This is a great car wash. My husband and I have been coming here for years, and have never once had any damage to our cars or been unhappy with the job they did. The staff take the time to pre-clean each vehicle as much as they need to, and do a fantastic job of drying at the end to eliminate streaks. We have to travel often down dirt roads, so we decided to enroll in the monthly car wash membership. This was a great deal for us; for $35/month we both get unlimited washes (not sure if the prices have changed since we enrolled a couple years ago but if they have it's not much). When I first signed up, one of the employees had me pull around the building and walked me through enrollment to make sure I had it all set up properly. With AT&T, our phones don't usually work at the car wash to pull up our QR codes, but the employees have always been very understanding and offered to scan the license plate. To piggyback on another review, you can definitely hear everything they're saying outside your car if you don't have any music going. It's usually pretty harmless but they're definitely not shy about language. However, they're always very polite when speaking to us, and that's what I think is important. I have recommended this car wash countless times, and have had several of my co-workers at our downtown Fenton business share the same sentiments. Keep up the good work! read more

The car wash itself is fine but the employees are always outside screaming at each other and swearing. They also blare their music to the point where our nearby business building shakes. We have kindly asked several employees to lower their voices/music hoping they might agree to be considerate of other local businesses. Their response was that the police have visited them multiple times for the same complaints, and legally they can't do anything and they're going to keep being loud because they can. read more

I have been going to Fenton Kar Wash for several years. My wife decided to try the other 'new' place across town due to convenience/location. I can tell you my truck ALWAYS looks amazing.. her's not so much, terrible. The 'new' place isn't always the best place. The guys at Fenton Kar Wash are awesome. read more

They were mad that there was a line of trucks and stated that, "This is a f-nig car wash, not a truck wash!!!!" It's a "kar" wash, so I was unaware. They asked me to unfold my auto folding mirrors so they could spray them, no problem! Then the aggravated attendant slammed it back closed with his hands after he sprayed it down. I have no clue who hurt that boy, but he needs help. Don't use this wash, unless you want the possibility of getting into a fist fight. read more

Dryer shut off about half way through drying. Vehicle looked horrible. You folks have gone downhill on the quality of your wash.

Went in with an extremely dirty truck and it came out looking new. Honestly one of the best car washes I've had in a while.

I would give zero stars if I could!! This place is horrible and they are extortionists! I live on a dirt road so my car was dirty and I expected to pay the upcharge but the guy working said that he was not doing it for just the $2 extra charge and that he was keeping my whole $20 because it was ridiculous that I would take my car there and expect to only pay a $2 upcharge. I have had my car (sedan) washed here a few times over the years and the experience has never been good. The car wash I've been using for the last few years closed recently so I tried this one again. It seemed to be fully staffed so that was a good thing, I thought. The two guys doing the prewash were so actively involved in a conversation that they didn't pay any attention to what they were doing. Didn't prewash the side mirrors, lower half of the car, the rear window or the back end of the car, The two guys towel drying the car were doing the same thing. Didn't dry off the driver's side of the front window, the side mirrors, the lower half of the car, the rear window or the back end of the car. I paid for the most expensive wash and the car looks terrible. Will have to wash it again myself. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! read more

Owner told me to go elsewhere when I told him my car was covered in soap last time. Told me I got the cheap car wash and I deserved it. Waited in line and was set for car wash and he backed me up and told me to leave. All time worst service. No way this guy was an owner? Had a cig in his mouth the whole time. Don't go here read more

Wish I could give it zero. I paid for the most expensive wash they had, got home and the tires and rims looked like they were untouched, the rockers weren't much better. I didn't have time to go back and have them re-wash. Two weeks later I went back and ordered the second most expensive wash and asked the attendant if he could please make sure to get the bottom half of the car because the last time it was wasn't done well. The response was "there are 3 other car washes in Fenton. Go to one of them!" I was already in the car wash with a line of cars behind me so I said I'll just get it washed now. I couldn't believe the response! I was very nice about it. Never will I go back and would suggest you find a different one also. read more

Save your money, go somewhere else. Rude and hostile behavior!!! I gave a ONE star rating, only because zero wasn't an option. I have used this car wash several times previously, and never had an issue, but Yesterday will be my last visit there. After pulling in, I had to get my wallet out to pay, so I shifted into park, rather than neutral. Totally my mistake, I admit that. When the attendants were finishing spraying off the vehicle, and the track attempted to engage, it couldn't advance the car, since it was in park. The attendants began yelling obscenities about how we were obviously "too F-big stupid to know what neutral was." After 3-4 exchanges between both attendants, I rolled down my window to ask if they had "ever made a mistake" which brought on more obscenities and F-bombs, followed by one attendant striking a hostile pose as if to fight, and asking me "what are you going to do about it." No one finished our wash, the car was not dried (as we paid for it to be), and we left. Searching the internet, there are numerous similar reviews, so apparently the management condones this behavior. read more

My husband and I went through tonight for a car wash and the language these staff members used was unreal. They were vulgar and swearing the entire time. Talking about how they couldn't wait to get out of the "sh-hole" for the night. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Despite the cleanliness of the car.. nobody should have to listen to that language while simply trying to get your vehicle cleaned. read more

Very rude and belittling. I pulled in and there were no signs saying where to pay so I asked the guy in the back if I was going the right way and he said "if you want a car wash yeah" in a very snarky tone. Then when I puked up he looked at me like I was retarded and don't say anything. Finally asked what kind of car wash I wanted while being a complete asshole. I handed him the cash and later found out he was the manager, Dave. I'm not expecting "grade A" hospitality, but a little decency would be nice. read more

I am new to the Fenton area, so I thought I would give it a shot, bad choice. The staff was extremely rude. They yelled at me for not putting my car in neutral when they didn't tell me to do it. Not to mention I had water spots all over my car when I was done going through the car wash. I'll be taking my business else from now on. read more

Okay, I'm going to immediately start by writing that I wasn't paying attention when I pulled in, I was preoccupied with my phone. I'm sure this is what prompted the attendant to yell at me like I was a complete idiot. I agree it was a jackass move. Instead of having me pull out and pull back in, the attendant has me just straighten out my wheel, this causes more problems later. I paid using a credit card and gave a $3 tip which I thought was generous. I didn't have cash to give to the guy that dries the car so I went on past experiences, and they usually do a good job toweling without leaving streaks. Things got worse when I didn't put my car in neutral which resulted in more scolding from the attendant. Yes, I agree, I really am a complete jackass. Those were my only two mistakes, and really, were they that big of a deal? Yes/No/Maybe? Soooo, I'm in the middle of the car wash, my wheel gets off track, and this completely stops the wash. I ask myself, why didn't the attendant just have me reposition my car when I initially entered? I think this mistake is on him but he's not having it. He's acting so stupid and I'm so proud of myself because 1. I didn't get out of my car and knock this guys head off and 2. I was able to find the humor and chuckle, because in all honesty it was pretty funny. So this guy is screaming and acting totally out of control but eventually everything is back on track and finally I'm out of the wash and another guy is toweling off my car. I leave the premises and pull into the gas station next to the car wash and look at my car and see that my car looks worse than it did coming in. People do dumb things, or are absentminded, or whatever, but is it really worth it to get all crazy? I guess this guy doesn't make mistakes or he likes belittling people but whatever his problem is I won't be going back because of his JACKASS behavior. read more

Went here to get a full interior detailing and a car wash. They did an AMAZING job on the interior! This is the cleanest my car has ever been by a mile. Their price was about average for a full detailing, and worth every penny. I highly recommend this place. read more
