Best place to get car washed in Saginaw. They do an awesome job. And still have the towel dry at the end of wash. Won't go anywhere else!!

Just awful, came for a car wash because geese poop was all over and I hadn't washed it in a while. Kid asked me to keep moving up with my car even though it was too close to the car in front of me. So I'm moving up and I realized I'm WAY too close to the other car but there was nothing I could do. I thought I heard a bump and then everything stopped. Hear a knock at the window and am expecting some bad news, but it's their car wash, it would be THEIR fault. Kid asks me to take my foot off the brake and if I put it into neutral. I'm looking and pointing to my foot on the car floor and the shifter, all where they're supposed to be! He claim my car was seven feet ahead of the roller that moves it...I was like, ISN'T IT YOUR JOB TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S FINE OUTSIDE? I did my part on my end! He just goes away, I roll the window up, soap all over me, move through just fine, get out, go to the vacuum station...vacuums don't even work. What a joke, should have read the awful reviews. I went in for a free oil change that was included in a car purchase. I guess I'm used to other oil change places because the oil change was all I got. No air filter check, no tire pressure check and no other fluid checks, nothing. The other thing that really bothered me was I saw them bring out a set of torches and started using them under the car. Stopped after work for a quick oil change. Sat there for an hour, wondering why would it take this long? Turns out they broke a part replacing cap. Had to order new part, get a rental for the rest of the week, they were very apologetic. Was very understanding at first...accidents happen. Then 4 days later picking up car, manager refused to return rental for me, said it was my responsibility. So another day deep into this fiasco, having to ask for more rides from family members. All was good until manager got involved. And still charged over $70 for oil change! read more

Not worth the price I paid. I could have taken my truck to a dealership and spent 1/2 the money. It was 99 dollars for a full service oil change and they kept wanting to do more. They told me that it was because it cost 48 dollars for 4 quarts of oil. NEVER AGAIN read more

So your sign says the cheapest oil change is 24.95 but the worker told me it was 31.97 out the door. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that I was charged for the 30.95 oil change. Why do you guys scam your customers? If I got what I wanted maybe I'd come back. Since you want to lie and make me get the other one I'll be going somewhere else next time! This is the best place in Midland to get your oil changed! They are fast and extremely nice. Jimmy the manager went so far as to offer to take an old, paper coffee cup out of my car and throw it away for me. Not to mention a get a full service car wash with my oil change read more

Fast Eddie's on Bay rd. in Saginaw is the best. Their Manager J always is welcoming makes you feel like family. I've had a car wash card with this Fast Eddie's for about 10-years plus. I go by the one on State St in Saginaw all the time But I Only go to the location on Bay rd.. Those guys are the best !!!!!!! read more

l have been going to Fast Eddie's for a minimum of 25 years. I do it for consistency and it came in handy when my new 10 month old Suburban's engine basically welded itself together because of an "O" ring problem. The dealer/Chevrolet tried to tell me it was because I didn't have an oil change since purchasing the vehicle. Not only did I have a record of my oil changes but so did Fast Eddies and the people there were able to provide an affidavit that I was a loyal and regular customer. I won my case against Chevrolet because of Fast Eddies. In 25 years I have never had a problem until last night. I drove up to the door and waited for the young man to open the door. He had on a hat but he also had a dark beard and mustache. After the door opened, I watched the young man walk further into the building and he motioned me in. I very slowly proceeded to enter but when he turned around he SCREAMED at me "I TOLD YOU TO WAIT". I was maybe 4 feet into the building and I immediately backed up and left. He shut the garage door and appeared to motion to me but I can't be sure. He was very hostile and I did not feel safe proceeding with my oil change or confident that he would do a good job. First time in 25 years I have been afraid to have my oil changed there. If after talking to the manager, or someone in charge, and depending on the outcome, I don't know that I will be returning. I would have given 5 stars but after my experience last night, I could only give 4. read more

Fuck this place. I went in for a $30.00 oil change and the guy told me I needed an engine flush and that it would be $59.99 and I asked what exactly I would be getting then and he explained the process and ended it with "and the oil change" and even though it was $30 more than I intended to spend I told him to go ahead because my oil did look thick and I probably needed one. When I pulled up to pay the guy told me my total would be $93.99. Prior to this moment that price was never mentioned. I said "you told me it would be $59.99" and he said "yeah" and I said "with the oil change included?" And he said "oh no that's extra". Not once before this moment did he tell me is was extra. So now because this guy thinks it's cool to fuck a 20 year old girl out of her money, I'm out $100. Well now my entire family has sworn off this location so they got an extra $60 today but that's the last of out money they're going to see. read more
