I used this service while out visiting family in Corona, CA. I called a few others before calling here and they were wanting me to wait until the end of day for someone to come out. I was experiencing hangover symptoms so obviously there would be no point in booking unless it was within a few hours. I was amazed and excited to find out that they had an opening to come within the hour. I chose the $300 service for the "Hangover" drip which includes certain vitamins and meds focused on hangovers specifically. While booking over the phone I was asked if I wanted to add an extra gratuity to the card before the service even began which caught me completely off guard and in my opinion is a little inappropriate since the service had not even began. However, I left a fair tip because I was not sure if the nurse could see it before hand and at the end of the day she will be injecting a needle into me lol. This was my least favorite part of the experience. Once the nurse arrived it seemed as if she was contracted by another company of mobile nurses because I received an email from what seemed like a company that sends out travel nurses. Not sure if this company actually has nurses working for the Drip Hydration or if they have an actual business setting you can go to. Regardless I was happy to see her. I am very patient and I could see there was a language and cultural barrier. She kinda just walked in the house and started scoping everything out without saying anything. I was trying to direct her to a room where I wanted to relax while she performed the service but she started speaking to herself in her language and just looking around. She was Vietnamese but I am a patient man and I also look at both sides of the coin. I realize that she was trying to find out the perfect place to do her job and maybe has a different communication style and that is ok. Even though I was thrown off, I was patient. Sometimes it's hard to figure someone else out and their culture from both sides but I am empathic and realize that she also is stepping into the unexpected every time she enters a strangers home. I stayed pretty quiet, offered her some water and made her feel at ease and that is when she started being more friendly and actually opening up a lot. She gave me great advice and actually advised me to go to the hospital if I was not feeling any better as most of her patient with this issue get better within 20-30 minutes into receiving the IV. Overall I had a really good experience and also wanted to share as a lesson for everyone else to be patient with a language or cultural barrier. I am a patient and empathetic man but I can only imagine what she has to deal with especially in this area. I would use this service again. Thank you. read more

I had an appointment set 3hrs prior BUT 2hrs later I'm calling and texting "where are you?".. THEN I GET A TEXT they couldn't arrive now until the next day!?! Who does that?? I was billed set and waiting! This is a JOKE of a business. Upon actually speaking with them I understand why it'sa staff of (3) all kids!! It takes nothing more than a phlebotomist course to do this. Good for them but don't set your expectations too high, if at all!! If I could put a "negative" review it would be there! What a JOKE!!! Paid and scheduled. Then they told me nurse wasn't replying back to their message and told me to hold. I'm holding for 2 hours now and now they say nurse won't be available until tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time. I thought this was already scheduled and paid for. Don't charge card if you're not sure when nurse will be available and note on website that schedule isn't guaranteed. Would of been useful if I knew. Now I got a flight tomorrow with no time. I could of booked with someone else if they told me sooner, but instead just put me on hold like a dummy and not allow others to service me if they weren't available. Used this mobile IV service for about .3 months, purchased their 4 for $1000. Package. The nurses are professional but the scheduling is pretty horrific. Apparently they have one person in charge of scheduling who flakes, books the wrong dates or just doesn't respond to schedule request. While I appreciate that they were eager to work with us, the group booking process was not helpful when it came to actual treatment. We were told to email a sales person and that name and date of birth is all that would be needed in advance. There were no requests for prior IV treatments or health screenings in advance. We set up (and purchased) an extra hotel room at an event for several treatments and none were able to be given due to a lack of pre-screening. read more

So, I had some reservations about all the NAD IV therapy hype, but my mom was going to get one so I decided to do it at the same time. Beatrix, the RN who does the therapy, came to the house and did it there! We didn't even have to go to the clinic. Super happy about that. Apparently, there are side effects for some folks while getting the NAD treatment, and of course I was the one with the side effects. In order to reduce these side effects, the IV drip needed to be slowed down. Poor Beatrix had to stay for over four hours to get mine done because it kept making me nauseous. She was a real treat, no complaints and kept making us laugh. Everyone else (we had three total folks getting the NAD therapy) was done far quicker than I was, but she did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. Also, it is often hard to find a vein in my arm, so hospitals usually put it in my hand no matter how much I ask them not to. Beatrix had no issue with it and got the IV set up in no time, without going into my hand! Easy-peasy! I will definitely do this again! I already feel like I have a bunch of energy and it is late! This company is great - they are open longer including the weekends, and the RN who calls before your visit is very accommodating. The reason I can't give 5 stars, and perhaps should give 3 stars, is because of the flow of the iv into the vein. The nurse who gave me my iv did not check the flow and only went by gravity! He should have been making sure the flow was the correct amount which is by counting the number of drops per minute to start, and to check it during the process. The other way is by electric pump which they did not use. I hope the company speaks to their nurses to ensure that they all are doing this. read more
