Fast Eddies is a chain in the area. For $19 you csn get the deluxe car wash. It includes the drying (which is separately $3). The process was quick. We stayed in the car during the wash. read more

Had to go through three times in same day just to get my tailgate touched. First time they literally did not even spray the tailgate. So I went back 10 minutes after I left. I get back tell them what happened no big deal they would put me through no charge and get it fixed. WRONG!!! They do it to me again. I guess third time is a charm. I get this is just a car wash and these kids don't wanna spray cars all day it sucks. But for what they charge a little effort and elbow grease has to be applied. read more

GREED! I'm an elderly individual on fixed income and told them this. I pay monthly and had been a customer until I call on the day they billed me for another full month and told them due to medical procedure s I can't use the car wash's for at least a month please either suspend or refund this payment due to the medical procedures. I just want to say this is probably the best car wash I've been too where the employees will go out of their way to make sure your car is good to go. I stopped in for a quick car wash while i was running errands and was told where to go for tire shine. I went through the wash and pulled up for them to apply the tire shine. The worker who came to apply the shine asked me if i would have time to go back through the wash a second time because of the amount of dirt on my rims. These guys went out of their way to give me a second wash just to make sure my car looks good going down the street. Incredible team. Incredible job, incredibly good service, and great price. Fast eddys is the worst car wash in Oakland county. The workers are rude. They act as though they are doing you a favor by washing your car, even though you are paying for overpriced service. I paid 270.00 for yearly unlimited car wash, this does not include hand drying. I work in commerce, so for my car I pay 19.00 per month at super wash and that. includes hand drying and they have lots of help with friendly service. It is my wife's car that we get washed at fast eddys in Holly. Don't go there if you don't have to! I talked to the main office about their lousy service about a year ago and nothing has changed. read more

Went to The car wash at Fast Eddie's Oil Change today. Quality of the wash has been going down lately. Today, the result was absolute CRAP! I had to rehash myself when I got home and I paid 9 bucks for that wash. Might wanna go somewhere else! The pre-wash brush work by attendants was obviously very sub-par which shows at the end results. Didn't have time to wait in the long line and shouldn't have to. I don't know about the oil change side, but the wash side is pathetic. I should've known when I pulled up and the guy running the wash had a look on his face like crap, I got to do something. I paid for the $11.00 wash and was really disappointed. The wheels were not clean and there was still mud behind the tires, not to mention on the back bumper. Waste of money. Recently received a six month pass for the car wash. The gentleman who helped me get it activated was friendly and helpful. Recently went there after a snowstorm as many people ahead of me did. The wait was kind of long but found out why when it was my turn. The guys worked diligently, for what seemed like almost 5 minutes, to get the snow and ice in and around the wheel wells. I pulled up to get a normal $7 wash today and apologized to the worker stating that I only had change and if that was a problem, I could come back (it was all quarters because I planned on doing the self wash and changed my mind). He rolled his eyes and me and refused to look at me or speak. He didn't say one word to me and just stood there with his hand in my window. He continued to wave his had and cause a stink as I counted out the quarters. If there wasn't a car behind me, I would have left. Terrible customer service and I felt like such an inconvenience. Great service & great staff. Sometimes when you pull into the service bay you get the guys who try and up sell on services you don't need (or maybe it's just me because I'm a woman) but not here. They were helpful and honest on what I needed and recommended products that were affordable and in line with the age of my car. Also love the car wash & FREE vacuums. read more

I've been to Fast Eddie's and while they seem to do a decent job and they are definitely quick, I also think they're called Fast Eddie's because they are quick to take your money and charge upgrades without being honest and upfront about their pricing. While I told them I wanted the Managers Special, which was advertised for $36.95, they then asked if I wanted to stick with Valvoline oil. I said that's fine, but since it was the managers special I requested, anything that would cost more should have been clearly stated. I told the attendant as much and he seemed defensive and not apologetic. Bottom line: I don't like shady business practices where they advertise one rate and charge close to $10 more for a different oil, without clarifying. If I cannot trust you, I won't do business with you. I will just stick to car washes for now. At least I know up front what I'm paying for and how much it costs. I hope you realize that dishonest sales tactics might get you a few more dollars in the short run but will cost you customers in the long run. read more

Good wash but I stay away from the oil change tried it twice gave me the impression it was their first day on the job. Asked after oil change how many grease points I have guy said none I said no I have 2 went back under and found them I hope. By the way oil change places sell the used oil they charge you to get rid of. read more
