The staff take the time to pre-clean each vehicle as much as they need to, and do a fantastic job of drying at the end to eliminate streaks. We have to travel often down dirt roads, so we decided to enroll in the monthly car wash membership. This was a great deal for us; for $35/month we both get unlimited washes (not sure if the prices have changed since we enrolled a couple years ago but if they have it's not much). When I first signed up, one of the employees had me pull around the building and walked me through enrollment to make sure I had it all set up properly. With AT&T, our phones don't usually work at the car wash to pull up our QR codes, but the employees have always been very understanding and offered to scan the license plate. To piggyback on another review, you can definitely hear everything they're saying outside your car if you don't have any music going. It's usually pretty harmless but they're definitely not shy about language. However, they're always very polite when speaking to us, and that's what I think is important. I have recommended this car wash countless times, and have had several of my co-workers at our downtown Fenton business share the same sentiments. Keep up the good work!

We have kindly asked several employees to lower their voices/music hoping they might agree to be considerate of other local businesses. Their response was that the police have visited them multiple times for the same complaints, and legally they can't do anything and they're going to keep being loud because they can.

The dryer didn't turn on, no parting water on my windshield. My tires full of soap. I requested to just go back through for a rinse. Attendant kept saying "well you can do it again, but if it didn't get rinsed the first time probably won't again." Requested to still make that attempt and he repeated the same exact statement. I guess he wasn't ACTUALLY offering a run through. With that being said I have a useless gift card for sale since I enjoy getting my car washed and looking nice and not soapy and spotty.
