So this time i was craving some Angry Chikz! Dropped by late Saturday night with wife and son, and ordered two Angry Macs; one hot for me and one medium heat for my wife. A cup of mac and cheese and a mild tender for my kid. The service was great. Quick and to the point. As we waited we couldn't help but notice how busy this location is at night. Plenty of space too with multiple tables. Finally our takeout order was ready after maybe about 7-10 minutes of waiting. Not bad at all. The food was delicious and definitely worth another trip again. Word of advise though. Anything beyond medium heat is not for the faint of heart, the person who rang us up warned me too. I got OG Mexican blood though, it's nothing to me. I removed one star because the angry macs were mislabeled. They put a "hot" sticker on the medium one. My wife took about three spoonfuls off the hot one before we realized. When the heat kicked in, she was uncomfortable for a couple minutes. Felt bad for her, but at some point her mouth cooled down.

It's soooo old, the HI-C, tasted terrible, we eventually swapped it out for water, which still tasted WEIRD. All in all, I would come back if they can update that drink dispenser situation.

Instead of the typical thin, julienned vegetables that give bibimbap its signature texture, the cabbage was chopped into small pieces like diced onion. Even the pickled radish was chopped rather than julienned. Bibimbap is known for its neatly arranged, string-like vegetables -- this felt thrown together rather than thoughtfully prepared. I understand restaurants can put their own spin on dishes, but when key elements are missing and the fundamentals aren't there, it shouldn't be labeled as bibimbap. After giving multiple opportunities, I'm unfortunately done trying.

The guy told her that they had a lot of back orders, but there was no customers in line in the drive-through and the place was empty inside. Mind you that I drive past this place at least two or three times a day or night. I've had other past experiences that weren't so good. This is not the first time that we have decided to just go across the street to Popeyes. Just go to Popeyes people save yourself the hassle. It's right across the street. The management style at this KFC is pretty bad. If you don't believe me then go and try it for yourself. Read the reviews from other people. A lot of people are saying the same thing. No more for us. We are done. Never again.

Here's literally what I ordered, 8 piece family meal, 3 sandwiches, & 2 large sides. $85, can you believe that? $85. It's ridiculous what they charge you now at these places, it's complete price gouging. All of that is unfortunately the cost of doing business, what's not acceptable is forgetting items I ordered. They forgot the 2 large sides I paid for, $20 total, they charge you $10 for a large side now, for Mac n cheese or mash n gravy, what's that gone up? Like 900%, I think it used to be a $1, maybe $2. On principle I drove back with my receipt, about a 15 minute drive. On way I called first, it took them like 10 minutes on phone to just clarify what I was missing, checking my order number, name, etc. That's how little these corporations care about their customers, they're literally only about profit, then hire people who don't pay attention or care enough to make sure your order is correct. I was given a pie (lol) and a "sorry" When something like this happens, I shouldn't have to go through a CIA/FBI interrogation to prove I paid for and ordered what I did, and that I'm missing what I'm claiming I am. Would I walk away from my meal knowing it'll be cold when I get back to gain 2 free sides, and spend another 30 minutes doing so? I'm so sick of being ripped off and the lack of appreciation for customers these businesses have for us. My hard earned money being spent at your place of business is taken for granted.
