I was shocked, I was so shocked and confused because I was never told prices. I would have never ever spend that much money when I was just getting oil change. My husband was PISSED OFF, he says they totally took advantage of you as a woman and he does not want to ever use this place again! Btw it's unreal how much I paid and the new guy never even mentioned price I was not even going to bring It up to a review But it just ERKS me these men would be clueless to telling me PRICES

Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.

I was an hour from home and my car started making the WORST sound after driving on a dirt road. It sounded like the worst grinding and screeching of brakes when I would drive. I called the shop and told him my issue and he said he was full today but could drive it and see if he could figure out what was wrong. As soon as he heard the sound he said "sounds like you got a rock stuck in there". I asked if he thought he could fix it tomorrow if I left it there overnight. When he heard I lived an hour away he made room to get me in today and sure enough, it was a rock stuck in my caliper. Fantastic service and very reasonable! So happy this shop was nearby!
