Not living up to what I expected for a $10 car wash. Dirty residue left on the car, "tire treatment" left wheels looking dirty and some dirt seems to not have washed off. Considering this car has been on the road for little more than a month and not that dirty to begin with, that's a big disappointment. Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, April 11th for a detail and to have the interior steam cleaned. Amanda wrote down my name and said i would have to leave for a while so it would dry out - said no problem as i worked across the street. Today I dropped off at 8:05am and was met by complete confusion with the two people at the business. At 11:30A they called and said it was done - I asked doesnt it need to dry out for awhile - caller said they told me it was done. Went to pick up - was not steam cleaned, windows smeared, dirt, debris still on seats, dirt under seats. I would not take my 10 year old bicycle to this place to have any cleaning done on it. What a joke. The entire process of trying to get an appointment, to dropping off, trying to get a service was a circus. Run as fast as you can away from this place. read more

They are pretty fast a little more expensive then other car washes in the area. The rinse could've been a bit longer to full get off all the soap it was still a bit soapy coming out. They did do a towel dry but when you start to drive the suds and water in the cracks come out to leave some streaks on your vehicle. read more

They are fast, but not always careful. I never had a problem until last weekend when my car went through the wash and came out with a nice looong scratch on the passenger side by the bumper. I know it was not there before and I can't really prove it, but I know it was not there and it was noticed by the kids the second we got out of the car. It's a 2017 car and has no scratches or damage and it wasn't there before. I tried to call to complain but was put on hold. Granted, most of the scratch is not too deep and might be retouched up with touch up paint, which I got from the dealership, but this is stupid. I always went here after work to get my car washed, but not sure we will again unless we get a refund and apology. I know this does happen once in awhile and that is the only reason I'm not pissed about it. read more

So i went to foutch's auto wash on firday the 21st of April. And went to get my car washed and the employee hit my driver's side mirror and ive never had a problem with it. But she managed to break it off my car . then put zip ties on it to hold it on and sent me through the wash anyway.when my car got through the wash i complained to the manager.they told me rogger the owner would review the tape and get ahold of me and he never did so i went up there to talk to him andhe refused to pay 301 to get it fixed read more

I was really taken by the most scam issue I've seen in a long time. I was given three quotes for a car wash and cleaning inside of my vehicle. I selected the "second option" and was told the interior would be completely cleaned including the windows. When I was notified a little later I was told my vehicle was ready. I thanked the attendant and even gave her a tip for the services that I assumed was complete. When I pulled out of the garage area the first thing I noticed was the windows had not been cleaned. I stopped and got out of vehicle and saw that the car had not been washed at all. When I asked why my vehicle had not been washed, A "gruffy" guy there approached me and said "you should have asked for a car wash". Not only did I not get a car wash, the inside windows and area was streaked and sloppy. The "gruffy" refused to wash my car and I asked for my money back. Again, the "gruffy" guy said "you should have asked for a car wash! A young lady working there was so embarrassed that she walked over and handed me the five dollar tip I gave her earlier. Needless to say I will never, ever go to this car wash again! For those customers who might be utilizing this car wash, I suggest you get a very clear explanation about what they do, but more importantly, ask them what their definition of a car wash is!! read more
