There was some water left on the floor afterward, which I mentioned, but overall I was happy and booked them again this year. This time, only one tech arrived--and she was late. Even though I added a rug and a deep clean, the job was finished very quickly and parts of my couch were still visibly dirty. When I pointed it out, the tech just shrugged it off. What really bothered me was finding the tech taking a vape break in my kitchen while leaving the machines running to make it sound like she was still working.
