5 stars! Nick gives the best massage I've ever had- he gets in deep, but not too deep like some other folks use all elbows which I hate.

We were in Seattle on vacation and Nick came to our AirBnB. So awesome when you don't have a car, or don't want to drive immediately following a major massage. Back home, we regularly see a massage therapist, and we can assuredly say that Nick is awesome. He was quiet and focused for my husband, who isn't a big talker (especially when getting massages) and conversational with me (always yapping). The deep tissue work he did on our necks, hips, calves and backs was MAGICAL. Just what the doctor ordered. We were able to continue on with our ten mile daily walks on hard pavement and enjoy our getaway. Thanks Nick. We'll be calling you again to come see us our next time here in the big "S". read more

Wow. My husband and I booked Nick's "Thai Yoga Massage for Couples Class," and it's one of the the best investments we've made in our relationship in recent memory. We've been together 10 years and often trade massages for pain relief or quality time together, and have learned bits about good massage techniques through YouTube videos and trial and error over the years. Yesterday I suddenly found myself in a lot of lower back pain halfway through my workday and I worried that it would worsen. A client who witnessed my enfeebling suggested that getting a massage and cupping would help. I rarely get massages so I turned to Yelp to try to find an "emergency" massage therapist who might be available same day. After several unsuccessful attempts I was lucky to find Drift. Nick was willing to see me that night at 8:30(!) do to both cupping and massage, after a dinner with friends no less! He showed up promptly and got to work. After 90 minutes, my pain was significantly reduced and I felt relief and relaxed. Although I love massage, I rarely feel satisfied after a session. Got pains? Nick will fix you right up! I have had a compound injury affecting my IT bands/hamstrings/buttocks/sciatica and he has worked miracles on my body. I went here for the first time to try Thai massage. Nick made me feel comfortable right away, asking about symptoms and health history. I mentioned my neck stiffness and frequent headaches. The massage was intense but in a good way. I did feel sore afterward but kind of expected it. So 2 weeks go by and I go back. He asks me about my headaches and I suddenly realize I haven't had any since I saw him. Not one. And they were so frequent I kept advil by my bed for when they woke me up at night. I knew I felt better, more range of motion in my neck... but the headaches were just gone. I highly recommend Nick. The location is easy to get to downtown and pleasant. read more

Just got out of my first session with Nick for a deep tissue massage - and it was excellent. My back and shoulders already feel much better. Nick was on time, and incredibly professional. Before beginning the session we went over all my problem areas, and he focused extra attention on those spots, and alleviated much of my pain. I've been frustrated in the past with some other massage therapist who say they do deep tissue massage, but in reality it feels like mid-tissue at best. Incredible! I've had a shocking number of bad massages over the years, then got super spoiled with cheap ocean front massages in Thailand..... Where would I go from here? Nick is a savior. Nick is a true healer!! After over a month of back and shoulder pain, despite weeks of chiropractic treatment, and one steroid shot, I decided to give therapeutic massage a try. Was in town for a conference and decided very last minute that I needed a massage. I found Drift on Yelp and sent him a message to check his availability. He responded within minutes that he had time for me today. The location is easy enough for most downtown hotels (but he does mobile too if your in need of that). The space is small but roomy enough to get the job done and generally pleasant. Real talk, the massage was so great, that he could be based out of a urine soaked alley filled with graffiti and construction noises and I would be chomping at the bit for a rebook. My point? Stop reading and book him already. I got a sports massage and he did such a fantastic job working on my trouble spots that I was sad for it to end. He's also fairly priced for the services rendered. I don't generally like to overly heap praise as it comes off as fawning but this guy is a shaman of tight muscles. Go already. read more

I wish there were 50 stars I could give Nick. I don't know where to start; this was absolutely the BEST massage I have ever had. I suffer from sciatica, torn rotator cuff and many other physical ailments. Nick uses a technique that I have not had in the past. Nick is a great massage therapist. He arrived on time which is always a huge plus for me. He is professional, thorough and massages both sides of the body, including the face, jaw, toes and even the ears. Some therapists overlook those parts.
