Didn't remind me to put car in neutral. Kid had me pull up to spot in roller rotation. Conveyer wrenched my wheel to right. Had to hit horn to stop conveyor(twice) .Had drive out half way through with soap on truck . Asked for rewash and kid said no (?) . Called office and left mes. with no call back. Called again and upper manager acted liked he was doing me a favor giving me a re wash. Hill rd Flint location . Time for a change. read more

My wife recently took her vehicle to this location for a car wash (she had been there on several other occassions). The car wash damaged her Weathertech hood deflector. I spoke to the manager and he informed me that they were not responsible for damaging the $100 hood deflector and that was their policy. Is this customer service? That $8.00 car wash cost me $100! I surely hope that others will think before they consider using this car wash. read more

The kid washing the back of the vehicle with a brush broke my rear view camera. Called multiple times to speak with the manager and finally received a phone call from his supervisor 3 weeks later. He would not help me at all to replace the $160 rear view camera that his employee broke! Worst customer service and will not be back again and I will be letting everyone I know what horrible customer service they have. read more

Paid platinum had to go in and ask for vacuum coin. No towels to wipe down , never dry when exiting wash.

I've been going here for years and today I went in there you know before I never had much of a problem but today when I went in I paid for a Diamond Auto Wash which is $18 and my truck is still filthy tailgate bumper rims are bad dirty it's just pathetic not very happy at all spending $18 for nothing have to come home and rewash my truck read more

I am always impressed by how well they get my vehicles clean. They go that extra mile to make sure to wash out the wheel wells.

Absolutely the best car wash around! Constantly replacing worn out equipment to keep the vehicles scratch free. I always ask them to be sure to spray and brush the areas of my SUV their equipment doesn't get like the step into the gate and the spoiler. Usually asking will work. The workers are friendly and very thorough. I have never experienced a problem with alleged higher prices of a wash as one person stated. After all, the selection is made at the pump so it's the purchaser who makes the choice. If you hit the wrong key, go inside so the cashier can correct it!! Don't call people names for a mistake the purchaser made! It is the best car wash in the county, in my opinion! Lots of soap to avoid scratches as well. Very good spray pre-wash by two or three guys. The only reason for selecting four stars and not five is they need to treat all customers the same. Yesterday, 3/1/2020 filled up as always and selected the gold wash which allows them to really spray the wheels. Two cars ahead of mine the sprayer man on the left side operating a sprayer sprayed all over the red vehicle multiple times. He did the wheel wells like I have never seen, he even squatted down to LOOK ALL INSIDE wheel wells on drivers side and he repeated. At this point about three full mins passed and all the other guys spraying were standing there all finished. Then, he did the top of the car and the trunk again! Then i see more cars were waiting to begin car washing. OMG I looked at the clock and it was almost five minutes and the red car was FINALLY so sprayed he really didn't need to enter the wash! So when I reach this man, I said to him I wanted the full service he just gave the red car! Five minutes of spraying and eight cars lined up behind me. He laughed and I replied I am very serious. I noted to him it was an awesome ore spray and I really wanted it. He chuckles and my car was entering the car wash In neutral while I got a 12 second spray! I find this so way beyond doing a friend a favor because I am sure everyone in line behind me is wondering WHY the line isn't moving. And its not as if the car was a fancy Tesla because it was an average sedan. But the person behind the wheel must have really been happy to get favoritism! I was irked that all my wheels didn't get even wet with his sprayer on the passenger side! read more

Reasonable cost, sparkling clean truck, and extremely friendly employees. I would go out of my way to come here again. Highly recommend.

Went and splurged for their platinum wash which did under carriage to air freshener went to home depot from there maybe 1 mile away and did a walk around . There was no scratches or damage which is a big plus but the wheels and rocker panels still had a lot of road dirt residue which in my experience is normally done by the employees 1 on each side of vehicle on the way in which there was but I'm not sure what they do if they don't get the places where the drive thru portion of the wash can't get . The rest of the vehicle was clean and pretty dry . I won't splurge again I'll just go with the basic wash and expect to touch the wheels n rocker panels up myself . read more

I have been going here since I can remember, maybe 10-15 years. It's not gone downhill, but they just don't do the job they once did. I have always bought the best available wash because I figure one gets what one pays for. I still go there,but only when I'm on that side of town. I go to the new one on Fenton Rd. called Krispy Klean that was just became under new owners and they basically replaced all the old equipment with all new latest and greatest machines and blowers. The price is the same for their best wash, but the other ones maybe slightly lower. Plus they have a free vacuum with a car wash. My wife and I have been going there since the new owners have taken over and my kids as well. I will still go to wash world, but only when I am on that side of town, which isn't very often. If they would thicken their soaps like they once had, maybe it would do the job it once did? I will update my review after I go their the net time. read more

Don't trust their hours near quitting time. I checked online for hours first and it said they were open till 9pm. After driving 5 miles to get a wash, I filled up with 24 gal., bought the wash then drove around to the wash. After sitting in front of the entrance with no service, I had to back out and noticed the hours in lights on the office with someone inside. The lighted sign said they were open until 8pm. It wasn't 8pm yet so I knocked on the door to let him know I had been out there waiting with no service. He said they had just closed at 8pm. After disagreeing on what time it was I asked him to check his cell right in front of him. He acknowledged it wasn't 8pm yet and said "Sorry". Very frustrating, and naive of me to think they would be open their posted hours. Usually get a good wash here - that's why I drove so far. Now I have to do it again another day to get the wash. Not cool. read more
