The basic car wash is $5. They also offer discounts if you purchase coupon cards in advance like 5 washes for $20, that's like buy 4 get 1 free. So I don't know if your vehicle is like mine but it gets dirty quickly just with my daily ventures in life so I personally take advantage of this great opportunity. My Experience of a basic car wash: I have a newer model vehicle and what i like about this particular car wash most is that my paint on my vehicle doesn't get scratched during the washing process. (I've been to other facilities that have made minor scratches in the paint of the vehicle.) They owner is very friendly and ALWAYS smiling and is there most of the time realing you in starting your car washing experience by asking what service would you like, collecting your money then proceeding with a tool to hand brush/rinse your vehicle before starting the automatic washing process. Going through the car wash is not grand but for some reason I always enjoy the experience of the classic 'car wash' Going through the part of multiple giant filled white soapy flaps gently flowing back and forth cleaning over the entire vehicle, a sprayer that rinses the soap from the vehicle from all sides, then a huge mechanism that looks like the base part of a vacuum gently comes down and removes excess water by using forces of air that blows most of the water off (reminds me of a huge hair blow dryer...lol) and lastly your met at the end of the line by a worker that quickly hand dries your entire vehicle. At this point you can leave a tip if you like and your sent on your way smiling in your shiny vehicle...Vrooom! So I love love this place and will continue to come here! Its the experience that counts right

Since they swear it couldn't have been the actually wash and the hanging things or brushes inside this is the only way it couldn't have happened. Spoke to Rob, he was supposed to meet with me but had some other guy that was less then nice to me and of course said there was no way it happened there. I explained I left my house lees then a mile away checked my truck over nothing on my truck like a scratch or anything (new truck) I check when I leave but you can't see the scratches when it's wet, by the time I get home and I went straight home you could see them with truck dry. He blew me off like I was trying to get something from them. I ended my membership and left a text and then Mark calls me wanting to meet I go meet with him he is polite and keeps saying well I can't say it was us that caused it because then I would be taking responsibility. Brand new vehicle and they want to act like they had no part in the damage they caused to my truck. Previously I took it to a detail shop which told me if it didn't happen in the wash they would say that it had to have happened during the pre wash because the scratch are the same direction that the workers would go with the brush in the prewash. I told him when I got my truck back I would take it for a detailing and let him know if they could do anything, next thing I know I am getting a letter telling me they take no responsibility for the damage and that my truck was probable to dirty to see them before the carwash. My truck has never been that dirty I don't drive down dirt roads or take it mud bogging. I will never go to this or any of their car washes ever again and I hope anyone that takes pride in their ride is careful. BEWARE of this and all their carwash because most of their employees don't care what they do to the customers vehicles. I am

Thank you Yelp, once again, for directing me to another great local business that was entirely off…read moremy radar. In general, I'm not one of those people who likes my car to be clean. If my car gets dirty on the outside, the next time it rains everything should be fine. I have no need for a fresh from the factory shine. But in this case, it was Mother's Day, and all my better half wanted as a gift was for her car to be cleaned on the inside and out. Part of me wanted to do this myself with the kids. You know, a labor of love. She drives a Mazda 5 with three rows of seats, long floor mats, and lots of nooks and crannies in the cabin. I thought there was no way that any car wash could get the inside as meticulously clean as my spouse would like. A detailing shop maybe. A car wash, no. But still, I also thought that if I brought the car for a wash first, it might make it easier for me to fully clean the car to my wife's demanding specifications. This is what drove me to JJ's in the first place. It's hard to find. At first, I thought the self-serve car wash stalls in the parking lot were part of the operation. But then I drove around and found what I thought might be the entrance to JJ's proper. Turns out, that was the exit. But still, a friendly employee directed me around to the back, where I could enter one of the bays. I told the fellow there that I wanted an inside and outside cleaning. "You want a spray wax too?" he enquired. Sure. Why the heck not. Yes, it took quite a while for the car to be done. I was quoted around 45 minutes and they were pretty close to that. The kids and I hung out on one of the park benches and we made some Mother's Day calls. However, when the car was done, it was immaculate! I was told that the floor mats could really benefit from a shampoo, and was also invited to inspect the car. "If anything doesn't look great, please let me know and we'll take care of it." I appreciated the opportunity for feedback and their earnest efforts to make sure I was pleased with the work. $50 seemed like more than a fair price. Especially because when I brought the car back home to present it as a Mother's Day gift, it was almost perfect as is. My wife's eagle eyes picked up on two very small things she wanted done, but within a few moments I was the hero who got this very dirty, dusty, and dingy car looking great! Thank you JJs! While I may not be the shop's most frequent customer, this is now the one and only place I'll bring my cars to get cleaned!
