaw, and two chicken strips. The rice appeared stale, and the chicken was tough, seemingly not fresh. The breading fell off as soon as I picked up a strip, which is unusual. Normally, there's a wait for the food, suggesting it's freshly fried, but today our order was ready too quickly, almost as if it had been microwaved. It was a letdown. The coleslaw was tasty, yet oddly, the pickles were warm instead of the customary cold, further hinting at a microwaved dish. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to witness two young adults enter, order, and receive their food within 10 minutes. It was frustrating to see the blatant disregard for fairness in service. Upon entering, I mistook the employees for customers, as they were casually lounging at a table. The food costs more than it does at angry chickz, and they have the same menu. The food itself does not live up to the price. OH MY GOODNESS, Tracy needed this place. I kept seeing all the reviews and so many great things. The staff were all so friendly. I took my kids and I yesterday, it was fantastic. We ordered the combo 5 medium, combo 1 hot, the chicken tender combo classic and it was fantastic. I love spicy food and boy was it SPICY!
