I've been using Tommy's car wash in Saginaw for quite a while, they clean my vehicle pretty good…read morebut it doesn't dry it. The only part that's dry is the hood and roof. The rest of the vehicle is soaking wet. I'm used to it and after a wash I park and wipe it down, it's something I shouldn't have to do but I live with it. The problem is in the winter it's too cold to wipe it down. You have to air dry it and what happens is all the little water droplets which are all over the vehicle dry and leave a white dot. I pay for the wash which includes the spot free rinse, well somethings coming out of the nozzles but it isn't spot free rinse or it doesn't work. I've notified Tommy's headquarters and local a while back and nothings changed.
