Absolutely useless staff. I was referred by the amazing RN Nilo who works there. I tried to make an appointment and it was so complicated. Let me get this clear ... you want me to go to Chino Hills'location to get my vitals one day. Then Come back to you and get cleared another day and then go back for a freaking IV on a different day??? Who in their right mind would do that ? I don't think so. That's complete waste of my time and anybody's time. Why would I do that just for one IV??? They couldn't even tell me why the Chino Hills office can't clear me when I go for my vitals or why they can't clear me right before the IV. Waste of my time for an entire week just trying to make an appointment. !! read more

I have been going to Lindora for the last 3 years. I lost about 50 pounds the first years and a total of 68 pounds. Yes it is expensive but it was for my health! The menu is rigid but that also makes it simple for me. I've totally lost my sugar cravings. I will continue to work with Lindora to meet more goals. Everyone has been supportive and friendly at the Fullerton location. They do not judge you when you have a bad eating day. It is a thorough and proven process. Customer service is horrible at this facility, nobody greets you or if you been sitting awhile, no one says they will be right with you, this has happened twice to me. I'm always for second chances, but when the lady in charge is up in the front with these women they act different. I don't care how far I have to travel, to go to another Lindora because I've been with Lindora for a very long time and La Habra is the worst. I go there only because it's convenient for which I work out at the fitness center in that area. read more

I love the staff at the Fullerton Clinic. They are friendly and helpful. I have achieved my weight loss goal twice, going lower each time. They encourage me, provide me with good advice and I've never felt cheated or lied to. A big shout out to Lisa and Shay who typically take care of me. I have been coming to this location for awhile now. Christina & Brenda are awesome. The others, not so much. I have come in several times and they are out of B12. This morning only one person working and the lobby was packed. Kelly processed to take someone that came in after me before me because she had to be at work at 8:am. I told her that I had to be at work by 8:am also, no response. The one that was there takes to long and it hurts when she gives the shots. I have lost weight, I like the program even if it is expensive but I am not happy this morning. read more

Shay and Michele are always friendly and greet me by name with a smile and a "How's your day going?" They keep me on track and make me accountable so that I can reach my goals. They always have suggestions for meals and ways to utilized the food products in different and new ways. This program is EXTREMELY expensive. The products range from 15 to 18 dollars for a box of 7 packages per box of bars, shake mix, drinks ect. I ordered from their online store a pretty large order I ordered Friday at 3:45pmI paid for NEXT DAY delivery via FedEx. It was almost 20 dollars to do so. I did not receive it the next day. So today is Monday at 7:15pm and I have still not received anything and customer service is useless telling me my order cam come next day or 2 weeks from now even tho they took my money for OVERNIGHT service! Trust I will NEVER do this again and since I have the book I can save my money and buy the EXACT same products on a website that is less expensive and way better customer service!! read more

Agree, good name but not serviced right with poor management. I ordered 6 salads, with one short delivery prior week, when Tuesday later showing up, no one in clinic calked me, I gave them a few chances for a whole week, no one found those salads, so funny, where are those salads, after all, no one even care to refund me the purchase of $45 plus one short, stating those are not lindora products, however, merchant charges are from lindora, hate to write this review, but that is exactly happening, and no correction, so I want everyone watch out before committing your $$$ read more

The Lindora clinic in Fullerton, CA is a great clinic. The nurses at this clinic are so helpful and caring. Every time I came into the clinic I always felt supported and encouraged by the staff members. The program is awesome! It is the one weight loss program that actually works. Last year I lost 40 pounds and was able to get down to my lowest weight in my adult life. I look forward to doing the program again after I have my baby so that I can lose the pregnancy weight. read more

Lindora Fullerton Clinic is great! I was always welcomed with a smile, and they genuinely care about you as a person. I signed up at the Chino Hills office, and they gave me the used car salesmen pitch, practically selected my food for me and I still have a cabinet full of it to this day of items I don't like. They didn't even explain to me how to use my journal, or how to count carbs, etc...The very 1st day I tried Fullerton, the nurse that gave me my shot, explained to me for the first time (after a month of joining Lindora) how to use my journal and count. I lost 30 pounds overall at Lindora. I've gained five back recently but that's my own fault. They taught me the skills I needed to lose. Fullerton location doesn't push the products on you like Chino HIlls did, and they just tell you what the current sales or deals are. I recently canceled my membership (cause it was a year) but have a month left and look forward to going to the Fullerton location the rest of the time of my membership. If I ever rejoin it will be at the Fullerton location. Great staff. read more

My first experience with Lindora was in 2000 at the La Habra clinic. I had to figure things out but was very successful in losing 40 lbs. What I didn't realize at the time was how important the maintenance program was. Fast forward to 2013, I gained and needed to lose the weight, again, because I did know how to keep it off. I lost 35lbs and I'm soooo very happy. The clinic manager at the time was "ok" but I absolutely adored Lupe who always took time to make sure everything was crystal clear, answered my questions. On the rare occasions that she didn't have an answer for me, she'd find out and give me a call. Diana was awesome, I was disappointed that she transferred to La Habra, but now she's back. The new manager, Meg, is wonderful and welcoming. I feel a connection with these gals and I'm so happy to be a client. read more

I have been a Lindora patient before, and I just came back because I know it works. The new location is fabulous, and the staff couldn't be better. I have been on the program 6 weeks and I am down 22 pounds. I hit a plateau and the nurses put me on a different menu to get me through it. I love this program and if you follow it, you will lose weight. What helps me is the accountability of going in every day and getting the guidance I need to stay on track. I would highly recommend giving this center a chance if you want to lose weight. read more

I did Lindora at this clinic in 2013, weighing around 200 pounds. I did two 10 week programs and lost 60 pounds. Eventually, I plateaued and never lost any more weight. I continued the "Lindora way" from 2014 to 2019 ish and maintained my weight loss. I still wanted to loose about 10 more pounds. Around 2019, I started to learn about the role of fat in my diet. When I was at Lindora, NO ONE ever told me about the importance of fat in my weight loss journey, so I kept doing protein days, wondering why I wasnt losing weight. In fact, I had a nurse scream at me that I was wasting my time and that Lindora is not Atkins. So, if you do Lindora, realize that as you get leaner, you will need to add fat to your diet to continue your weight loss (and be in ketosis). Hindsight is always 20/20. Recently, I thought about returning, but why should I pay $900 for a 4 week program, when they didnt empower me with the knowledge I needed to reach my goals the first time around? In fact, I recently learned more about what my macros should be from an app on my smartphone. read more

They kept giving me the run around. I have gone twice and both times they told me the doctor would be there and wasn't when I arrived for my appointment. The doctor left early both times after I was assured that I he would be there to take my appointment. The people who work there don't care after they sign you up. All they want is your money and once they get it, the service is horrible. I would not recommend this location. Avoid at all costs. I feel like I have been ripped off because I am paying for services I am not getting. read more
