Definitely a vibe.... The bartenders are so friendly and suggested the best drinks. I wished I found this lil gem at the start of the summer.

I love this little spot. Nice addition to the river and something different. Although, I've only visited during the day while on the river, this place is accessible by both boat or land. Currently they do not serve food (unless that changed since I was last there) but plan to. I've had a couple of their specialty drinks... a slushy and a cocktail. Can't remember the names of them but they were tasty, refreshing, and strong. Great spot for socializing or meeting up with some friends on the river. And when food is available, it will be even better. Staff has been friendly on my visits.

Such a cool atmosphere! Outside, sunshine, water, and adult beverages...nothing better! Had a frozen concoction...loved it! Good music!

Great casual place for cocktails by the river. Almost feels like we are somewhere else besides Louisville.

Great spot and also great owners and staff. Couldn't recommend a better place to get a drink when the weather is nice out.

So, after a few minutes, we just went and sat ourselves, which apparently, is what we should have done in the first place. Once seated, a server was "Johnny on the spot" taking our drink order. Another server took our food order. A third server tried to take another drink order. In all, I think 5 servers stopped by our table for one thing or another. My wife loved her Santa Fe Chicken wrap. She managed to eat half of it. The only downside was the wrap easily unraveled. The wrap literally fell apart in her hands. I appreciated the option of getting grilled fish rather than fried. My sandwich was large, with a substantial filet. The sandwich was served with lettuce, tomato & pickles on a toasted bun. My side of fries was large, served hot & crispy. So, Harry's offered good food. Cold beer. And good service. Harry's is a worthwhile stop.

Our server was truly phenomenal - gave great recommendations, was honest, helped steer us, and took great care of our party of 5. The food was five stars across the board. Some dishes were absolutely our favorites, but there was nothing that we didn't like. The short rib and seafood special were top entrees, and the churro sundae was the best dessert (plus the cold brew ice cream omg). The cauliflower was an awesome starter and we devoured it. The bourbon beet cocktail was unique and a stunner. I could have drank 4 of them, they were so impressive. Overall, the property is beautiful, there's a trail that you can walk (super cool lighting too), it's nice and quiet and peaceful. Everyone is friendly. The food and drinks are amazing. Make a reservation and come check it out.

The sun bright and warm as it slowly set in the west. Lucy was our waitress, relatively new; she was kind, polite and helpful. When she didn't know something she had it checked out. We ordered a few drinks; I ordered a side salad with balsamic dressing ( good taste). For entrees we had the vodka plate, with slaw and sidewinder fries. The sidewinders are always good, especially fresh. I had the wings with side voo-doo sauce. She Mentioned it had a bit of a kick to it. The fish, slaw and fries were all good. My wings were good tasting and nice portion. The voo doo sauce was just right for me; hot, but not that hot it took the taste away. We struck up a conversation with a stranger from Nashville who was here for work. It's nice that people can be outgoing and have a nice side conversation Nice day, nice restaurant, good food, staff and a new acquaintance; doesn't get much better.

TLDR: The ultimate cocktail lounge experience on the Bourbon Trail. Skip the tour if you're burnt…read moreout and just belly up to the gorgeous top floor bar for world class drinks and free corn nuts. My group of four decided to wrap up our epic Bourbon Trail weekend at Michter's Fort Nelson Distillery right before heading to the airport. Having already hit six other distilleries over the weekend, we were completely "toured out" and opted to bypass the standard distillery tour. Instead, we headed straight upstairs to the bar and it was the best decision. We happened to visit right at the start of Derby week, so the entire building was alive and buzzing. Because of the festivities, they were highlighting their own rendition of the Derby fan favorite Mint Julep. I had to get one, and it did not disappoint. It was well crafted, perfectly balanced, and served in the classic, frost chilled sterling silver cup. Easily one of the best Juleps I've ever had. The bar area itself is beautifully appointed, sitting on one of the top floors of the historic building with a great atmosphere. A massive bonus: they offer patrons free bar snacks. The seasoned corn nuts were an absolute hit at our table, to the point where we had to ask for seconds (and they happily obliged!). Service was fantastic from start to finish. Despite the Derby week crowds, our water glasses were never empty and the cocktails came out incredibly fast. Whether you are doing a full day of tours or just want a world class drink in a stunning setting, Michter's is a phenomenal addition to any Louisville itinerary.
